Just wanted to express all my gratitude to the Quality Chevy Auto Service team. I’ve had my car since 2022 and been coming her for all my service and maintenance needs.
Recently, my car was giving me an issue, one that should be fixed under warranty, but of course my warranty expired just days prior. I was very stressed, but the team made sure to reach out and get the issue resolved. Came in earlier than my appointment date and got it fixed quickly and for no cost at all. I’m beyond grateful for this team. I believe it’s Mike who has been helping me many times, but everyone there is so sweet. Thank you all so much!!
Mike D in service is the best. He arranged for a ride both ways for me. He kept in touch all along the repair process and made sure I would have a rental if the car would not be ready when he promised me it would be. Very smooth process overall pmade very pleasant by Mike D.
I took my 2024 Chevrolet Malibu there for service about a week ago. I was told a part would be ordered and I was scheduled for an appointment a week later. I called them the day of my appointment and I have no part/no appointment. When speaking to reception I tried to tell them my last name is Price and got yelled at that “we don’t do prices here”. So I advise everyone to please confirm you are scheduled for any follow up appointments in person before walking out of this place. Don’t trust them to do their job properly. It’s inconvenient to expect people to take off work to get their car fixed for their mistakes. Please do better Quality Chevrolet!
Made an appointment for my 2019 Silverado to fix a leak in a drive train leak Dropped the truck off the night before so the service department could start first thing . I recieved a call at 758 from the Service Rep asking for details of issue. Sounded like he was bringing it into the shop to look and estimate what it would take . Was promised a call back in “a couple hours” . Never received that call . I call the rep who complained that they had a number of vehicles and was doing their best . Was at this time that I was told that they take the people that are willing to wait first then start on the drop off afternoon . I asked “will my truck be done today” the reply was “Absolutely “ . Another broken promise of a call back , I called in . Whil getting a choppy report from the service rep asking he was getting side tracked k decided to drive to the dealership to help him maintain his focus and discuss my repair. It was then I was told what the problem actually was and that the truck needed to stay a few days . Initially up as this was communicated to me 30 min before closing time . They had the vehicle all day . Long story short , I spoke the Mike the Service Director , who took the time to explain their process, the repair and we agreed on a time line . This could have been handled better by the service rep .
Anyone who does not try Quality Chevy as there first choice is loosing out. Never shopped there before but it is the only car/truck dealer that i will be with regardless. All staff were awesome , Our Hat off too Joe Torre sales extrordinare, Mike the aces Service Manager and of course Big Bob fun loving G. MANAGER . PLEASE keep in mind i have never known these people before or heard of the place. Now my wife and I are Quality Chevy Family . Thank you for the great experience and doing right by us. E & A .
The maintenance service is very bad, the service girl and the guys should have customer service training, I hope I don't go back there, very different from customer service in purchases
Great service, kind people. Try to work with you to get a good deal and don't feel like they're trying to be slick with you. Went there to return a lease and was an easy process.
To be honest I can't really review service as of yet as I have not used their services but sales Dept is great!

Service here was great! The staff wasn't pushy and I was in and out quick. Plus they fixed a recall notice on my vehicle that I wasn't aware of... One minor drawback, no WiFi, or at least none that I could identify, although I didn't ask.
