I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The store manager, Cody, was extremely disrespectful to customers. When I approached for assistance, he completely ignored me and showed no interest in helping. This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable for customer service. I hope management addresses this issue because customers deserve to be treated with basic respect.
I come here pretty often for last minute assistance and the team of guys here are always happy to help. Shoutout to Robert for helping me find the right headlight!
I had such a great experience thanks to Robert and the other store associate who helped me put my plates on my car. Robert didn’t hesitate at all to step in and help, and both of them took the time to explain exactly what I needed and answer my questions. Their patience, kindness, and willingness to help made the whole process so much easier and less stressful. They were truly a blessing, and I’m very grateful for their excellent customer service. I went to this store In Burlington NJ at 8:50pm and they tell me there close. I was returning a battery core. You have to come back tomorrow I have paperwork to do. Per The Closing Associate.

What an awful store, 6 employees and of course only 1 on the register, I get instructed to use the self checkout which kept canceling my payment, so I go over the 3 employees just shooting the breeze, and 1 guy informs me to wait for the cashier, what an absolute joke, I wont be using autozone anymore
Was in need of new windshield wipers, and I have no knowledge of how to put them on😩. That was no problem thanks to Shawn😃 (I hope I spelled it the right way) plus I didn't know what size I needed. He took the ease/worry away and was super friendly and helpful. Again thank you so much. AutoZone he's a keeper! 🥰
Drop in to pick up a couple item to clean leather seats. The store is nicely stocked however 'nice' is not a word I would use to describe the customer service 😑
Employees were semi rude and stand offish. Came in because I was sold a defective battery. Was told they really didn’t wanna switch batteries but was doing me a “favor.” Once my battery that I had to pay an additional $75 for was replaced my whole car went dead. And I did not come there with any outside issues. Car was running fines . Just needed a new battery and left with being told I need to take my car to a mechanic after being there for 2 hours. They tried to explain a fuse blew in my wire connected to my battery when I obviously did not come there with that problem. The car was jumped twice tht day prior to getting to Auto Zone and was driving fine. I’ve called the regional manager and left two messages and still have YET to receive a call back. This store should be responsible for any repairs, damages, etc. because of the employee OBVIOUSLY putting the battery in wrong. Which caused the “fuse to blow.” I am highly pissed off with this whole situation! I will never ever come back to auto zone ESPECIALLY this location!!!
Fine part easy.They help you change the battery or car headlights and stop lights when you buy them. They are friendly and understanding. They are friendly people. They are patient and help you like friends, not like customers. I think they deserve praise..
Vin did an amazing job! i was having battery issues and he switched the battery for me and got me back on the road. 10/10 customer service , very dedicated employee. Thank you so much again Vin. If your having any car issues you can definitely trust him!

The wait was a bit long. When two staff members came in from outside they asked if anyone needed help. I raised my hand. Those staff members ended up taking over for the staff who were about to leave. They didn't help anyone except the customers who were already being helped. It was confusing. They should have not asked and just switched cashiers. Having said that, the gentleman who looked up what I should buy, rang me up and then changed my headlight was fabulous!
Update: 8/26/22 I purchased windshield wiper blades. Prices were high but I bought the best. The staff was friendly and helpful. They also installed the wiper blades.
Had a wonderful experience getting a battery replaced here! Joel was very knowledgeable on the condition of my battery and knew exactly what the problem was upon opening the hood. He also offered to replace my battery for me which I did not ask which was very nice of him. Overall, this location demonstrates a high level of professionalism and integrity, and I will continue to shop here for all my car’s needs! #JettaGang
