They provide extremely terrible service, even they don't serve. They take money through violence. They came to me and took my money without even towing. They said that if you don’t pay, you can’t get your truck back, and they didn’t allow me to show it to another service either.

Terrible customer service. The workers are in no rush to do there jobs. Avoid this place at all cost.

My car caught on fire, they towed it and stored it on their lot. I’m really shocked by some of these reviews as everyone in the office was so kind and sympathetic. They kept telling me how glad they were that everyone made it out alive. Was it expensive yes, these situations usually are, most tow and impound lots are. I wasn’t able to get there right away with the title to have them dispose of the car, they were so understanding of the situation and could have charged me more but locked the amount in from the day I called. Let’s face it, if your car is being towed by them more likely then not you had some kind of unfortunate life event/accident. Life events/ accidents are expensive. Imagine if no one existed to tow and store your vehicle. Don’t take it out on them your frustrations with what your going through. It isn’t their fault they are doing their job and making a living. I am grateful for them and their services. The bottom line is, they were fast, in getting to the scene and helping me get through this nightmare. They didn’t just tow my vehicle but they cleaned the scene better then I have ever seen another tow company do. I didn’t have to sit around and wait once I got to the office, they helped me right away, they gave me whatever discount they could for signing my car over and they were kind. I am greatful they are who the police called. Life sucks sometimes, don’t take it out on business owners.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Ashley, the so-called “manager,” is a complete disgrace to customer service. She was rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful when I needed assistance getting my car transferred to the collision center. Instead of offering a single solution, she stonewalled me at every turn and flat-out refused to provide the owner’s contact information — which, by the way, is a huge red flag. Her attitude was appalling. No empathy, no effort, no professionalism. It was like I was bothering her just by asking for help with a situation their company was involved in. I honestly don’t know how someone with such a nasty, combative demeanor ends up in a position of authority — unless the whole business operates on that level of mediocrity and disrespect. Avoid this place at all costs if you value your time, your sanity, or even just basic human decency. Ashley should be fired, retrained, or kept far away from customers until she learns how to speak to people like a functioning adult. Shame on this entire operation for letting someone like her represent your brand.

Terrible business. I went to get my car out of the tow yard and was told the price and that they were closed and cash only. Then charged me for another day cuz I didn’t have cash only me in a digital world. They have a sign on the way that says they don’t accept discover so it appears they accept other card so this business can is just a scam. Very rude and unprofessional

When the tow truck came my bumper came off the guy who was driving the tow truck took my bumper keep in mind my bumper was perfectly fine, I saw it and the police was there they also saw that it was fine I call them and they said the police took the bumper and they have no idea where it is ???

This place is terrible they was working on my truck for a gas problem they took my truck apart and never found the problem so asked to have it towed to another location they towed but never put the parts back together the supervisor Russ is rude and very disrespectful I suggest nobody ever take your truck to this shop ever

They are not helpful at all my car was totaled their over a year ago and I've had things going on so I haven't been able to do anything now I just need the stuff out of my car like my birth certificate social important things and they want me to pay $8,500 to them to get the stuff out of my car that is ridiculous. The only thing left to do is get a lawyer

There’s no reason to give this company a one-star review; they don’t seem to need it. They have built a loyal customer base and arbitrarily bill vehicle owners for the cars they tow.

They want to charge me $3400 Then I decided to drop truck . They went from that to 550 to 500 when they call state trooper for me . Worse towing company. They think they can rob anyone

Giant lot full of undesignated spaces and a random guy with a vest asks us to move to a different spot_ because another employee is coming in soon. Unbelievable. Customer service comes here to die.

We needed our mobile home moved about a month ago and had the pleasure of working with John and Kevin that day. This was a very last minute situation that we had to arrange and the owner got me a quote and scheduled the same day! I can’t say enough good things about both of them. They were extremely patient and kind throughout the process. The weather was crappy and they had an amazing attitude the entire day. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Looking forward to working with them all again!!

The absolute worse customer service I experienced. All the ladies at the front desk were rude and disrespectful. If my employees ever treated people in that manner they wouldn’t have jobs. DO NOT USE THEM FOR SERVICES!! Before going there I called and one of the girls picked up. And got frustrated and upset because I was questioning the validity of the final price and the ONLY CASH IS ACCEPTED rule (towing). Unreal….i asked to speak with a manager since I didn’t have access to cash. I wanted to ask the manager if I can come tomorrow morning without charge since they have a ridiculous rule “Only cash is accepted.” She hung up on me. I called back and spoke with manager. She was very rude and not welcoming. They need people who have people skills. Because the owner loses a lot more money because they don’t know how how to be respectful

this place is absolutely horrible. my car was towed here after an impound by the NJSP in the early morning hours of 4/14/24. i was there at 8am sharp on 4/15/24 to pick up my car. not only did i stand at the front desk for 10 minutes before i was acknowledged, i waited outside for close to 30 minutes in a muddy puddle for them to pull my car around. the receptionist was rude… i made sure to call the day before to ask what payment methods they accepted because i was planning on using my credit card only to get there and be told it was cash only so i was scrambling around trying to find an ATM. $365 for less than 36 hours on their property is absolutely ridiculous. 0 stars if i could.

I would rate this towing company zero stars if possible. Recently, my son was involved in an accident, and his car was towed by this company. Shockingly, the car was not even in their possession for a full 24 hours, yet the fees required to release the vehicle were exorbitant. The amount demanded for releasing the car was the highest I have ever encountered from any towing service. The breakdown of charges included a $217.36 fee for the tow itself, a $350 winching charge, a $75 cleanup fee, a $56 storage fee, and a $77 lot fee. To make matters worse, our family has roadside assistance, so there was no legitimate reason to resort to this exploitative company's services. I strongly advise against using this company due to their exorbitant pricing. I suspect that additional charges may have been added to my son's bill for reasons beyond the actual services provided, which is completely unjust. I acknowledge that my opinion is subjective. This company is clearly engaging in unfair practices and taking advantage of their customers. In my view, they are total rip-offs.

Great service. Was quoted a 30min wait and $150 charge for a 4mile tow. A bit high, but I needed help. The truck actually got there in less than 15mins, and thankfully, because we were literally stalled in the middle of the road. The driver, Nick, first offered for us to sit in the truck out of the cold. He had us hooked up and on the way in no time. I appreciate the promptness, efficiency, and concern for our safety as well. I recommend.

Police legally had to inventory the car when it got towed to this location. Several of the items from that list are missing completely from the car, along with several other items not included on the list. All in all, well over $1,000 worth of items, with zero signs of forced entry to the vehicle. When confronted, I was told their “cameras are down right now” and was told I would receive a call by the end of day. It is now two days later and the business has not called me back. This company stole my belongings, and is just completely ignoring me hoping that I will go away. Apparently I will need to file a police report for them to be warranted for video evidence of their morally corrupt and illegal business practices. This is absolutely ridiculous; do not use this business.

Would give 0 if possible. Stole all of the stuff out of a car my boyfriend and I had sitting on the lot. When we confronted them, they claimed their cameras won't give them the footage of the lot immediately. The car was impounded with a receipt of items in it when it was taken, and now those items are gone as soon as we pick it up. And they are trying to tell me that they didn't take it. Who took a backpack with an iPad in it out of a locked car that was impounded by the police? The police sure didn't.

My sons car was towed there after a car accident. The car was totaled and I stop by to get pictures requested by the salvage company he was selling the car to. They refused to let me take the pictures citing I needed the release and pay the towing fee. They would not budge no matter how much I asked it was there "rule". Note: the car would not turn on, was locked behind a fence and boxed in by three cars and fence, so no way I could attempt to take it, if that was there fear. I came back the next morning with the release and paid the towing fee. I was able to take the pictures since I was there I asked if I can take the plates. Again no it was their rule that the car needed the plates while on the lot. Note: there were several other cars without plates in the lot. I sent the picture to the salvage company and scheduled a pickup later that day. On my way to the lot I called to let them know I was on my way with the salvage company to pick up the car could they have it ready for the tow truck. Again no, yet another rule I had to pay the storage fee before they would pull the car out. The tow truck and I arrive at the same time I pay the storage fee and they sent some one to pull the car. The yard worker instructed the tow truck driver to park the truck at the exit. I later learned it was so they can charge a "lot removal fee". It took well over a half hour to pull the car. The salvage company driver which was very understanding at first was agitated. I called the front desk to find out what the hold was and was told it will be ready when its ready. Finally got the car and I was able to remove the plates. Also I was charged a "tarping fee" since they could not close the windows (car had no power) they covered the passenger window and left the driver side open

Very expensive was looking to hire them for our complex our new development but they want $250 per Tow 2 hour minimum. Regular tow $500 and two hour minimum for heavy duty 45 day storage. I seen worse ! I’d rather give it to a small business! Hold your wallet. SMH

Customer service is horrible!!!!! Those females need to get retrained or replaced. They are so rude and can’t follow simple instructions….. even when they answer the phone. No class at all…… This review doesn’t apply to the work the mechanics do. To your reply I was at Winner Ford dealership in Cherry Hill where my truck is, not at your location. But you weren’t hearing me. And your tone when you said LISTEN like you were talking to a child? And the word I used was freaking, not a cuss word. So now everyone knows what really happened……..

I went to Johnson’s with an electrical problem with my motorhome. Although short staffed and very busy the owner Russ fit me into his schedule. His son Blaine didn’t give up on locating the problem and had it repaired in time for my trip. I also had a full service done while in there. Price was good and work excellent! Motorhome was clean when I picked it up. Great family business! I will definitely use them for any future work.

My semi truck broke down on the turnpike. These guys where quick to get to me. The tow guys " i think it was Alan and Russell" where cool. When we got to the yard the office staff where amazing. They even bought me lunch knowing as a trucker and being broke down we dont get many options. My only complaint would be the repair bill it was kinda pricey. I know it was prolly book price so im not mad. I use to own a auto repair shop so i know how book pricing goes. Overall though these guys where great and would use them again if i ever need them.

Update: Our belongings were already in the office waiting for us. Office staff was again very personable and helpful (we spoke with someone different when we called this morning). Our insurance company and the office were already in communication and nothing was needed from us. This all happened in less than 24 hours. 10/10 would recommend Original: Office is only open 8:00AM -5:00PM. There is a night dispatch, but all they can do is send towtrucks out. According to night dispatch "everyone is gone, the yard is locked and the dogs are out" after approx 5:00PM. If this is the case, I'm not sure where vehicles are towed to after regular hours. Towing to their yard is free for the tow, towing to your house or another destination is $500. Our driver was impatient as we weighed our options and left unannounced. Our keys and paperwork were still inside our vehicle. Office staff was very personable and helpful, but they were unable to contact driver and we are now without accident information and housekeys for at least the next 18 hours. So far this is a mixed review, but I'll provide updates. It's possible the driver had a bad day or that there was something else going on that we were not aware of.

I was very impressed by Johnson’s fast response to my gf’s blowout on the NJ turnpike. The driver responded immediately and provided an ample comfortable passenger accommodations for her to Mr Tire in Burlington NJ where replacement tires required an additional day. At job completion Johnson’s arranged a trouble free transfer of her vehicle to Philadelphia all while we were not in town. The receptionist Janelle was very pleasant to work with by phone. A++++ customer service

I had a fender bender on Memorial Day weekend. Johnson towing had extremely quick response time. The driver made fast work of putting my truck up onto his well kept flat bed truck. The driver Mike was friendly and safely drove my wife and I to his shop. His truck was clean he showed professionalism while driving on the highway. Thanks for great service today.

Absolutely the best. Super quick response times for towing. They can tow anything anywhere. Best prices compared to anyone else in nj or pa. They also do a great job fixing anything. Most of the time they surprise me with a lower price for certain repairs because they have the capability and knowledge to repair versus just replacing parts.
