Iryna and Bernie were so helpful. Iryna answered all of our questions and we never felt pressured to buy. My husband and I ended up both buying cars this weekend because of how helpful they both were.

This was a great experience. I have always dreaded new car shopping but this time it was easy. We made an appointment with Iryna, a friendly, knowledgeable, professional person with a welcoming smile. In fact, every Subaru employee was great to work with. We got a very good trade-in value for our old car and are happy with the price of our new Crosstrek. This was the best choice for us. Thank you AllAmerican Subaru!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at All American Subaru. The oil change service was awesome — quick, professional, and very well organized. The team made the whole service visit smooth and easy. Buying my car was just as impressive. The process was completely hassle-free, with no pressure and no games. Everything was straightforward, transparent, and efficient. I truly appreciate how simple and stress-free they made both the purchase and the service experience. Highly recommend!

I'm very disappointed to learn that All American Subaru in Old Bridge is the kind of dealer to take advantage of a woman(or I'd assume anyone without some knowledge of car mechanics). My mother went in requesting an oil change and tire rotation, which should have been about $100 at the time of the incident. A service advisor said the vehicle would need a 15,000 mile service. This included a cabin air filter replacement and a throttle body cleaning on top of the oil change and tire rotation, which added almost $200 to the price. The vehicle only had 18k miles so it would be completely unnecessary to do a throttle body cleaning. I was also unable to find anything in the manual that listes a throttle body cleaning as scheduled maintenance. On a separate occasion, my mother came in to have a valve cover leak addressed. The vehicle was still under factory warranty but All American tried to charge a $100 deductible. My mother ended up going to Lucas Subaru, where the leak was 100% covered by the warranty. Please find a more reputable service center than All American Subaru in Old Bridge.

I had a great experience purchasing with Iryna at All American Subaru. She and her manager were fair and not at all pushy, which made the whole process stress-free. Highly recommend them if you're looking for a straightforward sales experience!

Jenna and everyone from All American Subaru were absolutely incredible in helping buy a car and truly be the silver lining out of a horrible situation. My car was totaled after someone ran a stop sign and left me so afraid to drive again. The All American Subaru team as so incredible and patient in understanding my situation and holding space to make me feel safe in a car again. They answered every question (sometimes multiple times) and were just absolutely amazing. Jenna followed up so many times, made a process that is so intimidating so simple, and even continued to check post purchase. So eternally grateful to have come across this dealership, to not only find a car that I love but to have a team that makes it clear it’s not just business but you truly become a part of their Subaru fam. Even getting my license plates they remembered me, took the time to catch up and make sure everything with me and the car was great, loved on my pup in their dog friendly space, and really just turned a horrible situation into the best thing that happened. I recommend them highly!

I just bought a certified pre owned Subaru Outback. All American Subaru is a special dealership. Tom and Jenna were great to work with. Amazing customer service!!! They didn’t play any games with me, didn’t pressure me, and were fully transparent throughout the car buying process. I live in the Philadelphia area, but their customer service and pricing were worth the trip to N. Jersey. Highly recommend this dealership!!!!

My two sons each bought a Subaru from All American Subaru in Old Bridge location a couple years ago. Donna from the Sales Department was helping my sons to pick and choose the cars they wanted. She was professional, knowledgeable and patient. When it was time for my husband and I ready to search for a new car, we went back to All American Subaru and requested for Donna. Again she was patient and knowledgeable in helping us to pick out our new car. We are happy to have Donna as our sales agent. We also wanted to mention Connor C. the Subaru Love Encore Specialist, he was very pleasant in explaing additional safety services offered by Subaru and we chatted like friends. We felt good when we left Subaru even though we spent a bundle. I guess the old saying is right, not how much you spent but how good you feel in spending, keep up the good work Donna and Connor.

Buying a vehicle is never easy but I did find my recent experience at All American Subaru very pleasant. I was looking for a 2026 Crosstrek Hybrid and they had a good selection. My sales consultant was Thomas Muscaro, he and the entire team were excellent.

My husband purchased a Subaru about 2 weeks ago. He was so pleased with the staff, particularly Iryna and Bernie, and his new car that I decided to get one also. I had the absolute pleasure to have Iryna help me choose the perfect car for me. She was so very knowledgeable, informative, professional, and personable. My husband and I were both appreciative of Bernie, who helped us get the right price and financing. Even the young lady (I wish I remembered her name) who explained the lease and processed all of the final paperwork, including Title and plates, was so very helpful. Would definitely recommend All American Subaru to friends and family.

My Daughter and I visited All American Subaru in Old Bridge, NJ this past Saturday to check out and test drive the Subaru Crosstrek. My Daughter had spoken to and met with are salesmen Dylan the week before to get the ball rolling. Dylan went over the cars and we went for test drive and we really were impressed with the car. It was a busy Saturday at the dealership, but Dylan gave us his undivided attention and we were able to agree on a lease program that we felt comfortable with rather quickly. Fast forward, we left there later that day with two Subaru Crosstrek's. Dylan was excellent, he wasn’t pushy at all, and made us feel very comfortable. He made the process go smoothly and went out of his way to make us happy. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. The General Manager was also a complete gentleman. I highly recommend the Crosstrek, All American Subaru , and of course working with Dylan for your next vehicle. Thanks again to Dylan and everyone at All American Subaru for making our car leasing experience a positive one. Sincerely, Frank M.

The "check engine" light on my Outback came on late on a Saturday afternoon. Made a quick detour to All American. They were about to close, but Kaitlyn quickly waved me into the shop. Within ten minutes, the problem was diagnosed [a covered, warranty repair], paperwork completed, and a loaner car was supplied for a long as needed. Service like that doesn't just happen: it takes excellent management and a dedicated staff. Thanks Kaitlyn and All American.

Overall it was a great purchasing experience. Jenna helped us and she was great to us. The All American dealership as a whole was great too. They were very organized and we spent maybe 30 minutes with the finance manager - extremely smooth. My only gripe would be with Subaru the brand with the way they offer the prepaid maintenance. We purchased a CPO with 4,000 miles and the price of the PPM was the same as opposed to prorated - little annoying. But Jenna and the dealership A+++

I went to see Jon with my friend who had bought 3 or 4 cars from him. He was very straight-forward and honest. He also was very patient considering that I was there the day of the Verizon outage and I could not sign into my financial accounts due to double-factor authentication (couldn’t get texts or emails and couldn’t get a call out) in order to authorize the wire transfer. We arrived at the dealership at 10:30 in the morning and Jon hung in there with me until almost 4:30 when my financial team figured out a way or me to authorize the wire. We weren’t sure if the comptroller was still there even, or how much time it would take for the wire to come through. Luckily it happened quickly from that point on, and I got to drive my very first Subaru off the lot 8 hours after we arrived there! I love the no BS/no haggling, no “let me go talk to my manager” style, and at the end of the day, I left very happy in my brand new car.

Very pleasant experience at this dealership. Jon was a very accommodating salesman and he answered all my questions. Lindsay in finance was also very pleasant and listened to my concerns. Overall I would recommend this dealership over my previous experiences.

Felt very comfortable speaking with dealership personnel. Jon was very personable, not feeling like I was talking with a salesman, rather just a knowledgeable person. They took great care of us and we were able to strike an end of year deal allowing us to leave with the vehicle we wanted.

After a terrible experience up the road at Richard Lucas (ticking the box for almost every negative dealership stereotype), I did an internet request to All American for a 25 Forester Hybrid they had on their website. Within 30 minutes I was on the phone with Noemi who took a few minutes to hear exactly what I wanted. She recognized that a deal was ready to be made and connected with Dylan on the sales floor. Another half hour later, we had an "out the door price" agreed on and I put a deposit down over the phone. Went in the next working day and in under an hour I had signed everything and we were doing a final walkthrough. A great experience and the way buying a new car should be. Writing this 4 months after purchase. Everything is still great.

I had an amazing experience purchasing a new 2026 Subaru Crosstrek at All American Subaru of Old Bridge in New Jersey. This is truly an excellent car dealership. My salesperson Iryna was outstanding. She went above and beyond along with her colleagues Bernie and Joey in appraising my previous Subaru and getting me a great deal for the new one. Everyone that I interacted with treated me with kindness, was very knowledgeable, and answered any questions I had. The entire experience was great from start to finish. Again, thank you so much to Iryna, Bernie, Joey, and everyone else at All American Subaru of Old Bridge.

I had a fantastic experience working with Jenna. She was friendly, straightforward, quick to respond, and incredibly knowledgeable. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, answered every question with patience, and made sure I felt completely comfortable with the car I was considering. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in doing things the right way. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend asking for Jenna if you’re shopping here.

Jon is an awesome salesman that sold me my brand new 2026 SUV. He was extremely helpful explaining the new features and how they work in the car. He has patience of a saint. Would definitely recommend him to others.

I have had issues since the start. The car it's self is okay, but things just broke way too quickly. It started with the door lock actuator, I could not unlock the door on one of the rear doors. I had brought the car back to here. They "unstuck" it. Then it broke again, they "unstuck" it again. The brakes also started to make a grinding noise, they could not find the cause, claiming it was "brake dust". Oil changes were performed at Subaru. I had noticed a rattle and had not thought about it. After multiple visits, they actually looked at the pads. They were worn down and the disc was warped. They rehomed it. It lasted about another few months. I had finally brought it back. They ordered a new door lock actuator. Only deciding to do so when it was not covered and required a co-pay. My mother had complained, we got two free oil changes. Woohoo. It took a month to get the part in. Had an oil change not that long ago at Subaru. Now, we jump to present day, about a month later from that last oil change. I had a mobile mechanic at my house as my sister's car had broken. Asked about the rattle, took it for a test drive. They assumed heatsheild that was loose. Put it up on a ramp, looked under and found that one of the exhaust bolt had been replaced with two plastic zip ties. At this point I was livid. The only people who had worked on the car has been this place. They couldn't find a new bolt? They're the most common thing and what you have to replace is two plastic zip ties?? This place is a clear example of a lack of care and service center designed around how many people they can turn out the door as fast as possible. Edit as of the last repair where the found the zip ties, the rattle has stopped. It was a very complicated repair. A nut, bolt, and washer. Very expensive. Same grade as the ones on the car. Forgot to mention, the passenger side sun shade is also broken. That broke early on too. All of these things should have been noticed in their inspection. Unfortunately, I cant post a photo of the exhaust as I dont have a jack stand, but I attached proof of the miles and the broken sun shade. The kicker? This car has 40,000 miles.

It's a nice dealership and everyone is friendly and wants to help, but it's not much different than others I have dealt with before. I was in to look at a "dealer loaner" Legacy to replace my 2012 Legacy. Lots of nice improvements in the 2025 model. The test drive was kind of meager, with just a moment spent on Rt 18. I came in with an amount in mind I wanted to spend and what I wanted in the car. Sitting in the sales persons office I laid out my offer in detail. He took all the information to his manager and came back saying we had a deal. But when I asked about the add-on accessory I wanted and clearly laid out, he said he "forgot" to ask about it, even though I saw him write it down on the paper he took in to his manager. So he went back to ask his manager about it, and when he came back this time, he said the best he could offer was for me to pay the dealer cost of the item and labor to install. That was a big disappointment especially since his quote on dealer cost wasn't any discount at all when I looked up the accessory online. I wasn't there to play games and wasn't going to make a fuss about it because I've played that game before. That's why I don't even bother discussing the fees they add on. That why I think this dealership is just average and only worth an average rating. No better or worse than any other. NOVEMBER 12 ADDENDUM - I did update the review to mention we went on Rt 18, which I didn't properly note. It was about a 1/4 mile stretch I believe, quick on and quick off. Sorry I omitted that. Yes, I was offered the accessory, if I paid the 1/2 hr labor and the items dealer cost, which wasn't any kind of discount from what I could pay to get it myself. My disappointment was because it was clearly part of my original ask, which was detailed and written out but "forgotten" when the sales person went in to talk to their manager. I believe this is just a tactic used by sales and so noted it. As for the pen, since this was a preowned car there were a number of scratches and abrasions that were clearly visible and needed to be addressed that weren't during prep. Or maybe there wasn't anything they could do about them. So I asked for a pen to do my own touch up. To reiterate, I find nothing truly wrong with this dealership, I think they were all nice and everyone is there to help and do their best. I just found the experience to be like any other dealership and so just average. I do appreciate the response and I am sorry I didn't initially mention the rt. 18 drive and so have moved to 4 stars. Thank you.

All American Subaru provides amazing customer service and a fantastic buying experience from beginning to end. They are kind, patient, accommodating, communicative, and very professional. It was my first time buying a car by myself without my spouse and I was a bit nervous. Tom and Lindsey were very helpful and walked me through the process, explaining things in clear detail to me. The car I purchased is a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle and it was detailed and in pristine condition. I am a second time buyer at All American Subaru and would definitely buy again from here!

Loved working with Dylan L at All American. Easy to talk to and very informative. One of the best sales reps I’ve spoke to in the area and competitive. Went to a rival Subaru in Franklin that couldn’t even try and match Dylan’s deal. Always a pleasure working with him! Lindsey in finance is also bomb too!

The environment and people at All American Subaru are extraordinary. I have never had a car-buying experience so welcoming and so generous. My salesperson, Angie Rossi, gave us unhurried time; explained everything clearly, and was a delight to work with. She displays a generosity of intelligence and curiosity that make her superb in sales and in teaching about how to use my Crosstrek with its many tech apps. Women are clearly key workers at All American; it’s a business where women are in major positions in sales and in service. Hard to imagine these days. Go here—for Subarus and Fords (this dealership is next door).

I had a terrible experience with this car repair service. After an oil change, my car—which had only driven about 3,500 miles—displayed an engine warning light indicating low oil. I added a quart of oil, and the issue temporarily resolved. I brought the vehicle in for service to address what I suspected was an oil leak. They charged me $2,500 for the repairs, claiming to have fixed the issue. However, after driving another 3,500 miles, the exact same warning light came on again. I returned to the dealer and told them the issue was never fixed in the first place. After another inspection, they told me that the previous service had only sealed the engine top cover, and now the front cover needed sealing—for an additional $2,800. It was clear to me that the initial repair was incomplete or misdiagnosed, and I was being asked to pay again for something that should have been caught and fixed the first time. I rejected their repairing and charges and questioned the quality of their service. In the end, they viewer the fee for this time oil change . But to make matters worse, when I got home, I discovered that two screws were missing from my car after their service! (see attached pictures) Unfortunately, this review platform doesn’t allow for negative ratings, or I would have gladly given them the lowest possible score. Based on my experience, I absolutely do not recommend their service.

I recently purchased my very first car “Subaru Crosstrek Sport” from All American Subaru in Old Bridge, NJ and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, transparent, and honestly enjoyable — something I didn’t expect when going into car buying for the first time. A huge shoutout to Jenna Kahn, who was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She took the time to walk me through everything, answered all my questions without ever making me feel rushed or pressured, and made sure I found a car that truly fit my needs and budget. Her friendly and genuine approach made a huge difference. I also want to highlight Shariff from the Finance team, who made the final steps of the purchase stress-free and easy to understand. He took the time to explain every detail clearly and worked with me to get the best possible deal. His professionalism and kindness made me feel confident and well taken care of. The customer service at All American Subaru is top-notch. Everyone I interacted with was welcoming and honest, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. This dealership doesn’t just sell cars — they build trust and relationships. If you’re looking to buy a car — especially your first — I highly recommend visiting All American Subaru in Old Bridge. Ask for Jenna and Shariff, they’ll make sure your experience is as great as mine was!
