Excellent service!! Although it’s not a NYS requirement, my insurance requires photo inspections. I showed up for my CARCO inspection about 20 minutes early and the gentleman who did my inspection had it done before my scheduled appointment time, in under 10 mins! Didn’t catch his name but he was friendly and efficient. It’s quite the drive from Olean but the service is so worth it, I’ll be back, thank you! :)
Around 2006 or 2007, they towed my 1973 Super Beetle after someone crashed into me, and while they had it, one of their employees stole it. They avoided me and my calls for months, and I finally found out that one of their employees had stolen my car for its very expensive custom engine, which he then installed into his wife's car. ( A local business identified it by VIN on the employee's property and notified me) Anyway, they lied about it, and never offered me any compensation whatsoever. They got away with stealing from me, but you don't have to let them steal from you.
I had my car towed by the police department Sunday night. I thought it was being held by D&J so I naturally went there to pick it up. Jordan came out and told me that it wasn’t there. So I asked him where it was “—at the
Impound lot,” he said. When I asked him where that was, he was extremely rude, insisting that I go back to the police department after I’d already been running errands for a full hour. He KNEW where the impound lot is, he just had to be a jerk and make me do the runaround. Will definitely not be going back there again, and you can bet that I’ll be spreading the word that D&Js treat Wellsvillians poorly.
I had my Kia towed to these guys to have fixed. They were so pleasant through the entire process, and they are working with me. I would highly recommend anybody use this company! They are wonderful! Very personable, communicate well, and very helpful. I know I will continue to be a customer. There are not many good people left, but Jordan is definitely one of those Good people. Jordan came out at midnight on Saturday, 45 miles to save me from my deer accident. He alerted the appropriate authorities and had experience with my insurance company. I'd still be out in the middle of nowhere if not for him.
Amazing service! Our Mom had a battery go south on her car and stranded her in town. Jordan went out to check on her and confirm the problem, got a new battery and installed it for her on the spot. He was great to work with and so kind and helpful to Mom. Couldn't have hoped for a better outcome or service. Very thankful for the help. Highest recommendation for these guys!
My boyfriend took his car in for a cracked bumped and a repaint. He drives 45 minutes to work everyday and was told the car would be done in 2-3 days. It has now been almost 3 weeks and they are just now painting the bumper and now he won’t get his car till after the weekend because the paint needs to dry. He has been having to borrow other peoples cars every single day for the last 2 weeks to work or having to take off if he can’t find anyone. Due to the amount of time they are taking. Never going there again. We chose D&Js due to their great reviews but based on our own experience we are very much regretting that decision.
Fast and honest service! The only place I call for local towing. Had to order hard to find parts for my car repair, and were prompt and affordable. 5 stars!
What an amazing owner! My son's car broke down, he came out, towed my son back to his shop, and gave him a ride back home, was in full communication with me the whole time, advising on repairs and possible options. Was definitely sympathetic to old car and not wanting to dump a bunch of money into it. If I could, I would have them work on all of my cars. Too bad I dont live in the area. Would absolutely recommend.
I enjoyed the people there but I had my truck in there and had $3.00 for parking meter's in it and someone stole it....but I was refunded by the sec'y when she was there. But their work and paint touch-up was great!! Nice Job
Went and got an estimate on a front end alignment they gave me a decent price for the alignment and parts I need to do will be going back to have the work done very polite people will do business with them anytime again
My truck had No Brakes I live on a hill driveway was flat so made no sense that he drove it down the hill to a flat spot he told my wife . Thank God it made it to shop . Just saying he is lucky he didn't crash it .
Very rushed ask if they could weld frame said could not repair I would need the hole side replaced sell the truck he said went to another place they told me it could be repaired. Would not trust them !
