Great experience at Supreme Auto. They stayed open late to accommodate my schedule, did quality work, and charged a fair price. Hard to find shops like that.
Went here to buy a car from Greg, wanted to make sure the car worked properly (letting the car run for 15 minutes), Greg got mad and said we already wasted 1 hour of his time was very rude using vulgar language. So whenever we were finally able to let the car run after saying we would buy, the car starts smoking from the front and underneath leaking radiator fluid. Don't come here and waste your time.
Supreme Auto saved the day again. Honest work, fair prices, and a garage that actually looks out for the working man. Appreciate the quick turnaround and solid service every time.
This place is an absolute joke. I would definitely consider any place to junk a car other than here. They offer rock bottom prices and sell their junk for above market value. If you choose to deal with them, expect to be ripped off. You’ve been warned.
Came here for an inspection on my 08 Outback. It's getting harder every year. I can honestly say the inspection went very well and we worked together to get it passed. BUT THEN...
Asked the older gentleman at the desk on the way out if he had a used strut for my 08 outback, said "yes, $100". That's more than they cost new. He pressured me into immediately paying him without getting the part. After reluctantly handing him the cash, he disappeared for 20 minutes in the back only to come back out and say I had to come back in 24 hours. I said " this is not possible I live in Buffalo I'll be gone tonight"
I politely asked for my money back, he insisted on not giving it back, once again going in the back for another 20 min. He came out with a HORRIFIC looking very used very Rusty strut. At this point he was so pushy and persistent and I was so tired that I just took it and left. Hoping for the best.
When I went to install the strut it wasn't even for my car. I had a real mechanic analyze it and he said it was completely trashed, from a chevy, removed previously from a strut job. Furthermore, not being from around here (the local mechanic) enlightened me on the reputation of supreme. Felt sick at this point.
Watch these people very very closely if you have to deal with them. There is some very nefarious suspicious business Behavior going on here. I could not return the worthless destroyed strut, completely conned out of my money. In my opinion it never works out running your business like this. I see people behaving like this in business and on a personal level and they always end up with nothing. It's just a very unintelligent way to live your life.
Treat people good in the universe will give it back to you, treat people bad in the universe will give it back to you. It's like a big energy reflector. Watch. 😉
Called at 12pm looking for second gen doors. They told me they would call me back in a little while... they called me at 8.40pm. The man, "Tom", told me he just got one in and the back doors were in great shape and wanted 400 for them. I agreed and told him i would be there the next day to look at them/pick them up. Showed up and the man working the counter had no idea what i was talking about and asked one of the guys in the shop to go find said vehicle. We walked out back and found the truck that was COMPLETELY rusted through. Nothing left of the doors or body at that. Do not waste your time or money going here. You will be disappointed. 0/10
I purchased a vehicle that went bad before I could drive it. Tom has made everything right. He had me speak to Joe and they hooked me up with a Ford explorer and they have thus far fixed anything that's needed to be fixed. Merry Christmas guys you've made a family quite happy for Christmas! I had my friend take her vehicle there, After they suddenly fixed it it kept doing the same thing over and over again, Took it to a Jeep dealership in was told that they never replaced the parts with new parts. They were all used parts of the and she was charged for all new. Do not go there they won't rip you off
Always takes care of you. It may take them a minute to do stuff but if you get a quote they never go over it. Even of there is extra work needed to complete the job.
Don't buy cars they sold my gf a car they passed it for inspection took it to another shop car frame was completely rotted out she's out 2,000 and shop wouldn't give the money back
This is a junkyard that strips used parts. Greg was great. He found the part I needed at a good price. He even quickly painted it to match my car - super nice of him.

My boyfriend went to Supreme Auto for a windshield for his car. He already paid them for the windshield. He paid for it 2 days ago. They told him that it would be ready to be picked up yesterday afternoon. We called them at 3pm yesterday and asked if it was ready yet. They said they hadn’t pulled the windshield yet, and that it would be ready before they closed. We called them back at 6:30pm yesterday. They said they still hadn’t pulled it and that it would be ready by 5pm today that way my dad can pick it up and bring it out here to us. I called them today at roughly 4:30pm. They told me they didn’t pull it yet. I told them to have it ready by 5. So now I’m waiting for my dad to call me and let me know if they did or not. Mind you, my boyfriend’s car is currently sitting in his garage without a windshield because they told us it would be ready yesterday afternoon, so his dad pulled it out yesterday morning. (UPDATE: they finally pulled the windshield and my dad is on his way with it)
