I must acknowledge that this company exemplifies the height of unprofessionalism. I requested the pickup of a vehicle I had purchased in Brooklyn, and the manager assured me that the driver would arrive at the designated location by 10:30 a.m. Upon my arrival, the driver was absent, and despite multiple attempts to contact the company, my calls and messages went unanswered.
When the manager finally responded around 11:45 a.m., he informed me that the driver had been stopped for an inspection by a state trooper and subsequently provided me with the driver's contact number. Upon contacting the driver to ascertain his estimated time of arrival, he indicated he would arrive by 12:20 p.m. After waiting until 12:48 p.m., I called the driver again at (347-840-1037), who rudely retorted, "What the hell man, you think I'm driving a jet? By the way, enjoy the rest of your day."
I explained the prolonged wait since 10:30 a.m., to which he responded with indifference, stating he would not be coming. I contacted the manager once more, who then proposed sending another driver within 45 minutes. I respectfully expressed that I had been waiting since 10:30 a.m., and now, at 1:30 p.m., he expected me to wait even longer, especially after highlighting the rudeness of the initial driver. The manager took no corrective action.
Ultimately, I waited until 4:00 p.m. and had to resort to hiring another towing company. I would strongly advise against recommending this establishment to anyone, as their customer service is profoundly abysmal.

Extremely helpful. They helped me with my tires & rims too. Gave me great advice on a couple things like how to prevent theft. They went above and beyond to make my experience nice & easy. They get things done quick too which was great!
They’re definitely the best tow company I’ve come across. I’d recommend them to everyone and I’ll definitely be using their service again the next time I’m in a jam. I’m beyond thankful for their generosity!

I would like to thank this company for a fast response and availability to tow my friends car early in the am, as her car broke down in the middle of the road in the Bronx heading back to Pennsylvania.
Bronx towing by far is very excellent with communication and with expediting the services. I am truly blessed that they are 24 hours and we’re able to help get me back to normal with my car so I can get home safe.
The team was very informative and helpful. Luckily, they were able to service me in less than 10mins after I got off the phone with them. Carlos called 30 seconds after and came straight away. I was lucky that they were close by my area, but I recommended all the way.
Luis was amazing, normal tow trucks take hours to get to you however he was able to get to me and less than an hour. Service was great. Came on time and reasonable price. If you’re looking forward to company you have to look no further because Luis and Bronx towing express is your option.

"reputable " Insurance company. I gave up and called Bronx Towing. Luis said he would be there in 20 minutes. He had already taken the car in 15 minutes. He was extremely professional and courteous. He sent me pictures of where he dropped the car off and followed up with a call. I highly recommend using Bronx Towing and hopefully you are lucky enough to get Luis to handle your towing. Alarm door had halted me from opening front door, Bronx towing came and handles everything efficiently.
Everything was great until halfway in delivery they called to tell me there would be additional fees for towing. I spoke wit them the night before twice and he gave me the same price but it was a different story during the transport
Great company. Great Service. I was stuck in the bronx for 4 hours waiting for mercedes tow service to come no one ever showed. I called them and explained my situation they had a tow truck to me in 10 minutes.
Recommend this company they assisted me with a private repo type of tow and they were extremely responsive and helpful. Would def recommend or use them again.
Great towing service. My car broke down under the bridge. Called Bronx Towing Express. They got to me really fast and towed my car the the shop. Prices were reasonable and service was top notch. Would use them again.
I used Bronx Towing Express yesterday and Eric was wonderful came in a timely manner he was very professional and courteous and most important he handled my vehicle as if it was his own and for that I am very grateful, I would definitely recommend Bronx Towing Express
Service was great in the beginning pickup thanks to Jose and Luis (the tower). However there was some miscommunication with dropping off the vehicle which resulted in the vehicle reaching the destination late. Overall I would recommend.
