Had a few issues with Thomas here I believe his name is, tried to recycle oil here multiple times - he either refused to take it or would ask for a receipt which was odd because at other locations we never had this issue. Last time, a nice woman working there took it from us without any problems, and as we were leaving he walked in and we heard him say "I would not take it from him". Whether he meant for us to hear it or not, I don't know. Don't know what his deal is, but he's very rude.
I had stopped by for oil and left with serpentine belt and filters. Tim was very helpful and patient as I inquired the pricing on several items my Sedona needed. I have an older car and will be a frequent flyer at Auto Zone..great experience ?
I haven’t had this horrible of a day since I can remember, everything was going wrong with parts and tools breaking. I ended up going to autozone and had Aaron helping me get a deal on a tool set instead of the individual tool itself. I also ended up getting a breaker bar set which I didn’t realize I even needed, but glad I did. Huge thanks to Aaron and autozone staff.
Didn’t like the smell of pot as soon as you walked in and didn’t like the cursing in front of customers especially when a little kid was inside with his father.
I had an outstanding experience at the AutoZone store in Barnegat thanks to Aaron’s exceptional customer service. He truly went above and beyond to help replace the rear right bulb on my Volkswagen, a task that was much more complicated than expected.
Despite the freezing cold and the difficulty of accessing the light, Aaron remained incredibly patient, kind, and determined throughout the entire process. He took his time and made sure everything was done correctly, even though he didn’t have to assist to that extent.
I highly recommend this AutoZone location, and I want to thank Aaron from the bottom of my heart for his dedication, professionalism, and willingness to help. This level of service is rare and truly appreciated.

I’ve been to the AutoZone in Barnegat twice in the last week. The staff was pleasant and helpful in particular Aaron who waited on me both times and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I look forward to coming back in again and would like to commend Aaron for his good work!
I came in for a battery and they offered to test it first so no hard selling. They offered a variety of pricing and installed it for me at no charge. The service man who helped was very nice and I was in and out in no time.
I called around 5 to see if they could check my battery, Arianna couldn’t have been nicer and answered my questions and even told me to drive safe. How sweet is that?
Arrived and even though it was later in the day, they were both very helpful and Aaron was great. Installed my battery and gave me lots of great information. He even checked my starter and alternator. I couldn’t be more thankful. Highly recommend this business and location. Thanks !!!
This autozone is literally the best. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. With my old car Im in here way more then I'd like to be, but they at least make it a pleasant experience. The manager, Tom, is a great guy too. The store is always clean and organized when I come in
Stopped in to have wipers replaced and the employees were very kind and efficient. They even put the new wipers on for me and discarded the old ones along with the packaging. Made my day easier, that’s for sure ! Will be back !
I came in today without too much knowledge about what was wrong with my car. Tim was a great help. Very polite and did the best to help to his ability even though it was his first day and was still training. John was also a great help and they were both very patient. Definitely recommend!
After replacing battery under warranty less than 6 months ago, I decided to have battery tested. I had battery tested due to stop start on my 2020 Jeep Gladiator stop start saying battery charging all the time. The main battery came back bad. After looking at dates in computer, the store Manager John helped me out. I thought I was just going to have to pay a portion of new battery, but since the dates were within 12 months, he fully warrantied the battery! Excellent customer service, even though they were busy, he offered to put it in himself. I did it, but A+ for him!
Was there on Saturday. First time doing my own brakes. Was nervous. Jessie and Joey answered all my questions. Even called them while doing the work and they walked me through some of my problems. Great store.
The people are excellent they go above and beyond wouldn't go anywhere else I needed a starter for my car and they went above and beyond to make sure I got it thank you again
We needed a battery replaced. They would not replace it even though they had three people standing around doing nothing. Took it to Mavis and they replaced the battery in 15 minutes for the same price as the autozone battery with a $20 fee for the installation

I went to buy a new battery for a jetta, they did not want to help me change it, I asked them to please lend me a key to remove mine since the car no longer started and I needed to put in the new battery to start it and they refused, they refused. They made me pay 25 dollars by force to guarantee that I would return the old battery, although in my opinion that is not mandatory if I already paid for the new one because I have to pay to throw away my old battery, in addition I needed a wrench to unscrew a nut and I They sold a key for 15 dollars very expensive!!!
In the end, the staff were two women who had terrible service. I'm not against women running this type of business, but if they are going to be there, they should know and be able to help at least what they can contribute (with a basic tool)...
Jess (GM) and Alex were very knowledgeable and friendly. They knew exactly what we needed and made sure we walked out with our new battery! Would highly recommend coming here for your car needs!
Nicole and Jess are the Best. Always very helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They really know what there talking about.. I went for a fix finder report and they explained everything so I could understand. There customer service is excellent.
I had the best experience shopping at AutoZone on west bay. Amy and Andrew were very patient and understanding when i struggled with the online app. They even guided me in getting all my parts ready for the issues I was having in my car. 20/10 experience I will definitely be coming back
I went here for the first time yesterday. The staff is VERY helpful and friendly. As someone who doesn't do a lot of engine repairs on my own they made me feel confident that I could do the job and they were correct. They also provided me with follow up information when I returned. This will definitely be my go to store for any auto parts I need in the future.
Jess was great help especially helping me install my windshield wipers and helping me find the right size and making sure I was taking care of. I truly do recommend coming here and if you need help I would ask for Jess.
CSR#39 killed it with awesomeness! So polite and helpful. Refreshing, really. Saved me gas and time on the return trip since I would've bought the wrong item without him. He insisted on double-checking the product would fit. So thankful! The other employees disappeared into the back when I walked in. This guy stepped up and even went the extra mile.
