Amazing collection of antique and vintage finds! From the shop to my home.. beautifully framed botanical prints, exquisite china, up styled furniture and so much more… Thoroughly enjoying the painting classes offered by Karen! Upstyling various pieces, transfers, embellishments, decorative art… there are no limits to creativity found here!
Loved this place! So much to look at and very interesting pieces. The owner Karen was so interesting and delightful to talk to. When I got home I realized she forgot to put on of the pieces I purchased in my bag. (To her defense, she was doing a thousand things). I called up and because I don’t live close she offered to ship it to me and I received it today in the mail. I highly recommend visiting this store.
Restroom was "broken". If there is no public restroom just say so or get it fixed. I was referred to a restaurant next door. 3 women were working...they don't need a restroom? Not a fan.
This place has an eclectic array of just everything. The owner is so experienced and very personal to all the customers. I have visited many antique shops and there is something so unique about this shop. There is definitely something for everyone. She also teaches classes at the shop. I would highly recommend a trip to this place.
There are enough Walmarts and Targets around to provide the same-old stuff a million other people can own as well. This little shop is full of wonderfully unique treasures (not just antiques) that you won’t find everywhere. From books to baubles, wicker to wood and dishes to decorations, Bay Avenue has it all. I stop to browse any chance I can!!
If there were 10 stars , I would have given 10 ! We found a treasure and her name is Karen. We had such a creative visit, painting, transferring, and just learning new techniques.
Gracious and very well versed in painting/furniture art techniques. Beyond pleasant to talk too, the ladies know their stuff. Ooh let's not forget the antiques, great amount of items for every budget and style.
