I was stuck on 80 in New Jersey with a flat tire. Adorable towing came to the rescue! Quick fix and reasonably priced!

My wife car was towed for improper parking We immediately went to retrieve the car arriving at 5:10 pm to be told that they close at 5pm and since they aren't open on Sat we couldn't retrieve the car till Monday and we were charged for 3 day storage I agree with the tow but it seems like predatory towing towing companies are required to by law to have reasonable late hrs to pick up a vehicle if your there 10 mins after closing and someone's there and they car won't be released sounds like a money grab to me. Although the person I dealt with was a very nice and pleasant person it's still not right. Also now my vehicle has a abs light on now I brought it to there attention and was told it should go out however I'm going to make a police report and have it looked at by a mechanic just in case something is wrong I believe improper towing was the reason I questioned how was it towed but didn't get a response except that it should go out. I'm just hoping they change the way the handle business in the future not releasing a vehicle to charge for storage is unfair Thanks for replying Joe by no means and I'm trying to bad mouth your company I understand you have a job to do and my wife was totally wrong for parking where she did I 100pct agree with the towing fee However we were there 10 mins after 5 spoke to the person who towed the car and were willing to pay the tow fee and was told we would have to wait till Monday basically I just feel in all fairness we should be refunded for the $130 for storage I understand you said that someone is always there for late release I don't doubt you but that particular day I was denied causing myself to rack up storage fees I would understand if I came several hrs later but it was 10 mins . I did try to reach out to you thru calling the number you provided but was told that they didn't know when you will be in. Although a frustrating situation I do appreciate that you took time to respond as far as the abs light on it did go off so I do apologize. I see a lot of good reviews about your service I just think this particular situation could have been resolved by paying the tow since I was there at 10 after 5 with someone on the premises rather have my car held to Monday at $45 per day for storage

They towed my car and broke my whole front bumper and tore my fog light wire out the front bumper then lied Abt taking the picture before towing my car then told me will fix it wen he find the part never call me back so plz check ur card before leaving the there yard and have a lawyer on stand by they Rude n disrespectful They over charging ppl coming up with a number off the top of there head I paid 256 for my car back and they only had it for 2hrs highway robbery

Made a stupid mistake park where I was not supposed to park. , the signs were posted. And I thought I would be quick in and out property owner called Affordable responded came out quickly. Picked up my Jeep,. When it got back to the yard I had a flat tire had a nail in it for no charge at all. They took my tire off and put it patch on the tire. I had them do a break job. AFFORDABLE IS ALSO A REPAIR SHOP. New breaks and rotors. 300 bucks.excellent deal strongly recommend.. getting back to the next week with an oil change on my Jeep.. unfortunately situation but definitely would recommend.. My boss also hired them To hang signs at our property downtown where people keep parking. since we hired them we have not had one problem with anybody parking our lot. They are definitely intimidating and signs work well..

I don’t even trust these people, knowing my name right now, but people who have deal with These scammers running some extortion here with your vehicles Charge you $350 for one day only cash and no credit card I think we should really start a class action or really have some big Big news channel pick this up

I just scene a driver waiting in the parking lot, and as soon as this woman got out with her kid he drove over to her car and towed it. Not even 30 seconds went by before he ran over to her car to tow it.

While having a car impounded is never a pleasant experience, I want to commend Affordable Towing for the professionalism and courtesy they showed during the process. The driver was respectful, clearly explained what was happening, and handled the situation calmly and without unnecessary conflict. The company communicated clearly and was surprisingly compassionate given the circumstances. They treated me like a person, not just another job, and that made a tough moment a little easier to handle. If you're in a situation where you need towing services done with professionalism and integrity, I can honestly say these folks do it right.

Unfortunately, my daughter had to learn the hard lesson of not parking where it clearly states to not park, so she got towed. Although no one wants to pay for being towed I was happy that I was able to call 15 minutes before closing and have someone stay there, so I didn’t have to pay the weekend fees. Granted I didn’t want to pay anything at all, but I’m glad they stayed for her and she learned a valuable lesson on top of it “watch where you park”!

despite the situation the associate at the desk was incredibly patient and helpful. it’s a hard job to have i imagine people come in angry all the time but he was super nice and talked us through the necessary steps. my boyfriend and i both got towed so we were frustrated but the associate was very pleasant and friendly. place was easy to find and glad we got it taken care of efficiently!! :)
