Their current staff are the least professional staff I’ve ever seen at an advance auto. I usually go to advance since their staff are courteous, but this advance has staff that don’t even know how to give me my online order that is already paid for and on the shelf right behind them. The woman that works there is high every time I’ve gone. The managers are also angry and unhelpful. I asked for a bolt while I was there and the woman shrugged, walked away, and said she had no idea what I was talking about. Then I asked the manager who told me I was asking for something that didn’t exist and rudely told me to go away. I then showed them the item I was asking for in the app and that it was available in this very store. He went and got the bolt and tossed it at me then walked away. The local autozone will now get my business instead.

Called ahead....had what I needed , what they didnt have the called another store for which was great! Went picked up the rest of what I needed .....all good!

Think it's really helpful they have things to scan that you can find what you need on your phone. I have anxiety so sometimes it's hard to ask for help. Staff is always very friendly tho at check out and store is always clean.

Stoped in for a check engine light on and TYLER was extremely helpful and was able to work with me to find the problem in minutes. Thank you Tyler. I’m still working on that road to Asia.

Emergency battery purchase & installation. "Rob" couldn't have been more helpful. He was professional & so pleasant. Whole process took less than 20 minutes! Grateful.

I’ve been coming here for years and never had a bad experience. I just wanted to shout out an employee who went above and beyond for me today, Rob. Not only did he help me get the correct rear wipers, he installed them for me in the pouring rain. Thank you Rob!!

If you need parts and you appreciate good and competent service, go here. The staff is super friendly, and they know what the parts should look like. The guy behind the counter refused to sell us a gasket because it was missing a part from the package. He promptly ordered us a new one and had the part to us by 2pm.

Very nice & helpful people. However I can get some things cheaper on the internet like struts, shock absorbers, routers, break pads. I ask my mechanic how much to install them. This way I avoid the markup from local stores. Your mechanic will tell May tell you that the job is not guaranteed. Buy the “Best” brand and you wind up saving money

Some of the Advance auto parts have some knowledgeable people behind the counter. But some have folks who don't have a clue. I like this place , but I always feel like i have to order my parts. Never in stock. But that's just me

Hi i was there to get my battery checked found out I needed a new battery. The one employee the taller guy with glasses was very helpful and knowledgeable as well as the manager on duty who was very nice too and help me on my way. Very helpful and happy.

I really like having a local source of friendly, thorough advice and parts, but some items are steeply marked up. I bought four sparkplugs for $100 and then found the identical ones for $11 each after I installed the purchased ones.

A few staff members didn't seem that knowledgeable, however they were very friendly and the customer service was good. Alright in a pinch and good for online pick up orders.

The staff there is always willing to help with anything you need. I went in looking for a part that no other store carried or had in had. Mike was so helpful. He would not stop looking till he found what I needed. He went above and beyond what was expected. I’ve always had great service there.

Very knowledgeable and efficient team. I explained my issue to Mike, who was more than happy to walk me through everything I needed to know. He was able to pinpoint my problem and get me exactly what I needed to fix it. He went out of his way to make mention of a local shop that would give me a good price and further assist me. I've been in there once before and received identical service from another associate named Ian. These two are by far the most valuable asset to this location.

I called on my way there about an AC Clutch Removal Tool which is a specialized pulley removal kit but it was rented. They said they may have something else that would work. After realizing we did not have anything to work. The gentleman refused to give up and after a 4th time going to the back a few minutes later reemerged from the back with a brand new kit that was not inventoried yet. The other employees were surprised as well. My behind was saved thanks to the great customer service that I always experience though the years of going to that as well as their other locations. I drive 30 mins pass many other stores because I know they have a great selection competitive prices and no bs trustworthy recommendations and advice when needed.

Slowest people in the auto parts game. Cashiers prioritize phone calls over the long line of people waiting, very poor business skills. Waiting in line for some clown to tell the cashier his car's life story is brutal. Avoid this store.

Honestly all Advanced autos do not have enough cashiers. But the Barnegat one is by far the slowest. Worst advanced I have been into. If you go in plan on waiting on like for 15 minutes. Good luck calling in and ordering parts ahead of time. Absolutely horrible

All services rendered were fine. They have one worker here that tried to emasculate me by throwing parts in my arms. Was a very rude move but I didn't want to cause a scene as there was a job to be done.

I ordered, parts for a recently purchased 1999 Mercury Grand Marquis. Had a real screwed purchase of steering gear box, steering hoses, alternator, battery, pitman arm. Alternator worked for about a half hour and brought it back to store forgetting receip. Jenni was totally patient and I even let an elderly gentleman who I noticed having trouble standing telling her to take care of him first before resolving my inop alternator issue ( I fell 30 feet and have had 2 hip screws and a total hip and socket replacement myself) Jenni is a Saint, I myself have a long history of customer service and an former military with air force which our motto was service before self.. I was totally honored when she thanked me for my patience. I was initially sold wrong alternator, wrong 2 sets of steering hoses, not her fault and was initially helped by a driver and me just purchasing a vehicle without knowing actual parts needed. How could I get mad!! Lol. Jenni is a true asset to your company and treated me the way I would treat myself and all customers!!

I went here for a battery in part because they install it free. Battery clamp was rusty but they managed to get a few turns on the nut. I asked him to use a lubricant, which he then did, but after I asked him to tighten again to get the oil in, he ignored me and broke it. I was offered to buy a replacement that was too long. Now, two weeks later, the car was dead! The terminal was loose! I should have gone to Shell on 72 who knows what they're doing.

The young lady that helped me was very patient I was hot and tired and couldn't think straight I think anybody else would have walked away, she pulled some parts and I bought some and she had to restock some and I came back in and bought them anyway after I thought about it. She was just great

The computer system is so bad it slows the employees down. Thow the person that helped me was great it took about 35 mins to find my cap,rotor,plugs and wires for my truck. I felt bad for him other employees just standing around and this poor man had a line of people and was stuck do to a old outdated program that really sucks could have found part numbers faster the old way with just a book

Good place to get your car parts. Online coupons are not available to be used in the store. So be sure to do your orders online, use an online coupon to get a great discount, then pick your order up in the store.

Staff is very nice, but as usual with advance autoparts , they arent very knowledgable about cars or the parts involved. It seems as though they NEVER have anything i need in stock and it all has to be ordered... they might as well be a local store that orders your parts online for you.

tried calling about 10 times and got nothing but am all circuits are busy message every time. Called Pep Boys, went through first try. Good job Advance marine getting an automated call system would help keep customers!!!
