My car broke down and I called this tow company @1:30am and they had someone dispatched to me by 2:05am. I was so grateful because it was 25 degrees outside. Crumpy was very friendly and made sure I was going to be safe after the towing. Highly recommending this company!
As a auto repair shop owner, we have used Flynn's Towing for at least 8yrs now. They have always been very friendly and have fair pricing. We wouldn't call anyone else for our towing business. My friend didn't know if it was not supposed to leave the title inside of the car, after an accident. We told them the title was in the car, and they said they didn't see it, after 3 attempts there where the car at, we can't find the title, we went to mvc, we got a duplicate, and then we brought it to them. That day when we go back to the car. They put the title on the passenger seat. Wooow. You guys ...

My boyfriend’s car got towed a couple years ago and they were supposed to hand in his license plates. So we got a letter from ezpass and let and behold they didn’t turn his license plates in they gave to someone else and they just broke the law because they are now marked as stolen….
These people are terrible. from the people who tow the cars to the people who work in the office. They definitely know how to make a traumatic experience worse. All my belongings were in the vehicle, They had no verbal or written permission to release my vehicle to anybody, yet they took it upon themselves (with all of my belongings in the vehicle and my tags still On the car) to release my vehicle to my insurance company. And then, when I spoke to KEITH (He didn’t want to take responsibility at all KNOWING THEY MESSED UP) all he kept saying was there was no hold on the vehicle. Well, KEITH if you didn’t have my written or verbal permission to release the vehicle and you did not call me to ask me if you had my permission to release the vehicle then that means you should not have released my vehicle. do not deal with these morons. They don’t know how to do business with anybody and you will lose all of your stuff dealing with them.
One of Flynn's Towing trucks was next to me at the gas pump when my sedan wouldn't start. I politely requested that the man in this tow truck bring my car back to my house - my house being fewer than 30 minutes away - and informed him that I had plenty of cash on me, but he refused and drove off! Your job is to tow vehicles, is it not? Incredibly rude and inconvenient.
My car broke down on a Sunday on I-95 in NJ. I was able to get towed to Exit 5 where I needed a second tow . Flynn’s towing answered my call right away and Fred was there within minutes after AAA said it would take 4 hours for a tow. On Monday Flynn’s diagnosed the problem, got the part on order, and communicated with me throughout the process. Their prices are reasonable and their people are friendly. They fixed my car and I was able to return to NY. Highly recommended.
Went there with my sister to get her belongings out of her car. Went on the lot to look at her car and was immediately told by the one armed man that I was trespassing. So I left the yard, and then later he gave me permission to go in there, but I didn't want to trespass. So then some bald guy asks me whats going on and doesn't really care, he just blindly defended the one armed man. Then My 600 Pound life came over and threatened to fight me, but he saw how far away I was and kew he couldn't make it without getting winded. Only use this towing company if they're rhe last option on earth.
They stole my sons Armani backpack, his jump cables, were in box brand new his entire basket with car cleaning supplies and other things. They went in the car and cleaned up then left a trash bag in the back seat with trash. The car was not dirty lol .. DONT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY STEAL.
Good service, however the office located on route130 south wasn't manned. Waiting outside for someone to see to your needs is not the best customer service.
