I always have a great experience with the staff at Bokman. The level of TRUST that I have in this dealership is unheard of in the industry. I never feel "oversold" , I am always kept informed and truly feel they go the extra mile without even trying. Thanks Lori and staff!

I was able to book the appointment online, which was a big plus for me, immediately received an email so that I could give details of the service needed and got in the very next day. I was early to my appointment but got right in, every issue that I was having was resolved and the service department made sure that my problems were all covered under warranty. I waited for the vehicle and the work only took about 90 minutes. Every member of the service department that I interacted with was friendly and professional. Even the waiting area was comfortable! I was very pleased with the entire experience and definitely have a new service provider for my Trax!

Hands down my best experience purchasing a car. Greg took care of everything and made it quick and painless. I came from 90 min away and basically just had to sign some paperwork and I was off in my new car from Bokman of Wellsville. Thanks for a great car buying experience Greg!

You charged me a $100 to replace a $10 fuse! I paid cash for my car there are 43000 miles on it - it is a buick encore so far some file pump broke the wifi broke and now a $100 for a fuse! Its. Coming time for me to get a new car in the spring guess where i will not be spending my money!- you don't realize how much your service department depends where i will buy my next car! I realize your moral compass isn't like most people's when you have to chase 14 year old girls around when your were in your 20's! And as crappy as your family tips when they go out a $100 is alott to give back to you!

All I wanted was an oil change! I guess they decided to do what ever they wanted. I don't use blue windshield wiper fluid. I didn't need my tires rotated. With rotating my tires they fd up my TPMS system. They asked if I would liked them fixed. Sure it would cost me! All I wanted was oil and a filter. I tell them that every time. I will not be back. I won't go back for anything I need done. Nothing! Nothing !

Just purchased a barely used ‘23 Sierra from Bokman in Wellsville. Sales person Ben Hall was phenomenal. No pressure and I felt he was ‘keeping it real’. Left with a beautiful vehicle *see photo) and I felt that they were fair in their initial pricing and negotiations. Check it out if you are looking for a new or used vehicle. I would go there again. Went for tire mount and balance, happy with service. Only issue is they forgot to give me my lug key back, but they called next day and said they had it, very pleased with service department representative. Also when tires were replaced my rims were covered in the lubricants that help mount the tire to the rim. I do wish they were cleaned after tires were on, seeing I had them clean before I had it serviced.

I have been going to Bockmans for along time . they are always very helpful my sales person Judy is the best. I would recommend them to anyone. they will go out of there way to make sure you get the car that you want.

Service took the time to power wash out all the mud and sand in my wheels before they put the tires back on that they rotated. And they washed my car! I appreciate it!

The service department checked my 2013 Corvette over thoroughly. Originally it was thought to need a special electronic part, but Lorie and the staff later found that it was not necessary. All problems resolved to my satisfaction. Thanks to all.

Horrible service department. Wouldn't recommended to someone I don't like thats how bad they are. Super rude and snappy. They act like you know nothing at all when you talk to them what is wrong with your vehicle.

Randy and Lori have been hands down awesome. We have been fighting some paint issues with new GM products. Lori and Randy have put up with me calling daily for information and continue to be polite, courteous, and helpful towards me. GM might have paint issues, But the continued support from the service department will have us continuing to be loyal customers to Bokman.

We are have been customers for over 6 years. We bought our 2011 Terrain there. They have always done our major work on the SUV. (we live an hour away ) So oil changes and tires have always been done Local. Took my Terrain in for the Engine Light being on for the Catalytic converter, Diagnosed by Local Garage.Took it in to Bokman. They did exhaust from the catalytic back . No catalytic but the price was almost $100 more. Plus the light was still on. Hubby brought it home. It was making a rattling sound but he had to get to work. The sound got worse Sat it sounded like something was bouncing of the road but nothing was hanging. We Parked it. We took it back down and dropped it off on Monday for noises and light still on. Plus and oil change since it was there. They gave us a loaner. Got a call on Tuesday at 4:30 pm that our PTU was going. Lory talked to me like I was "just a woman". That I didn't or couldn't understand what he was saying. I told him that I completely knew was he was talking about and he proceeded to treat me like I was intellectually stupid. Til I finally got snippy. They had put it on Diagnostic and it had told them this. Plus his actual mechanic looked at it. BUT it didn't tell them there was Catalytic issues ??? Plus there was a clamp their welder forgot to tighten when he was putting on the Exhaust. Going to be $2700+tax to fix. I asked if that was the engine light was told no they didn't know why that was still on. But they had it on the machine ?? Plus that is what we originally took it in for. Our bill for that day was $2??. $108 for diagnostic , $60 for oil change and Labor for Clamp tightening. Lets just say there was a lot of arguing that day with them. Next day Hubby went to pick up vehicle to bring it home. We were done with them. Taking to a closer Dealership to have them work on it. We were told then that there was rusting on the frame by the back quarter panel AND the Catalytic was bad. That our bill was now Almost $400 For 2 diagnostics, Oil change and Labor for tightening the Clamp. Hubby asked to talk to Head guy. By end of conversation we paid for oil change and were on our way. Took to another local dealership and was told PTU was shot and transfer case cracked, Catalytic was gone. That they did not replace the whole exhaust system from catalytic back. They only did part of it. Frame by back quarter panel was rusting bad and the floor boards in the back were shot and had the black weather stripping hanging sown and the Rug was showing. That the vehicle was unsafe to drive. That the first time we had it in they should have seen all of this because it was on a hoist and the rot was right next to the hoist location Plus it is in an area of the multi point inspection . ALL of this Cost us $100 bucks. In the end we feel that they were just going to nickle and dime us. Or try to get us to purchase a new vehicle. Which we WERE going to buy a truck after Covid. We loved the Sales department. Judy is the best. Their service dept SUCKS.

Sales staff (Dan Sorenson) has very little knowledge about their vehicles. They put a $280 aftermarket part on my vehicle and charged me $650. Should have their GM status revoked. Buyer beware.

I would not recommend this place to anyone for anything. I had to take my truck to them to get the ignition fixed and when my husband brought it home they had broke my door panel and now none of my windows work and I am not able to use the auto lock on the door and my interior lights no longer work either. Just to clarify it all worked when I dropped it off and my door panel was not broke. So when I called them about it they were rude and nasty and told me that they did not do it and that I took it to them that way. They refuse to fix it and said that i can see them in court. WORSE PLACE OF BUSINESS. IF I COULD GIVE THEM A 0 I WOULD. DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING TO THEM!!!!!!!

Agents were extremely helpful. We did purchase a 2016 Cadillac and they took care of all of the paperwork including helping with insuring the car. Happy to recommend them

Spoke to the salesman and he said come down and bring your cosigner, when we got there he pushed us into a vehicle for a test drive and worked the paperwork without getting any information from my cosigner. Instantly we got back he said, you can't afford this and you need to work on improving you're credit and said I can't help you any further.

I am writing this review for my brother Robert Baer Sr who recently purchased a 2007 Chevy Silverado truck 1500, silver gray at Rick Bokman in Wellsville. These are his words: I was so surprised the first time I went to Bokman's in Wellsville; as I was greeted right away by the salesman Bill Ryan. I told him what I was looking for although I wasn't sure of the year. He was so wonderful as he explained what was available. He then showed me that 2007 Chevy Silverado 1500 right there in the front row. He went and got all the info on it and showed me the inside and if I wanted to take it for a ride. But, I'm still not sure what I want. He was so very nice and he gave me his card and if I had any questions give him a call and I left. Then after searching more, a day later I gave Bill a call and decided I wanted that '07 truck. He got the ball rolling and I went and took it for a ride, and wow-that was it! What a beauty!! Bill was such a nice salesman and so helpful in all my questions and doing paperwork; I cannot thank him enough. If all salesmen were like him-the sales would sky-rocket!!
