Lazy Everytime I come here. Gave me the tester to check myself for the engine light. Alot of people need to not come to work with attitudes. Don't get the job if you don't like people...

I have to batteries delivery to my home, same day after the guy handed my son the batteries, he was standing their, and didn't spoke no English, so I ask him on ring camera what do u want. So I toldmy son to close the door. Auto zone send people who speak English. This will be reported.

I called ahead and ask for the products needed for my truck they did exceptional over the phone I came in and get what I need and I actually buy other stuff I wasn’t planning to get but I also need. , great customer service

The store is great.The employees are great.Everything is great at this store.Except for the homeless person who has moved into the parking lot and panhandles constantly

A big shout-out to Noah V. at the Phillipsburg, NJ, AutoZone located at 752 Memorial Parkway. We've had three solid days of heavy rain out here, and I needed new front and rear wiper blades on my 2016 KIA Sportage. After Noah's help purchasing them, and as a senior, who's all thumbs, I had asked what AutoZone's policy was to have them installed. Noah said if I purchased a gallon of wiper fluid along with the wiper blades, he would gladly mount them on my SUV. In miserable, heavy rains, Noah went out to my vehicle and took his time installing the three wiper blades. Given the terrible weather and rain pouring down on him, he did a fabulous job! I wanted to take this opportunity to commend him and the entire staff at this P'Burg AutoZone on Memorial Parkway. It's always a pleasure stopping in this location. All employees are knowledgeable and pleasant, always ready to answer a question or lend a helping hand. Nowadays, it's quite refreshing to find such great customer service like this. I wanted to alert customers, potential customers, AutoZone management and most of all, Noah V. how much I appreciate his kindness and expert wiper-installation skills under the worst possible conditions, and I would highly recommend this local AutoZone to anyone needing their expert assistance and superb customer service. Waisted a trip after calling for parts was told they had available apon arrival to find otherwise not... parts were in the system but unobtainable from stock

Helpful and straight to the point. I came In needing tail lights and they were quick to assist.

Was asking for a check engine light diagnostic and the man handed me the plug it and said to do it yourself.. not knowing what I was doing, I came back into the store to lager wait an additional 15 minutes just to not get any help....

Noah at Autozone helped me with my cars headlights. He changed the bulbs. GREAT EMPLOYEE, Great service, and ensured they were properly working. AutoZone value employees like Noah. They are hard to find and give your business a good name.

I've come here off and on over the years and no matter who is working, no matter what the problem was, I've always been treated with politeness and consideration. Never left unsatisfied. The 25th St location has a different - vibe to it that I can't quite explain, but for me it's worth the extra mile or three to go to P'burg.

Went there to buy oil for my SUV, and the salesperson put in my my oil filter for free. His picture is displayed with his name. Also, service was fast and effective, with no long lines. Thank you, auto zone. 5 stars for a great car service. 🌟 🤩 ⭐️ 🌠 💫 🌃 🌟

This store stocks a LOT of inventory. Good help, but sometimes a bit of a wait if a weekend because typical of most service businesses these days, they're understaffed. Those who are there are knowledgeable and competent.

I came for free diagnostic of my car. I was given the device, explained how to plug it in which I did and got the report once went back into the store. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Located right on RT-22 east bound .

The store had a deal for the "Chevron Techron Complete Fuel System Cleaner" Buy 1 Get 1 Free, And when I went to checkout the person behind the counter lied to me saying the deal is for the smaller bottle which is not true, he did reduce the price for me but lying to a customer is not right. And my receipt shows he voided the deal (See attached photo). I don't support liar's. And they do not belong to be employed and trusted as a cashier.

I broke down on my way from Tennessee to Connecticut 8pm Friday night in the pouring rain ( shredded belt in a diesel van, 2 bad idler pulleys), parked in their lot, bought some tools and parts, had to sleep in my truck, got other things in the morning and made my repairs after the rain let up, they were very accomadating and helpful, they even asked how my dog was doing. Great staff , great experience.

I waited in line with three workers just standing there. One was with a customer. Then when the guy weighed on me he said what do you want. Very poor customer service. Then when paying one of them was hovering over me like I was going to steal something. Not a fan of this place at all.

I used to always go to this store because the people working there were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. While they are still pleasant, I think the level of help offered has gone drastically downward. Still the best parts store in the area, though.

The manager is so unprofessional, he argued with me when I tried to return a radiator. He didn't believe I bought from there, then wanted to know where I work so he can get me fired from my job! I wish I could give them a no star rating, a big fat zero!
