Best around town .. she is a very knowledgeable mechanic and explains the jobs perfectly , the gentleman is also very helpful diagnosis are always on point .

My family and I have been getting tires and repairs from these guys for well over a decade, they’ve always been able to get the job done fast and for a decent price. I don’t even live in phillipsburg anymore but still come back when I’m in need of tires and a quick swap.

I had a wonderful experience at Parkway Auto and Tires. Had a screw lodged into my tire, causing it to lose air. I called Parkway because they were the closest tire and auto repair shop near me. The man at the front desk who answered my call was very nice and helpful. They were able to squeeze me in between jobs and got me in and out within half an hour. They were able to repair my tire so quickly and the cost was super inexpensive. I would highly recommend their services and will be coming to them again if I am ever in need of tire services.

Terrible experience. Over talk and over priced. Waste of time on major jobs. Only worth using for minor work. Don’t have enough staff to complete jobs in a timely manner. A complete transmission disaster. Once my car is finished I will NOT spend 1 dime in this place. I rather push my car on the highway for someone else to fix it. As of today April 1 2024 my brakes were changed by Firestone last week. Meanwhile I had my brakes changed by Parkway in October of 2023. Keep in mind I didn’t drive my car for 2 1/2 months due to a transmission issue. Why did I have to change my rear brakes in a 3 1/2 month time span? I was told I needed front and rear brakes. These clowns charged me for front and rear and only gave me front brakes. This is the largest scamming company I’ve ever seen in my entire life. Now im moving forward with a litigation process. Enough is enough

Needed a tire plug made time during a busy time of day for them gave me an amazing quote on new tires very honest not to mention friendly

Best auto related experience I've ever had! Ed was incredibly helpful and nice! Service felt like it only took 15 minutes! And the price was incredibly fair! I cannot express enough gratitude, they took my call had the tire I needed and changed it all in less than an hour! Make this your go to tire spot!

Called and they fit me in right away for a tire rotation. $20 bucks can’t beat it… in and out service. Very personable crew they take customer service very seriously. I’ll be back.

My car wouldn’t shift properly so I brought it here for service. I asked them to check the linkages because I was sure that’s what it was. After 2 days from when they said they could look at it passed I called to follow up. They told me my transmission wasn’t installed correctly and they couldn’t fix it. I call the next day to tell them I am getting it towed and the guy says “it’s about time. My accountant says each parking spot is worth $300 a day and you are taking one up and costing me money”. I get there for the truck and there are at least 4 open spots so I don’t know what I’m costing him. Better yet, after spending more money to get my car towed to the dealership, they tell me it’s the linkages.

Great place to go for all of your vehicle needs. I have been working with Ed and his team since 2019 and I have seen how they take care of their customers!!! They do a great job and advise the customer appropriately for each situation and they have great prices. This a great local business and I would highly recommend Ed, Ruth and the rest of the team!!!

So I thought they were honest . Wanted to charge me thousands of dollars to get a new exhaust system on a old 05 accord , so I decided to sell the car didn’t think it was worth spending thousands of dollars on it . Sold it to my friend back at my home Town He got it fixed for $100 SMH (it was a small exhaust leak) He show me the picture saying this was the only issue easy fix .Always get a second opinion. Unfortunately the businesses in the town of Phillipsburg will rip you off.

I have been using Parkway Auto for my tire needs for a few years now. Doesn't matter if I'm replacing all 4 tires or just repairing 1 flat tire. They always take care of me right away and the prices seem to be lower than most places I have used in the past. I recommend Parkway Auto to anyone looking for tires.

I will not take my car anywhere else other than here unless I can’t get my car here from an emergency or something. The people there are amazing; the work they do is phenomenal; they are always honest and at the right price without having to sell a limb to get your car back. Wonderful place 💚

I had an appointment at a big name shop just up the road. The technician that had to do the job was clocking out a I pulled in. They rescheduled me but I pulled in here on a whim. They got me a better price, and fit me in right away literally 30 minutes before closing. Got me out of a pinch, excellent service and everyone is super nice.

We went to Parkway Auto Parts to get our tire balanced and they immediately made time to help us. Our experience couldn’t have been better! We were in a bit of a bind (in the middle of a road trip) and needed the fix ASAP so we could get back on the road. The owner took the time to explain what happened with the tire and gave us some great car advice! The technician, Chris, was friendly and super efficient. I would definitely recommend coming here for all of your car needs!!

This garage is trustworthy, I was always nervous about getting ripped off but they will take you into the garage and show you wants going on while it's on the lift. The prices are pretty good too, I paid $250 for front pads and rotors installed, I was looking at almost $500 at the Hyundai dealer. I'm only putting the effort into giving them a review because they took such a weight off my shoulders when it comes to auto maintenance.

I go here for all of my car needs, from oil changes to new tires. Best prices and awesome service all around. The owner, Ed, is fair and very knowledgeable.

Absolutely nothing bad to say about this business whatsoever. I've been a customer since 2005 at the store and their service department. Ed and Ruth are the best. They always have the customer's best interest at heart. Their knowledge base of anything automotive is unparalleled and they have trained a staff of mechanics with their same belief of honesty and integrity. There's a reason they have been in business for decades.

I went in recently to have my front brakes repaired. They found that I also needed a Caliper and a Brake Hose. I ended up paying 10 dollars less than the amount that was discussed over the phone. It was nearly half of what I paid for at Mavis down the street for a similar repair I required months ago, AND they even took care of an issue my driver's side rim was having for no additional charge. To say I highly recommend this shop is a massive understatement.

Got a tire replaced here. They had great prices and were extremely fast. Gentleman at the counter was very friendly and helpful! Will go to them in the future.

This is the place you want to go for new tires. Mavis was going to charge me nearly double what Parkway Auto did. Excellent service and they actually care enough to ask you what's going on and figure out what you need. Will be going here again in the future.

My SUV hasn't worked for months transmission had to be replaced, brakes, tires, hoses, everything had to be done. I was told prior to the parts being replaced. When I got my SUV back and running I was very excited. The crew did an amazing job on my SUV. My SUV was running very smooth. I would recommend parkway auto to my friends and relatives.

This is in regards to Budget, not PAP, but Google doesn't show there is a Budget here. I moved from Phillipsburg to South Bound Brook, a distance of 43 miles. Rented the truck from here and returned it here 6 hours later and they told me I put 487 miles on the truck. It was turned over to Corporate Budget for collections. Called Corporate to fight it and he confirmed I only drove 87 miles and there was an undocumented change in the miles prior to me renting the truck. Corporate budget is now telling me I have to pay that amount they will send me a check refunding the overage in 15-21 days. Will never use Budget again.
