very rude worker ,, do NOT go here the man on the phone is very disrespectful and does not listen at all , repeatedly cut me off when speaking and was very blatantly repeating the same things whilst I tried to Speak

After a 4 hour drive, I got a flat tire only 9 miles form my destination. Low Rate Towing provided excellent service at a good price, I waited less than an hour for the pickup, and the driver was very accommodating to my dog (which I had forgotten to mention to the dispatcher). As an out-of-towner I was unfamiliar with the local repair services, and they gave me a recommendation that ended up being the perfect solution to my problem. Great folks!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The guy who came to tow my car from another company’s lot was very patient and kind. He gave advice on my car and what parts I may need for repairs etc. My experience with this company was excellent, HIGHLY recommend!!

We've used Low Rate a few times this years for mostly local towing. Super professional, communication is great, and their rates are reasonable. We are very happy with their services and will continue to call on them when we're in need.

This place towed my vechile for no reason how can a cop have ur vechile towed and not have any reason why? Elizabethton tn did have my license suspended but every cop will let u call a licensed driver to pick oit up officer paul did not and now I’m filing with bbb and other lawyers because of not having the money for this so I’m losing my vechile all because of this man and I don’t want anyone else to go thru such it’s against the law to pull someone over then let them walk and u have to pay almost 1000 just for 5 days this place a bust then he wants me to go have it registered and it still has a temporary tag in it very rude business and the owner will make a deal and renig not good business

I called a few days ago & the man that I spoke to was very rude & ignorant, I think his name was Aaron. He must of been having a bad day...but I guess I would too if I didn't have WiFi.

Low rate towing is phenomenal. From the first interaction until the job was done couldn’t have been easier for me. Their driver assured me everything would work out when he arrived and he handled my situation with care and patients. I was so pleased I already called to speak the owner but just wanted to make sure others were made aware of my experience. I’ve had really bad experiences with local tow services so going into this I had my precautions but they made it clear that they’re the best around. They also gave useful advice for things to look out for in the future. My wife and I personally would like to thank these guys for all of their help.

These guys are legit the best. I restore old cars and at times need to move them when they don’t run. I’ve used Low Rate a couple of times and the service and pricing are unbeatable. Special shout out to Stan who helped me today!

The guys were great!! Stan was here and worked on our car. It was in the garage and he checked the battery. No good, tried to get it started and couldn't, finally called his partner Spanky, he came right away with a jump box. Stan got it started and out of garage. A bunch of lights lit up on dash so we had him tow it to the dealer. They were great!!! Very nice and quick. Stan worked trying to get it started. He tried several things and was very nice. We know who we will call when we need a tow again!! Thanks guys!!!!

I had an accident in August and my car wasn't drivable I called Low Rate towing and they came right out. The driver was very nice he even gave me a ride to the repair shop I believe it was $50 and for the distance that was extremely fair I gave him a well deserved $10 tip. After a couple days I found out the car was totaled so again I called Low Rate and spoke to I think his name was Anthony the manager and I must say he was by far one of the nicest people I have ever ran into. And as far as Steve goes he is a1 my book. Very nice guy and very very honest and had the best price. I will finish this review with you guys are awesome and I will 1 million % use you again or if someone I know needs a tow I know who we'll be calling. Hands ✋ down the best towing company ever 💯

This is my first ever review for a business on Google. This company is great. I used their service back in June 2021. For the same towing distance, other companies charged me $80+, but Low-rate towing charged me $45. The service was excellent. The driver came fast. Everything was done with 100% satisfaction!

I have used this place for years now. For local towing you cannot beat the price and the service. Always have come through for me and I have spread the word to everybody I know. They really do have low rate. Needing a tow usually means your day isn’t going to well. Good to know they are stored in my phone!
