Amazing experience. Fill out the form then they reach out to you asap to set up pick with check in hand. They even mailed mine for me becasue I couldn’t be there. Driver was right on time within his window. 10/10 would use again.

Modern Day responded early morning after I had made an online request for quote the night before (they were closed at that time). They offered a fair price and were very accommodating regarding pick up times. Everyone was very friendly and process was easy and professional. No issues whatsoever, wouldn't hesitate to use call them again if needed and highly recommend.

Great experience. When I called for information and a quote the man who answered the phone was extremely nice and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was extremely polite. I called on a Tuesday afternoon and the next morning they came with a printed out check and took my car. All I had to do was sign over the title. As I am older in age the driver was very nice and friendly and took my old plates off the car for me. It could not of been any easier or went smoother. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.
Gave me a decent price, they were great at communicating. They gave me a quick quote, set up the time, called confirmed, called with the eta and where right on time despite the weather being bad the day of pick up. Couldn’t have asked for better service. I’d call them again for sure.

I had no problems calling to have my vehicle picked up. It was an easy process to schedule and arrange for the date and time for pick up. I had called in the morning and my vehicle was picked up by the afternoon. I received the payment as quoted on the initial phone call. If I need their service again in the future, I will not hesitate to call them again.
They did a wonderful job with keeping in touch of when they were going to pick up my vehicle and they kept their word about giving me the amount they said. All and all it was a great experience from beginning to end. I appreciated the help of getting the one plate off that I had trouble with. I would def use them again and let others know to use them in the future.

Agreed on price of car they were picking up on Tuesday. Tow truck came that same day. No problem cashing check. Whole transaction went very smooth. Tow truck driver very nice and helpful. Would use MDR again.

I reached out to several places before selling my car and found many are just a middleman and you don’t know who is coming to pick up your car. I spoke directly with someone at MDC and got a better quote than anywhere else. They came and picked up the car right away. It was so easy to work with them and the guys were all great and very professional.
Great service, got back to me quickly with a price they offered. They let me pick the time that was convenient for me. Texts from the driver when he was on his way. Driver removed the plates that I forgot and left the check when he was done. Thanks for the great job.

I had a great experience using Modern Day Recycling. The tech (Alfredo) who was onsite picking up the vehicle was professional, friendly, and very helpful.
The interaction went fast, and the exchange could not have gone any better.
The only hiccup was when I deposited the check in the bank (Provident), there was some unique procedures that delayed the deposit transaction. Everything worked out.

on bed with names, but the driver came to pick up my Dodge Daytona 500 pass car truck that was destroyed when a kid ran a red light i call he took all the information back to the truck right up into the driveway. Pick my car up shook my hands said thank you very much and I said no thank you very much and that was it very sad moment
Selling process in person was smooth. I was given a 7-10 am pickup time but the driver didn’t show up till noon. Also a lot of pointless phone calls saying the same exact thing for 2 days straight.
I had a positive experience with them! They were easy to work with and communicated well. They made accommodations to help me dispose of the vehicle, and gave what I feel is a generous valuation. Definitely recommend.

So my daughter gets her license and her pick up needed a tailgate. We got a real nice one and it was the least expensive within 50 miles. We had to go back because it didn’t have the bed liner and cap on it so a really nice guy goes out while it’s snowing and pulls the pieces we need off another truck. When we get to the office window another guy says no charge. Saved us another $100. Good people right here.

Very well done I had a nice and easy conversation with Wheelzy and they were patient with me. Answered all my questions and gave me a fair price for my vehicle. Also the driver I didn’t get his name but was also very accommodating towards me. Very clean work and they did it same day as the call which was very convenient right before the holiday.
The communication is excellent! The truck came on time. The driver is every smart person. My van was parked on a narrow and the end street, but driver solved the difficulty moved the van out w/o causes any issues. Thank the wonderful and smart man.
