I used Lee’s on the recommendation of friends to repair front end damage the result of someone hitting it while parked. They took it in as scheduled, kept me updated as to the progress and completed the repairs ahead of schedule. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. They worked directly with my insurance company all was handled without me having to get involved. The car is not yet 2 years old and looks as good as the day I bought it!
I had a dent in my fender and rear quarter panel, I went in on the third day to give them my key to my truck cap that was locked because all my construction tools were in it. Prior to this ,When I dropped it off I asked for a mechanic to just give me two seconds!!, just to look at the cap to see if they need the key and they said they were too busy!! They called me on the third day to come in and give the key!! They were already done fixing the dents and had body filler on it and sanded , it was ready for painting. I didn’t get my truck back for three and a half weeks!!!!! My truck was sitting outside with my cap tilted open for at least 15 days. I wasted $332 dollars on a rental because of this , and that’s with my insurance company paying for most of it . I will never go back there again. They could have had this done in 5 days,my paint job has drips of excess paint that they said they will fix , but that’s more time that I have to give them!!
Lee’s scheduled my car repair within 3 days…the repairs were completed in a timely manner and I was informed of the progress of the repairs at least every 2 days. I received my car back exactly as promised, the staff were amazing too. I would highly recommend Lee’s for your auto repairs. Thank you Lee’s for everything, I give them an A+++++

I was sent to Lees by the insurance company as and authorized shop and beyond happy with the experience! They have an automated text system that kept me up to date on the progress so I always knew the status. Also took it upon themselves to make sure the quality of repair was stellar. The insurance company approved after market parts which did not meet their quality checks and worked with the insurance company to approve and replace for a like new repair of my bumper. I may have been introduced via insurance company but any future body work I need I will definitely return to them for the work.

They did it again! Lee’s auto body went far beyond the work order. In for a moulding replacement and wheel alignment. They threw in the WA as complimentary and took care of some paint specks that were mysteriously all over the hood and front end. Again highly recommend. Thank you.
I had a great experience with Lee's Auto Body. They were upfront that it would take a month or two until they could get my car in for repairs (it was drivable in the meantime), but as soon as they took my car in, it took them just a week to fully replace the passenger side door. I really appreciate that they told me about the wait instead of having me drop off my car earlier and waiting a month or longer for repairs.
I made a mistake when I got the check from my insurance (this is my first car accident) and deposited the check into my bank account. When I went to pay, Lee's said they normally have a policy to only take up to $1,000 from a credit or debit card, but they made an exception so I wasn't scrambling for cash last minute. (Thank you so, so much!)
When I went to pick up the car, I noticed that my rear view mirror wasn't moving (the wiring wasn't attached properly or the replacement was defective). Even though I had already paid and signed off on the car, they apologized profusely and immediately went to rectify the situation by replacing the mirror the same day (including painting a black mirror so it would match!) so I could still take the car home that day. It was clear how much they value customer service. Everyone makes mistakes, but it's how you react to it as a business that truly makes all the difference. Thank you - my car looks like it was just driven off the lot!
Lee's autobody uses one of our paint booths at this facility and I had the chance to visit yesterday. I had the opportunity to sit down and talk with Mr. Eddie as well as hang out with him and his paint shop for a couple of hours yesterday.
The story of this shop, the commitment to helping people, the number of people who've worked here for years because of how they're treated, it's a very awesome thing. To know there are good folks like him in this industry makes me smile.
The shop was founded by his mentor, who brought him in and helped teach him every aspect about running a shop and working with people. We all should be so lucky to work with someone who see's our potential like Mr. Lee saw in Eddie. It's never "I"......Its "we". Because it's a team effort
I also got to hang out with a few of the painters there, specifically Sean(Shawn?). The attention to quality and wanting to deliver a quality paint job everytime is something that should be applauded. Plus, the comradery in the shop was something I haven't seen in a while, and it was great to see.
Ive been in the autobody industry for 21 years, and only come across 1 other shop owner who has this man's passion. Great people here who will take care of you.
An excellent job done by Lee's. My whole rear bumper system was damaged and they made the car look like new. I received my Genesis completely clean and vacuumed. There were issues with Genesis, but the staff persevered and I highly recommend Lee's Auto Body.
I went to lees auto body so they inspect damage caused by a hale storm for a 2019 HONDA PILOT. the shop is very knowledgeable and organized. They are fixing car soon. They are certified with my insurance company. quite happy. We picked up the car a week later as planned. Lee's Autobody did a great job on repairing the damage. They even washed and waxed the car. July 2021 Another Car repaired my Lee's Auto Body- My son's car -2017 Subaru Legacy had a damaged back bumper circa July 2021. Eddie worked hard finding the new parts caused by this Covid 19 environment. Eddie was upfront with me. In 2 weeks, the car was repaired and washed by Lee's Autobody and ready for pick-up. My son hit a sign and guard rail pulling into a drive thru. We towed our 2019 Kia Sorento to Lee's from the accident site. At first we dealt with Gary who was very professional. It was late in the day so Eddie gave us a call the next day to give an estimated cost for the front damage. Eddie explained it was an initial review and may increase once they take a deeper look. We received several calls from Eddie with updates after that. We got our car back within two weeks (situation fell within the July 4 weekend), which was earlier than expected. The end price was acceptable considering the damage.
Due to icy roads in February, my car hit some black ice and I got into a small accident. Fortunately, there was no engine/electrical damage. I was sent to Lee's Auto body shop through my insurance (AAA), as they are an authorized repair shop. I was a bit hesitant as this was my first time going to Lee's for repairs, but within the first 5 minutes of meeting the staff and technicians, my nerves were calmed. What an OUTSTANDING and highly professional team they have!
Erin (claims/appraisal agent at Lee's) thoroughly checked the vehicle, in and out, to verify damages and seek any necessary additional repairs that might not have been initially identified. She informed me of damages to the rear bumper, which I did not see. She developed a bill of material within minutes and had the entire claim approved while I was there! I've dealt with other body shops and this process has taken DAYS! I was in the shop for 10 minutes and not only was my claim approved, but they ordered the parts right in front of me. I drive an Audi RS5, so some of these parts were rather expensive and my total came out to over $9,000; but Lee's took proper care in finding the best parts and making sure no corners were cut during the entire repair process. Gary told me the repairs would take about a week and half, and he was spot on with the timing. He ,Eddie, and Erin called me every few days to give me updates on the vehicle repair and also informed me of supplemental work that was required; they had this approved through the insurance PRIOR to calling me.
This was truly a pleasant experience. From the greeting at the front door, to the final signature, the process was epitome of professionalism. Lee's took it a step further by buffing/polishing out a few dings on my hood and driver side door, FOR FREE; a $200 job! The day I picked up the car, I was surprised additionally with the interior being cleaned (vacuumed, wiped, sanitized, and sprayed with aromatic freshener).

My experience with Lee’s auto body was exceptional. My car was hit by another party and I decided to take it to Lee’s since it was close by. From the minute I walked in I was greeted by George, which came outside to look at the damages and went back to type me up an estimate. Explained to whole process of what to expect and the duration of it. They had my car ready within the 3 days as promised and my car looks BRAND NEW!!.
