I had the pleasure of having to deal with Emma and Dylan to rescue my car that needed to be towed to get a brand new interlock system in it. Dylan was right on time, super polite, and went above and beyond to get a non-working car into a tough spot to wait to be fixed. I wouldn't call any other company if I was in a jam.

Dylan went well above and beyond anything I coukd have asked for. After being stranded in a dead EV for 10hrs with other riadsude co panies coming out to try to help, he came out for what should have been a routine jump and stayed to make sure that not only my 12v battery was good but did everything possible to help get my EV main battery charging too. I couldn't recommend them more.

I contacted Capital District Towing just before the recent snow storm to assist with the removal of a truck left for several days in a commercial parking lot. I worked with Eddie, who was extremely helpful and made the process seamless. Given the short notice and the timing of the storm, Eddie gave a precise timeframe and kept true to his word. All documentation was emailed shortly after for our records. We very much appreciated their help.

This was the first time I used Capital Towing. I called Tim for a last minute transport after a trailer issue messed up my plans to move a special purpose trike my father. Tim immediately eased my mind, telling me he could make the weekend transport happen at a very fair and honest price. The driver/operator Chandler was nothing less than A+++ professional. He took much care in loading, transporting and unloading the trike. i canceled 2 times bad communication on my end chandler still came with no attitude or nothing even before letting him know the situation he let me know about my car and things i could do to fix it definitely will call them next time i actually need a tow

They answered the phone right away and the truck arrived in less than 15 minutes. Eddie was so easy to work with and super helpful. Overall a great experience, considering needing a tow is never fun. Highly recommend.

Had to get a tow in a short amount of time to get a car home, Mark and Tiffany were the bomb and came fast and were the best! Definitely saving them for the future for anything needed!

Mark saved my day after I flew into Albany only to find my car wouldn’t start and I couldn’t get the hood of my car to open. I had tried calling other service centers but they wouldn’t come out as I was parked in a parking garage. Mark showed up in a very reasonable amount of time and was extremely friendly immediately putting me in a better mood. He had my hood open and car running in a very short amount of time. Only regret is that I didn’t call them sooner and had wasted time calling around to find someone willing to come out (at 3:30pm on a Thursday no less). Definitely recommend

My son away at college called upset that his car would not start and TJ was more than willing to help! Instead of towing it TJ realized his battery just needed to be jumped, which I appreciate his honesty and communication so much as a worried Mom! Mark did an amazing job recovering my work van. Quickly showed up on scene and got the van loaded in a timely manner. Very respectful and knowledgeable! Definitely recommend for any roadside needs.

Completely weird and wild story. I arrived to fly out from Albany Airport to California for a one-week meditation retreat. Day number three. I left my car at 353 kilometers of battery power. I have a Tesla Model S 2019 and I get a message today that my car needs to be charged quickly because it's running out of battery. I don't really understand why. I start contacting roadside support by the Tesla application. They don't offer anybody in the vicinity so they put me in contact first with another group locally. They said they wouldn't be able to go inside. Look at the complexity of the case. They had to go inside the airport, get my car out, pay my parking fee without me being there, and Capital District Towing actually did all these things and they did it so quick that my car has been towed and being brought to charge at the local Tesla Center where I have an appointment on Monday. So basically four days. I have been able to do all this from California and the whole thing cost me less than $300 considering that replacing a completely dead battery that gets bricked is 10 to 20k and many days of waiting for them to to get all that stuff done. It has been perhaps the most stressful car situation I've had that was actually made with they were very straightforward. The payment system they have is excellent. It's very quick and they were very accommodating. They paid for the parking fees at the airport. I have been there parked for so this is why I could rate these guys like 15 stars out of 5 I would but I can't so thank you and five stars no doubt.

Eddie was amazing! He recently helped me when I lost the keys to my rental car, and I couldn't have asked for better service. He got to my location so fast (10-15 min) after my talk with roadside assistance even though they had quoted me an hour, and he was very quick with the unlocking and towing of the vehicle as well. He was very friendly and courteous. Would highly recommend!
