Roadrunner is awesome. Rob (one of the owners) helped me size up my tires on my jeep jl. We kept everything within my budget, no upselling. Everyone there is friendly and very knowledgeable. I just had a 2-in lift put on my ram 1500. They did an awesome job with awesome customer service. Rob is great!. Been going there for years. Got my bumper from them few years back and used to go there all the time when I raced an English town back in the day.

Found Road Runners online when looking for a place that could do all the upgrades I had in mind with my 2024 F150. First time I stepped foot into the shop I was immediately greeted and made to feel like I was a family member stopping by to say hi - Nick, who initially helped me out with my list of things to do, was great and showed me some of the bed cover samples they had to give me a better idea of what I wanted. When I met Rob shortly afterwards I couldn’t help but feel like we had known each other for 20 years, just the kind of guy he is, so friendly and helpful, he really helped me to fully understand all of my upgrades and talked through the technical aspects behind everything. Rob kept me abreast of everything going on leading up to my appointment and then throughout the time they worked on my truck. When I went to pick it up, I was truly blown away! Everything they did was perfect, and it turned out exactly as Rob had indicated. I was beyond ecstatic, really could not have been more pleased with how everything turned out. So I really didn’t get any work done here but had to give a shout out to the owner Rob! I went to a couple franchise shops and they both told me I needed to replace my upper control arms on my 2019 4Runner which I was ready to do but was a bit hesitant because I had replaced them maybe 30-40k miles ago. I came across Roadrunner on google, went in Rob the owner said let me take a look it’s odd they would go out, turns out they just needed to be lubed up and that was it!! He didn’t charge me a penny! There are good people out there and Rob proved coming from Cali so glad I found a good 4x4 shop for my future needs!! Thank you Rob

Rob and his crew did a great job on my 2011 GMC. They installed a BDS 6 inch lift kit with 35 inch tires. Truck looks awesome. The job was done on time, and drives great.

Great guys make this a great shop. Kieth was able to get me a tri-fold bed cover in just 2 days for my 2022 GMC Sierra and in this day and age that’s a big deal! They called me as soon as it came in, I went down and Rob installed it in no time. I’ll be back soon for a lift and some wheels/tires. Overall great experience.

Best 4x4 shop in the area. I've been searching everywhere to get my jeep lifted but a lot of places are expensive and say its too much work, but these guys are the best. Not only did they help me bring the right stuff but are also honest. Coming back for more future mods for sure.

I drive an hour and 10 minutes to take my truck to road runners to get work done. There are other 4 x 4 enthusiast shops in my area but nothing compares the road runners. Customer service is excellent and honest. The work they do speaks for itself top quality work. I will continue bringing my vehicle for more modifications in the future. Great place New LED headlights and fogs for my wrangler. Fast install great price . I'll be back. Update small issue with lights. Rob the owner rectified it in lightning speed. Lights are great. Very stand up guy. Jeep owners looking for a place to hook up your jeeps this is the place. I wish you did Saturday installs. I needed LED bulbs high and low beam on my new Ram 1500 but only can get there on Saturday. Was a 500 dollar job that unfortunately you guys lost.

Rob and the crew (Rick, Keith, Mike) are top notch professionals. I came in looking for a lift kit, rims and tire package for my 2015 F150. Rob spent more than 2 hours with me picking what would work best for me and my wants. No up-selling or pushing things not needed. The work was meticulous. If you want to upfit a Jeep go see Rob. End of story. Update 8/27/20 Rob hooked me up with Procomp wheels and Mickey Thompson tires and they look and ride great. Photos to come.

Rob and the guys did a great job on my power wagon. Installers did an excellent job.clean fast and no issues at all. I Would definitely recommend it and if they don’t have it in stock they will get it 👍🏻

Great Service but it"s the Guy in the back, MIKE their Mechanic that really holds it together that Guy Does it all, Yeah I paid a Premium but every job I had done Four so far, lift, Lights, Gearing/Rears & Exhaust. He talked me out of buying a K&N. Filter housing because he thought it was Just a waste of money.

The best rob was so helpful will be going back again. Got something simple but will be going back to get my lift.

I have been a customer of Road Runners for 16 years. I always go to Rob, Rick and the team for all my 4wd needs, and my hot rod needs. Their expertise is always correct, spot on. This is a great place to shop for all your fun stuff. I enjoy their company, and the selection is awesome. Even if you have to order an item, its fast as lightning. I can recommend this store to everyone.

The point of this review is discuss my horrible experience over the phone. This review is about two calls which took place half an hour before closing. Main point: Awful customer service!The employee who answered the phone was more concerned with closing the store than helping me get a critical part. Background: This all took place on May 19, 2018. I was involved in a minor accident in the morning. Long story short, an improperly installed wheel spacer lead to my driver side front tire coming off. I spent over an hour looking for stores that carry wheel spacers. Road Runners Performance And Accessory Center was the only store with the parts I needed. Unfortunately for me, I called 30 minutes prior to closing time. I attempted to explain my situation, but the guy at the registrar wasn't having it. He was not willing to accommodate tô my situation. After assuring him that I would arrive to the store 15 minutes after closing, he refused to consider my situation. When I called for the second time, 10 minutes prior to closing, he refused to consider staying open even though I was close to the store. He hung up the call abruptly, refusing to listen to my situation.

I have a Toyota Tundra and have had numerous things installed there including a metal bumper front and back and air horns. Always a good experience and knowledgeable staff. Especially Rob the owner.

I brought my Jeep in for a front end job, Rob was very knowledgeable and very helpful. The same goes for Nick and the rest of the crew, their mechanic took his time and made sure his work was on point. There is NO reason to go anywhere else since I personally experienced their excellent work. Thanks guys, I hope you get back to me soon for rest of the work I want done on my Wrangler..........

Let me start by saying this was the best experience I've ever had these guys knew their stuff from A to Z the owner behind the counter was friendly courteous and knew everything that I needed for my truck I will definitely be coming back here for everything I need for my truck. This is a model for a great business run by some great guys

I got a 6inch lift and 35s on my tacoma as well nerf bars and light bar everything works great install was perfect. Going back to have the truck regeared very soon. Best 4x4 shop in jersey.
