Devon was excellent. Made sure everything was correct and made sure I was satisfied every step of the way. Excellent service. He even recovered my iPad I left in the loaner car and held on to it till I was able to pick it up

The service was outstanding! The customer service rep, Karen, was so attentive and kept me informed about the work being done on my car. She was extremely knowledgeable. I was impressed with the video taken by the technician which showed me exactly what had to be done. Everyone was so professional, helpful, and friendly. I’m new to the area, and All American Ford is where I plan to have my car serviced from now on. When it’s time to trade vehicles, I will be doing business with them.

Michael in the service department was nothing but professional and personable. He knew what I came in for and didn’t push me to do this that and the third. Micheal was knowledgeable, understanding, and all around a great help. I’ve been apart of all american ford for 10 years and I can Michael is at the top of the service industry with his knowledge and help.

Very professional.Explained everything. They even kept the vehicle to make sure the problem was correctd and provided suggestions to prevent further issues. The Valet service to return the vehicle home was an added plus. So grateful for the service department.

To begin, Allison was wonderful to talk to and she made an appointment for the Ford mobile truck to come to my location to change my battery. That in itself was great because then I didn’t have to have my car towed to the dealerships service area. The service agent was equally nice and very helpful. He changed the battery and checked everything out and was on his way. I think that this is a great service that Ford offers. I would highly recommend old bridge ford for service. Thank you!

As always, Ford of Old Bridge provides exceptional service! Allison squeezed me in for an at home mobile service within 1 day after my battery was going to die. The service technician arrived within the time frame to my house and was done within 30 minutes. He also aired my tires. I’m very pleased and always go to Ford Old Bridge for my vehicle! I highly recommend them.

Rachel the commercial service manager was so helpful getting my 2025 Georgetown 7 36k7 fixed for me. I was about to leave for a trip and noticed a little fluid on my inside rear rim. I thought it was break fluid. I explained my situation and she had me bring it in the following day. Very short time they informed me it was the rear seal and needed few days for the parts. Rachel called me when they got the parts. The team had me in and out. I can not express how grateful I am to her and the service team. I will be on my trip and out of NJ before this bad snow storm coming. Everyone there was extremely nice and I would recommend 100%. I will be having all my service done there and might even look into getting a small tow car for my trips from them. Thankyou you Jason and Rosie.

Allison called to reschedule my oil change after I canceled an appointment that was to happen in my drive way. I had not really cleared my driveway from the snow that fett the nigjt befote and I did not want the technician outside in 27 degree weather. She quickly consulted the technicians at the shop and got to me with an appointment within my original appointment time. I was delighted to get the job done by a great guy named Victor Who was rewarded with a hot chocolate for the ride back to the shop.

Christian was super helpful and communicative while my car had to undergo service for a recall. They were even able to provide a loaner and bring it to me while at work. I not only appreciate the work done by All American, but I trust them too.

Karen in the service department at All American Ford provided superb customer service, professional yet personable. Kept us up to date regarding the service of our F150, explained the issues in a clear and concise manner and all repairs were covered under warranty with no hesitations or loop holes. Highly recommend.

Devon was very pleasant and knowledgeable and took great care of me throughout the whole process. I really liked getting video showing me the issues especially showing me and advising me of the worn tread on both my back tires that I was unaware of and needed immediate attention. He kept me updated by text and gave me pricing on the other things they found so I could decide if I wanted to also take care of them while there today. Great experience. Would definitely use them again.

Highly recommend! I had a mobile oil change and tire rotation done and it was so easy. Worked on my truck while I worked and was even able to perform a small recall during the mobile visit. They sent me a link on my phone to pay and I was all set. It was effortless and I didn’t have to spend any of my weekend hanging out at dealership for and hour or two. I had a sudden issue with Bronco going into sleep mode. I called All American and was able to bring vehicle in the very next day. Alyssa handled my service case and called the next day to let me know truck was ready and everything covered under the warranty. A very pleasant, easy, and quick service experience. Bought a brand new f250. Driver window motor was bad, called had it fixed. Except the broken clips on the switch panel, that no one mentioned to me I discovered once again after going to get gas and using the window. Further more the service history in the ford app states scheduled maintenance, air conditioning and heating. Edit 12/30 Renee went above and beyond her duty as a service manager to listen and resolve all issues and complaints. Restored faith in the department. 5 stars for Renee and her efforts to remedy my vechile and gripes.

It was my first time going to a ford dealership for service and it was actually pretty cool. I just had a recall but the process was simple and fast. The employees there were especially nice too. They even offered to drop me off and pick me up as well

Brought my 23 Ford Bronco Sport in for service. Allison greeted me with a smile and asked about my vehicle needs. A little be more than an hour later she found me in the customer lounge and explained what the tech found and did. With 35k on the odometer it’s ready for tires everything else was good.
