Waited in line at the register for 10 mins to just buy 1 item. The 3 guys at the desk just ignored me while working with people in line at the computers. I guess checking people out that know what they need is a low priority. I just walked out, I'll take my business elsewhere
My family and I had an emergency and I think it was Todd who answered my call for what we needed but also helped us check to see what was wrong with our battery. A tightened terminal later and all is well. We drove up from Potter County, PA and are thrilled with the service!!

Good helpful place to get your parts. Little pricey but at least you know you get exactly what you need. And the staff here have helped me for over 4 years now on every car I've owned and they have always been more than willing to explain things to me and make sure I got the right things I need for my vehicles. They have a great loyalty system with great discounts also.
Never had such poor customer service. Bought a starter for my car and it was PARTIALLY installed when we realized it wasn’t the problem so we took it back to return it. The employee said the part was “chipped” I asked where at and he pointed to a factory indent that had 2 identical indents with it. Very disappointed and won’t be returning.
My trip to AutoZone Olean was remarkable! I was missing a headlight and obviously needed a replacement. The minute I walked in, I was kindly greeted by Michael who was quick to take a look at my vehicle. Regardless of the hassle it took to reach my headlight, he took the time to unscrew the MAF sensor to take the old light out before eventually leading me inside to purchase new headlights which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this place for any minor issues, mishaps or just insights for your vehicle.
Shout out to a great team! Thank you Lucas, Brett, Cory , Micheal and the rest of the team. Omw from RI to Ohio to visit family, check engine light came on. Stopped at this Autozone store. They did a free diagnostic. My car had a few error codes. The team looked at my engine and gave me some sound advice as to how to proceed. Then helped me look into my options. Unfortunately I won't make it to Cleveland today but my family and I are safe and we get to spend the night in this friendly town.
I asked for help looking under my car for potential damage. The girl who "waited" on me wouldn't help, claiming that they couldn't. They didn't even have a mirror or anything for sale so I could try and check it out. Nobody would so much as come outside to take a look. Since there's nobody else open that I would trust not to rip me off, I thought Auto Zone would have been a good bet. THAT was a mistake!
Love AutoZone. The commercial guys are great. Make sure to talk to Jason or Shawn, they're great guys and know their sh!t. They all do, but, I've dealt with these 2 yayhoos for so long, I give them props when I can.

My husband called for a brake caliper. Front driver side. He gets down there, picks it up, comes home to find out its the rear. Puts everything back together and goes back to get the correct one. And go figure. They don’t have it. Blaming someone else again saying someone did inventory wrong. They always tell you they have it. Give you the wrong part , then have to order the correct. I don’t know why we keep going back. Lesson learned.
Usually in and out very quickly if they don't have the parts they will get them within a day. Convenient and write down the street go visit their friendly staff.
Installed my head light.. thank you for being here.. good people. Knowledgeable. Tougher than a possum on crack.. didn't wear a jacket at 17 degrees...
Quick call to confirm the item was in-store and they did have it. Picked up the item with fast/easy transaction plus military discount. Definitely pleased and lucked out with no one in the store.
I called about oil on sale and the guy said they have a bunch on stock. I drove down ten minutes later and not one item is left. The employees that work there are lazy and most know little to nothing about vehicles. Come on AutoZone employee go the extra step and verify that the statement you told me is true. You are wasting my time. AutoZone is not what it used to be.
AutoZone always has my parts in stock and they're one of the few places that will order the part for you without a prepay so you do not have to make two trips, if the parts are not in stock. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
The staff at the Olean NY store is great! If what you need isn't in stock, they can get it there the next day. I see them outside the store helping people all the time.
BEWARE! They don't honor warranties, Even with Receipts! We purchased their best line of brakes, AutoZone "needs" the warranty to be handled by the mechanic who did the work. Sorry he is no longer in Business AutoZone says!!
