Avoid this place. Their customer service stinks and they are very unreliable. Insurance had my girlfriend tow with them, and they instructed us to leave the keys in car and they would pick it up (this was on a Friday). We requested that they let us know when they'd pick it up and they agreed even after saying they usually don't notify the owner when they pick up the cars. The day past and they never came to pick up the car. We call them and they said they had called us, yet we had no missed calls. This doesn't make sense cause the car could still have been picked up even if the call was missed (which they claim to have done many times and not notify the car owner whenever they picked up their car). They finally picked up the car on Wednesday after having to call them. So they initiated the pickup on Friday but did not pick up the vehicle until Wednesday. After seeing all the other terrible reviews and horrible customer service, it’s a surprise this establishment is able to conduct business, stealing from people’s car (from other reviews) and being unprofessional. Now this is where it gets annoying. The tow person requested my girlfriend to drop off cash at the shop where the car is being towed to, but due to the car in need of repairs and scheduling, they agreed that they can pick up the cash. On the day of them towing the car to the shop, they backed out on this agreement and wanted the cash dropped off. The lady seemed annoyed when my girlfriend couldn't abide to the request because she had work obligations. It was very annoying to deal with them. How do you expect someone to drop everything to just drop off cash when you had agreed on picking it up? On top of that, cash cannot be easily dropped off when you have her car... What a joke. This could have all been handled sooner if the car had initially been picked up on the day it was suppose to.
I am beyond angry. My car was sent to this auction site by Progressive after a total loss back in February 2025 . While randomly browsing through auction listing photos, (honestly just reminiscing about my first car ever..!) I spotted my own belongings—my boyfriend’s hats, my lunchbox, and my steering cover—just dumped on the ground in the background of their very OWN pictures. they also stole a pouch of coins (left 3 pennies in it….) and two gold pendants of my boyfriend. That’s when I connected the dots and realized they were the ones who stole everything valuable from my car. I thought it was the first towing place my car went to before stupid progressive sent my car here, but i was wrong. This isn’t just negligence—it’s blatant theft. Even though i’m making this review in August 2025 months after they stole from my car, it still angers me just as much if i were to have connected the dots the day of back in February 2025.. Judging by other reviews, this is a recurring scam. Do not trust these bum crooks with your vehicle or anything inside it! shame on all of you guys and i hope those quarters were useful 🤦🏻♀️
Car was sent here from progressive. They stole everythinggggg. Even my prescription sunglasses!! They stole nasal tissue, purell, chargers. Literally Everything. I’m surprised they didn’t take my ez pass. Everyone pretends to be clueless. Absolutely disgusting.
Lol well I know now and why I will never buy from this location again. Curious how much does it cost? To put runs and drives on a veichle that has a blown engine and won't even crank over or move an inch.(Serious questions)

Place is full of thieves. My car was brought here by the insurance and when I went to pick up the belongings they were stolen. They give you the run around and excuses that the car came like this which is not true.
Saw a vehicle to purchase there. I decided not to get it because of a nasty experience with staff. That was over a year ago.
I almost took a chance, but not after seeing recent reviews nothing has changed.

Employees are great like Miss Clara Santos. Great customer service . But Manager awful. Need some Personal skills, not people's person at all. Yelling. Oh My God. Needs God really bad.
Staff was very helpful and polite. They brought my vehicle to us to remove my belongings. Provided a dumpster and garbage can nearby to put all the trash in. Gave us safety vests while in the lot. Service with a smile
I went there to pick up items from my car, after progressive insurance deemed it a total loss. Two car chargers missing, (one of them from my blue tooth) and some of the kid decorations which were collectors items were gone. They were rude, wanted me to sign paperwork without letting me read it. Then became even nastier when i stated i needed to read it. Front desk blond girl os racist, because she was flirting with a white man, when she was done and it was my turn, she did not want to meet my eyes. Rude, unprofessional and thiefs. Giving 1 star because i have to give something but the place is a scammer haven, and a den of thieves.
Great people, fast service, organized and transporters are in and out fast. No delays 👍👍👍👍 wish all locations are like that. But it’s iaai never a dull moment. Lol 😂
You can buy salvage cars here. You have to understand that you buying what you see. The sell all cars as-is. So make sure to look at the car before you buy it. Don't be a dreamer, you will not buy 2016 accord with 7000miles for $3000. There is something wrong with it. So stop dreaming. Go look at it and if it worth get it. Be real.
Extremely rude and unfriendly staff. I purchase cars from other iaa locations in NJ NY and PA and this one is the worst. Unfortunately a large company like iaa does not care what their branches do as long as they turn a profit. I wish they had a better screening process for their employees.
They stole my money gave the my car to sell the title wasn't under my name but am the owner of it , they sold it and wouldn't make a check under my name they made was made to the name that's on the title and I don't even know who that was !!! Those guys supposed to be in Gail right now.
