This company was great! I was able to schedule junk pick up online and there was plenty of availability to match my schedule. They gave me a 2 hour window and called to let me know when they were 20 min away. They gave me a quote on arrival and the price was reasonable. 20 min later, they had removed a sofa bed, chaise, a few chairs, 2 area rugs, and a couple of miscellaneous boxes of junk. They were very polite and careful and respectful of my property. I would use them again in the future and recommend them to my friends too.

I was very pleased with my experience getting some old furniture and other unwanted items removed by Junk King. I called on Monday, and they sent someone out to give an estimate Tuesday morning. The estimate was very reasonable, the stuff was out of my garage before noon. The guys were efficient, polite and helpful. I'm happy to recommend them.

I’m amazed by this company. My mom needed junk removed from her garage and a room from her house that is being sold and they were extremely quick! I set up an estimate yesterday and they came this morning and saved everyone from a huge headache trying to get rid of everything before the closing. The price was also very reasonable! We will definitely recommend and consider again if we need junk removed. Thank you again!!

Junk King was booked in 1 day and they even came earlier than the given time. After looking at the items they gave a very reasonable quote and my place was cleaned up immediately! I would definitely recommend this company. The men that came were very respectful and got right to work. I know I will use them in the future for other projects.

The only reason my rating is not a 5-star rating is because the item that was junked (Frigidaire mini fridge) was initially $199 to remove. However, the driver negotiated it down to $125 - not sure why the price to remove was more than the cost of a new mini fridge ($150) but the fact that it was brought down made it seem as if the initial price was an arbitrary one. Although grateful for the lowered price, it left me a bit concerned as a customer, as if the initial price wasn’t the official cost to remove. The service was rendered, so all things considered, Junk King is reliable and I do recommend their services. They arrived within the scheduled time and it took less than 5 minutes to resolve and everyone was on their way! Thank you Junk King!

I was given fair quote and appointment that worked on my schedule. The crew showed up and were professional and were done quicker than I expected. I would definitely recommend and would use them again.

If I could give zero stars I would. I had an appt for 9-11am. Got an email confirmation. Waited. No show. U called, they said they were running1.5 hrs late I said OK I'll wait. Shortly after got an email cancelation. When I called to clarify they said I told them I was using someone else. Liars!

I am totally impressed with the communication, clarity, work ethic and great pricing. I spoke with junk King in April about cleaning my father's apartment out ( he passed away) they gave me a qoute and I was indecisive with how I wanted to move forward. A month later in May I reached out to have them remove the junk and they honored the quote they gave me and also had me on the schedule immediately. Great open communication and very professional. The three workers showed up and cleaned out the mess in under an hour. I highly recommend. In these pictures I had a couch, love seat, large chair, desk, three dressers, two side tables, 2 ac's, a bedframe with matress and box spring, 9 construction bags of junk, paint, and electronics.

Great experience. Prompt, polite and friendly service. Kayden was very helpful in answering some questions that I had about disposing of things. I will recommend this company to anyone that is looking to have their junk removed. My expectations were exceeded.

Very responsive. Very reasonably priced. They came out to give me an estimate for a hot tub removal along with hauling some other items away and offered to take it right then and there. Unexpected, and convenient!

Called on Monday, April 7th for pick-up on Wednesday, April 9th, they were a no show. When I called to inquire I was told they were not doing pick ups that day so was scheduled for Thursday, April 10th. When the truck arrived to pick up the dumpster bag, they arrived in a truck with a broken winch so these two young men had to physically empty the dumpster bag and throw everything into the back of the truck. I left for an appointment as the young men were emptying the bag and when they were through the driver instisted that my husband give him his credit card for payment even though I had pre-paid for the service when I scheduled it. Today, April 11th, I received two notifications that Junk King was on the way to pick up my dumpster bag which was picked up yesterday, poor communication on their part. Another thing that bothered me is that you have to order their dumpster bag from Amazon at a cost of $36.00. When the bag arrived, the Junk King label on the bag lists a price of $27.99. Junk King customer service would not honor the $27.99 price and told me that Amazon controls the price. All in all I got what I needed accomplished but it was a lot of hassle.

Excellent. I called this morning and they promised to send someone out for an estimate same day. They came and we liked the estimate and the couch is already gone! The two men were very quick and efficient. I will definitely call again!

Appointment was super quick and easy to make. The removal crew called me because they were ahead of schedule, and came over immediately when I said it was all good. Super fast, super professional. I would definitely use their service again!

Everyone at Junk Kings could not have been better. They emailed, texted, called as needed to update me at every phase. Courteous and helpful. And the movers themselves—Josh and (didn’t get his name, sorry) were terrific. Fast and efficient. Price incredibly fair. Highly recommended.

Junk King Albany did a great job. Cameron and Noah were efficient, responsive and respectful. They consider how to move a treadmill from upstairs so that there was no damage to my property. I truly appreciated that. Cost was fair. I highly recommend them. This is the second time using them and probably not the last!

They arrived early, communicated well how they were going to do the work. Worked fast and hard. Cleaned out 5 trucks loads by 2pm. They make sure that they only removed what I needed removed. Very courteous and at the end they asked that I do a walk through to make sure I was pleased with their work. I had hired them before and will hired them again if there is a need. The quote they gave me was also very fair and the quality of their word was worth it! Highly recommend them! Awesome job and well done to your team!

4 young men arrived at my home as scheduled They were friendly, polite and professional in their interactions with me. They gave me a reasonable estimate for the removal of my furniture. They worked as a team and completed the job quickly. I was very pleased with their service and would recommend them highly.

I had a fantastic experience with Junk King Junk Removal Services. The team was incredibly efficient, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. They arrived on time, swiftly removed all the requested junk from my apartment, and provided excellent service. I highly recommend them and will definitely use their services again in the future.

My gazebo was damaged during a storm. Called Junk King and got an appointment the very next day. Ritchie and James worked quickly and efficiently to take the gazebo apart and safely load it on to the truck. They were very courteous and professional. The price was very fair. I will definitely use them again.
