I wanted to thank everyone at Phillipsburg Auto on Memorial Parkway. They were timely, efficient, communicated professionally and my Ol’ Benz is running great. Marquis was outstanding. I definitely recommend anyone looking for a reliable garage in the area to give them a go!!!!
I have been going to this shop for well over a decade now and it is the only shop I truly trust to work on my cars.
The owner, Miguel, is always approachable and kind- he is a wealth of knowledge and is never afraid to share it. And over the years I have personally seen him helping out in the garage, working on the cars right alongside the mechanics he employs. How many shop owners do you see doing that?!
Linda recently retired but she was always so amazing and pleasant to talk to! I already miss her voice calling to tell me my vehicle was ready for pickup.
Marquis, who is now helping to man the front desk, has always been amazing- he was a great and trustworthy mechanic and now as the person getting you in and out the door he is in the perfect spot to make any recommendations and explain what’s going on with your vehicle.
Henry is also manning the front desk and even though I have only met him once or twice he is very kind and easy to talk to.
Pburg Auto always gives you repair recommendations during your visit as well as things to keep an eye on in the future but they are never pushy about it- they want to keep you safe and keep your vehicle in top shape. There have been many times where they have given me a heads up about a car part needing work in the future and say- wait a bit until you need this part because this issue is fine for now and it will save you money to do both at the same time. Not many shops will be brutally honest and try to save you money from making repairs you don’t quite need yet! But I love the fact that they give you an overview of your car so you can start planning for what repairs or replacements you will need soon.

Great Service! Everyone was super nice & certainly friendly. I appreciated how they worked with my hectic life to get my car back when I would need it later that afternoon. They reviewed everything that my car needed done with costs involved for each before starting any work. They helped me decide what should be done now & what could wait a few months. I understand why they are number 1 in Phillipsburg. I've only live here for a few years and I'm picky about garages(bad experiences in the past). From start to finish, everything was amazing! The communication, the detailed reports/inspection via text message and being able to text them as well. Not to mention the loaner car service, that was a HUGE help as my husband works 2nd shift. I needed a lot done to my car and knew that well before making the appointment and I'm thankful they do a full inspection before starting their because I had no idea my exhaust manifold was cracked. They fixed that plus things I've requested in aboutday and half. I'm VERY grateful for all the work they did. You have a repeating customer for sure!!!
They are beyond amazing! If you are looking for an honest place where you can trust people go here. I went in to get work done and instead of going ahead and doing the work they told me my car (year 2000) was too rotted out underneath to be safe and was unfixable. They recommend I junk it. They could have lied taken my money and let me go but they had my best interest in mind. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
This is how car repair/maintenance should be done! From start to finish, I was given top-notch customer service and given insight and direction on what my car needed. I have had a car long enough to understand what's going on but definitely am not an expert. Always appreciate being spoken to like a human being and not talked down to just because I may not be an auto expert. Pburg auto repair is definitely a great place to bring your car!
Good afternoon, this message is for Henry and the technicians who worked on the 2019 Kia Optima last week, I got the car back today, the fuel filter and the fuel pump were replaced.
After they ran their own diagnostic and investigated the extended warranty on the fuel pump. I was told the extended warranty was for the fuel filter not the fuel pump too.
However, the vehicle met the other criteria of the warranty, so as a "goodwill" they replaced the fuel pump too.
I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to you all, for not only discovering the issue, but discovering the extended warranty Kia had on my vehicle, which I had no idea it existed.
Lastly, I appreciate very much the guidance, I received from Henry on how to go about delivering the vehicle to them. Thank you have a great day P'burg auto crew!!
Even though they were really busy, they fit me in. Joanna and Marquis were amazing and very kind. They solved my cars problem in no time and I paid a lot less than I would have at the dealership. I found our new garage!
We brought our truck in because Miquel supports the kids In the area through the Steele hill Home Run Derby and we wanted to support his business. What a fantastic decision! The staff Was pleasant, well informed, communicative! We received a video describing our issue which made it very clear- then an estimate for the work And text messages throughout the process to keep us informed when the work was completed. My husband and I were so impressed! They also make drop off and pick up convenient. I recommend Miquel and his team very highly and will be back again. Thank you!
Wonderful caring staff. I explained this issue I was experiencing with the auto’s a/c & defrost. Not only did they check it out and got back to me quickly, they explained what was needed in detailed along with a video. I got the auto serviced and repaired in a timely manner. Will definitely recommend PBurg Auto Shop.

Has to be one of the nicest group of highly qualified people I have ever encountered. During a 1000 miles road trip encountered some transmission leaking issues and they troubleshooted- diagnosed and repaired the issue in 3hrs and had my family and I back on the road. Linda and the repair team made our experience incredible and followed up with a check in call to make sure we made it to our destination safely!

Let's say ive had many car emergencies, and Pburg Auto saved me a lot of stress. They are honest, and charge a fair price. I have recommended them to freinds.
Great group of people at Pburg auto. Gave me free diagnostics a few months ago cause they couldn’t figure out exactly what was wrong. Miguel called me and talked me through everything and what they thought was potentially wrong. Told me to bring it back in month or two or once the noise got worse. Fast forward about two months, they did further diagnostics and determined it was the transfer case. The service writer was very nice, only complaint is he didn’t seem super knowledgeable about the repair that was being done, since it was a bit more complex. However, the thorough report they sent answered most of my questions. The repair couldnt be done right away because a salvage part had to be shipped from across the country, and I wasn’t able to bring my car back for a few weeks. The transfer case is not easy to come by, especially one with <100k miles. I asked if they could order it with a deposit, initially they said no, but after some deliberation they offered to order it with a 50% deposit on the work to be done! I’ll be bringing my car back in two weeks for them to complete the repairs.
I would trust this business with vehicle on any given day. They do great work, they are professional and respectful, and everytime my car has gotten serviced by them I’m thoroughly impressed by the updates to the business. Recently drove 1 hour and 30 minutes because I wouldn’t trust anyone else to service my car!
The staff at Pburg Auto are always great! They always try to get us in and out in a timely matter! We’ve been going to them for years for all of our vehicles. They are a very busy shop now and you have to have some patience when it comes to that but they are all great people! With how expensive things are these days I feel like we can trust them, they are honest and haven’t ever tried to take advantage of us!
Everyone was very nice. I love how they text you what is going on. They kept me up to date with what was going on. Price wise, they are somewhat cheaper than what is around. I will definitely be taking my car to them again.

Great place to do your car business. After they do their check, they send you a very detailed text, with videos and pictures of what's wrong. Excellent way to involve the customer of what was wrong, and they found a few things wrong that i had no idea about. But the pictures and videos makes it very easy for the customer to make an educated decision. Fair prices, great customer experience and the secretary is such a sweetheart. We have brought all of our cars to Pburg Auto multiple times. It is very convenient that we are able to drop off our car the night before and pick it up after hours. Also, the communication with the mechanics is always clear and trustworthy. We appreciate all the pictures of the work that needs to be done and their attention to detail and safety. Pburg Auto Repair has a welcoming receptionist and atmosphere. I waited on my car service and it was very comfy. The employees seem happy to work there. Plus the price for the service done was very reasonable. They definitely have me as a returning customer.
We needed brakes and just moved to the area. We weren't sure where to go and checked a few places online. The reviews were pretty good, but I have to say they don't do this place justice!
The prices were fair, we weren't pressured to get things we didn't need, and the whole process was super efficient.
I received a text when they checked my car in, started the inspection, a full report when the inspection was done and a detailed message any time something was completed. They provided amazing professional service and I highly recommend!!

I took in my vehicle three days ago to get it checked. The owner, Miguel, was very thoughtful, honest, and transparent with what was wrong with my SUV. The rear suspension sub frame needed to be replaced. And as expensive as I thought it would be, this man showed me where he bought my parts, from whom and how much it cost. I was really impressed. His team of machinics and him took pictures of my axle, which showed where the damage was. I was also having issues with my rear tires on the inside, being smoothing out to later potentially exposing wires. They did an amazing job. I just drove out of there, happy to have my vehicle fixed. He also has two amazing reps at the desk. Ms. Linda and Ms. Alexandria. They make everyone feel so welcoming, and I saw how highly their customers value their services. 20 stars to Miguel and his PBurg costomer care. Thank you.
