We have been with global who was bought out by LMR and had no problems with either company. Now that Casella took over it’s been an absolute nightmare. They pick up the garbage when they feel like it and when you call it’s one excuse after another. I was supposed to have garbage pick up on Monday. I called and they said “truck broke down and they’ll pick up Tuesday “. Well it’s Thursday and still nothing!! How can they run a business this way. For anyone that is looking for a garbage company, DO NOT sign up with Casella!!!

The trash pickup that was supposed to come on the 26th still hasn’t shown up. Because of the holiday, there’s way too much garbage, but the company isn’t answering their phone and they still haven’t come. The garbage truck that comes to the house next door is from a different company, and theirs showed up again today. This is seriously driving me crazy. So when are they actually coming?!

Ever since Casella took over LMR service has been horrible. They skipped a day after a holiday and expect people to just have extra trash laying around. The laziness of the pickup people, they dump the can and leave lid open and half the time dont even push back to the curb. Yet they blow up your phone for payment when needed.

Nope. They are now Casella waste and it's crap now. They literally had the audacity to just call and leave a voicemail saying they weren't going to be able to pick up our trash this week, so our last pickup was December 19 and now our next one won't be until Jan 2. We PAY for weekly pickup, if you can't do that I was a REFUND not a voicemail basically telling me oh well and acting like they are doing me a favor by not charging me for extra bags Jan 2. Obviously we will be switching companies. Never had this type of issue with LMR

DO NOT SIGN UP AND GET RIB OF THEM IF YOU USE THEM!! So, our trash didn’t get picked up today (December 26th), and then we got an automated call saying it might not be collected at all this week — apparently because of an upcoming winter storm. Now it’s supposedly pushed to January 2nd. Between holiday guests and New Year’s around the corner, that’s really not great timing. I called and spoke with Charlie in customer service, who told me the plant is “shut down” and they’ve “exceeded capacity.” Honestly, that’s beyond ridiculous. Her only solution was offering a credit for the week or suggesting we load up our trash ourselves and take it to a local site — and they’d cover fee. We have two huge cans of garbage, and I’m definitely not hauling them in my car, nor wasting my time finding a location that can help us since LMR failed to preform. When I asked for a supervisor, she said one would call me back……. After 3.5 hours and their EOB being at 6pm, still no call. Then she actually told me customers should be *grateful* for the credit because they “don’t usually give them.” Wow. So yeah, big thumbs down. If you’re dealing with the same nonsense, I’d suggest complaining to corporate or the BBB. It’s the holidays — customers depend on this service — and this company completely dropped the ball for my family and neighbors. I’ll be ending our contract and searching for another company.

This company sucks. They do not return phone calls, and their customer support is horrible. The driver on my route had no respect for the customers and no respect for the job. Also the truck that was assigned to my route looked like it was in horrible shape and always left oil stains wherever it stopped.

Reasonably reliable but no communication around holidays. They showed up the day after Thanksgiving without any notice and then didn’t show today - the typical date. I know have over two weeks of garbage and recycling. I tried to call but the music just kept playing.

At 9:17 a.m. on October 1st, call your company to provide garbage collection services The bins will be delivered on Thursday 9th October. This link is good. However, Friday, October 10th is supposed to be the day for garbage collection, but your company only collects the recycling part and does not collect garbage. So, I called your company at 9:40 am on October 13th, and your company promised to collect the garbage on October 14th. Unfortunately, I waited for a day, but your company did not collect the garbage as promised. Later I thought forget it and wait until Friday, October 17th. But on Friday, October 17, the garbage was not collected again, so I called your company again at 10:49 a.m., and your company definitely said that the garbage would be collected today. But unfortunately, no one came to collect the garbage until 4:28 pm. would like to ask your company, is your promise a fart? These guys regularly go above and beyond. I have never had a trash removal company that was so reliable. And even when you’re in the wrong and you are the one that forgot to put the trash out they do their very best to help you out.

Long time customer, their garbage pickup is great. The garbage collectors are very nice, on time, and are true professionals. I paid for the year in January and canceled temporarily in March, was planning on using them again in August. When I spoke with them in January and indicated I might be moving they said they’d take the amount I paid and divide by 12 and credit me the amount. When I got my refund via credit to my credit card (3 weeks of calling ever 3 days) it was for $100 less than it should be, I asked they said I was charged a can pick up and delivery fee (I paid a can delivery fee initially). If you call they always will say “we will call you back” and don’t. I was planning on using them again in August but will look elsewhere.

The service was superb for the last several years. However.... LMR/CASELLA has missed recycling collection 4 times in the last 2 months. We are told that either the truck hasn't passed yet or that they'll look into it every time we call to alert them. Apparently this is an ongoing issue for other customers too. I hope that LMR/CASELLA makes the necessary improvements to their service!

Our mail box post with a 4" x 4" post and length of 1 1/2" angle iron was busted after they came to pick up. It was perfectly fine 15 minutes prior to them arriving. I was told they have video of the stop, and nothing happened!

We used LMR for a commercial property. We cancelled the service and at the time was told it would be at least a week when the dumpster would be picked up (and our rep would call to let us know when so we can arrange a new dumpster be dropped off). Long behold it was picked up that same day with no heads up. Our property was without a dumpster for 3 days now. Upon receiving a bill, we checked the property and saw the dumpster was gone. Would never recommend LMR to anyone after this experience.

BEWARE! Terrible company to deal with and only worried about taking your money! Missed pickups in the past that they don't have records of. Half dumped dumpster that they claim they fully dumped one time, The second time its brought up they say they aren't responsible for trash being stuck, but funny enough when i was there next time and watched the truck being dumped, everything came right out, But they don't make mistakes. the one time our dumpster was blocked for pickup they wanted $100 just to come by and pick up. Our whole monthly bill is $115 yet they want a $100 when they didn't even leave with trash last pickup. And last but most important, Beware of their sales team. Will promise you anything you want verbally, but good luck with them actually remembering said promises when he cant even remember yelling at the customer the last time we talked. Then he calls, overpowers the conversation to where i cant even talk then just hangs up the phone when he isn't getting his way. Shameful! And good luck canceling. Even though it says clearly in terms (besides what i was even told verbally) to cancel you have to send them a letter "via Certified Mail, return receipt requested and actually received by the Contractor" they are now threatening litigation with their in house attorneys and want a 6 month buyout... yeah. Not happening. Please try the other local companies that have way better customer service. UPDATE... since my conversation with the irate sales guy, we have received an email offering to come back and provide the pickup at no charge. Its ridiculous that every time there is any issue you have to threaten cancelation, go though a whole rigamarole, angry calls and being treated like the customer is the trash, not the actual trash in the dumpster... sorry, but too late. we are still canceling!

We have been an LMR customer for a few years we always have had amazing service with our garbage being picked up on time. We sometimes would see our driver as we drove past him he was always there with a wave and friendly smile!! Today I was a little late on getting our garbage down to the curb and had the pleasure of meeting Robert our driver. He was very kind and professional. He had no problem letting me still get my trash out and even helped me. Based on Robert doing such a fantastic job I would highly recommend LMR to all my family, friends and neighbors. Thank you again for all you do.

We've been customers for about 3 years, they've always been reliable, and the customer service has always been responsive. Today they went above and beyond, as we forgot to put our cans out, so the driver, Brad, went and got them for us. A much appreciated surprise!

The team at LMR Disposal are very professional. They are flexible and demonstrate a can-do approach. For example, if I need to get furniture removal, or a dumpster rental they are fast to respond. Also, they never miss the weekly pick up schedule for the trash & recycles. There pricing is very fair and there service is excellent. I would recommend them to anyone who needed there services. Don

LMR has been very reliable, my garbage is picked up weekly. I haven’t had any issues. I’ve rented dumpsters for home projects and I feel they are priced fairly. Office staff is very polite and helpful. Good experience.

I’ve been using LMR for a few years now and they have some of the best employees on my route. They are always friendly and contentious and courteous. Other companies that my neighbors use leave spilled garbage on the street.I have never had that happen with LMR.

Everyone at LMR has been courteous, professional and on top of their business. Their friendly reminders of dates and costs is great. Their ability to answer and deliver on time and quickly is wonderful. They have become our new go to in NJ. The customer service reps are top notch!!!

We've had LMR for over 4 years now. They are affordable and offer great pick up service. One of the best perks is the two additional bags(that will not fit into your can) they will pick up each week. This has come in hand numerous times for our family.

Been using LMR for quite a few years now. Out of all the disposal companies around they turned out to be one of the best. I love that they picked up garbage and recycling on the same day every week. Anytime I had to call they were always very kind and the drivers are very respectful and friendly as well. Unfortunately I’m moving out of their service area, I hope I can use their services again sometime soon.

We’ve been using LMR for years, and love them. It may not seem like there can be a differentiation in garbage collection - but there is. They are on time and professional. They communicate when weather or holidays present changes. We recently ordered a dumpster through them for a contruction project. From call to contract, only took minutes (literally 5 minutes) & the container will be here in less than 2 days. Their customer service is fantastic. Now… if I can’t just get the rest of the project to go as smoothly :)

I called them up to take mattress and box spring. Price reasonable and I was able to use my "good customer" discount. Their weekly pickup service is really very good and they communicate when things come up and weather is questionable. They seem to look-out for their drivers safety. We as customers appreciate that!

From start to finish was a great experience. The woman that took my call was so sweet. The driver patient and professional when he dropped off the dumpster and placed it right where we asked. Pick was easy as well. Prices were great and had no issues We ended up needing an additional dumpster and no hassels. 100% will use them again.

We switched from Republic to LMR because Republic was totally unreliable, would miss pick ups for both trash and recycling and would skip recycling pick up for 6 weeks. And still not only charge us for picking up when they didn’t but increased our payment due every bill. They constantly bugged us with robo calls telling us when they would pick up our trash but most times they didn’t show up when the call said they would. When I called Republic to cancel their "service" they told me that there was no sense switching because they were buying LMR out. Totally reprehensible! LMR is the opposite! They have been wonderful! They pick up recycling every week and have never missed a garbage pick up. In the case of a holiday, the pick up is a day delayed but they tell you that when you sign up with them. When you call LMR, you speak with a pleasant, friendly, honest person. No robos! And not only is LMR is less expensive but they have never raised our payment. I am so happy they service our road. Even though both ends of our tiny rural road were destroyed by hurricane Ida, LMR managed to come and get our trash once there was a way to access our road, even though much of the road inaccessible or gone from the storm and what is left is now one lane and a mess. Other roads in our area that were not destroyed by Ida are still waiting for Republic to pick up their trash, two and a half weeks later. Thank you LMR! You ROCK!

Always received excellent service from LMR. Their prices remain competitive, and our garbage is always picked up promptly on the assigned day. When a holiday or inclement weather is involved, pickup may be delayed a little, but it's always picked up, and our cans neatly placed on the side of our driveway. Highly recommend.
