Amazing place, theyve been really helpful with different ideas and wonderfully priced materials. We are redoing a victorian and its an endless treasure trove for us.

Lived wandering around this magical place, it was like Alice in Wonderland! Around every corner were just the most beautiful salvage items. Beutiful hand made items for the garden, loved and worn pieces out of homes. A wonderful adventure! Definitely coming back.

Extremely kind. I was visiting my hometown for only a few days, and they let me purchase a vintage fire extinguisher on a day they were closed. They didn’t even have to bother with me, and they chose to be kind. As a result, I showed a local vise collector a picture of a vintage vise I happened upon while there, and he purchased it from them. Thank you again for being awesome!

One of the best architectural salvage locations on the East Coast. Definitely a great place for source materials for a landscape design. With open eyes .. the project possibilities are nearly endless.

Recycling The Past has a huge selection of very interesting and hard to find items. From that light blue ceramic soap dish to the six foot airplane propeller. I always find something and the prices are fair. I've recommended them to family and friends on many occasions.

This place is a DREAM I came here once as a kid and haven’t been able to stop thinking about it since! And amazing place for photography and purchasing for anything needed in a funky/antique/reclaimed project. I’m obsessed with this place and I’m so happy to see it still here after all these years!

Awesome place, we can spend all day here. So great to see a place of this magnitude preserving things that are no longer seen. Terry was a great help with our endeavors, we will be back!

Love this place, outside is like a treasure hunt. Loads of old doors and other great arictural items. You must visit if you are restoring an older house. I found tons of melted blue glass from a glass bottle manufacturer in NJ that closed..will use in my firepit...go and think outside the box. Will keep visiting...recycle the past, don't buy new.

Great place for anyone looking to renovate an older home. Great for garden sculpture or unique something special. Pricey, bring your $$$.

I meant the grounds manager here and he was so informative! I had a lot of fun checking things out on their grounds! Will definitely be back here!

Interesting place if you like rusty old stuff. Given the size of the place, you’d think they would have more help on hand to assist customers. On a recent visit there was only one women who wasn’t particularly friendly. When we went inside to ask about an item she didn’t even acknowledge us, just kept looking at her phone.

A lot of stuff. Cool stuff, vintage stuff, one of a kind stuff, HUGE stuff and historic stuff. They have stuff you didn't even know you needed. Pricey tho. You could spend 2 hours walking around the place.

I think this is a very interesting place because of the things that they reclaim. Boat anchor chain and aircraft propellers. Gargoyles that were used as drain spouts for rooftops of City buildings. Lots of Geo stones, old door knobs and all kinds of other things.

Great architectural salvage items. You can find a lot of things for inside & outside of your house. Kind of expensive, but you can't find what they have at many places.

This place is fantastic. So many nooks to explore. We will be back for reclaimed wood!

This is one of the most fascinating antique stores/scrap yards I've ever been to!! Some of the prices were high, others were spot on. They have a huge selection of doors, light fixtures, sculture, glass and I found some interesting metal pieces I'm going to modify for lawn ornaments. They do welding onsite if you need it. I'm not sure I could list everything that they have, so you'll just have to go look for yourselves. I would bet if you need it, they have it!

Great place to find treasures! They also have a big warehouse out in Texas about 2 hours out of houston. Definitely a place to check out. He even has renovated containers and turned them into hotel rooms at his texas location. So beautiful. ,

This place was INSANE! Really cool stuff that your didn't know existed and find you have a hard time walking away from after. My only issue was tracking someone down when i was interested in something, that and the "sticker prices". Haggle if you can for sure.
