Route 19 was amazing. I was being scammed by a bunch of other places, getting outrageous quotes and still not being able to resolve the issue. Route 19 had the actual expertise to know what was wrong with my car almost right away. They gave me an estimate quote of how much it would cost which was more than 10 times less than what I was told before and what I thought I had to spend. I know this is a bit of an outlier case but I just want to say that Route 19 is very honest plus they are amazing experienced mechanics with many decades of combined experience. I can't recommended enough. 5 stars!
Thank you for getting our charger in for inspection quickly, really enjoyed the company of the front office staff while waiting for the car. Honest people who go above and beyond for their customers any chance they can get.
Horrible place never buy your cars here they lie about everything and get them super cheap from auctions and resell them for super high and they always have problems I would never buy from here again horrible people the lady that works the desk is very rude and doesn’t help at all

Don't trust everything what this company says about their vehicles. They don't stand behind there marketing deployed. And the warranty company Cars Protection Plus isn't worth the paper it's wrote on. Had vehicle for only 3 days motor locked up and they won't help a bit. Won't return calls. Stay away from them.

Jim was great to work with. Has fair prices and when I had an issue about passing pa inspection he drove the parts to my house (over an hour away) himself to make everything right. I would definitely do business with him again.
One star rating is only because there's no option for zero stars. Guy is a con artist. I don't recommend anyone buy a vehicle here. My vehicle went in for a front end problem and never got fixed. Sent it back to his garage so he could make it right and he says nothing is wrong, after his mechanic told us personally that it wasn't fixed to begin with. He will treat you like you're stupid without hesitation. He'll make up any story he needs to make himself look good. Definitely won't be buying a vehicle here again.

To answer your question it is in regards to the fact that you told us your vehicle would pass PA inspection. It won’t! Then when we told your employee that we would take the Caliber and offered to put money down until we could get cash out of the bank, we were told it wasn’t necessary. However, now we find out you sold it. So yes, you are dishonest and indeed wasted a whole day of our time!!
