Manager Todd was rude and dismissive. I even talked to a nice lady outside that was in there with me and we both agreed that Todd got up on the wrong side of bed that day

Would give 0 if I could. Went in for wiper change.2 kids came out. Wipers still didn't work right after I bought 2 new ones .& they changed them. Older man, presuming manager approached me when I came back in. Walked away when I said why I was back in there. Kids wouldn't come back out with me to look at it. I finally fixed it myself. Will never go here again.

Only not rating at 5 stars because the return policy and process is archaic. Be sure you order the right part at first or use cash because AutoZone is obsessed with putting money *back to the card" which takes several days, leaving you to purchase the correct part also.

Best auto parts place in my opinion for two reasons, first loan-a-tool service, pay for soeacilty tools, then return for your money. Second if you break down near store they will let you use basic tools to fix vehicle.

It's a parts store what can you expect. Same China junk as the next

The last time I was in here was horrible. There was a super short guy that was working and he was an a**hole. Like I hate to be that person but I'm pretty sure it was bc I am female bc he treated my bf (who knows like nothing about cars) like you would normally treat a customer but treated me like I had no clue which end of the car was the front. I mean he was rude and cut me off more than once when I had to get the details about a specific part off of my phone where I had saved it bc I knew he would ask. Most of the other associates are very nice but he was a jacka** and needs to be fired. I was going to make a complaint directly to the company but guess what? He wasn't wearing a name tag.

I will only shop here if desperate for parts. The chain Store has slowly declined over the years. I make this judgement out of my personal experience with the stores. They will have your part though most of the time and cheap. It is my thought that this is because people will buy a quality part and get better incentives from other stores first.

Staff needs training in customer service and automobiles. Don't expect to get the right parts or be out quickly. If 4 people are behind the counter one might actually be "working" and I use that term loosely.

Cheap and has what others don't. Plus they come to the car to diagnose issues
