The staff here is always great to work with. They are professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the interaction and always provide clear updates and recommendations. I always feel like everyone is being honest with me, and that confidence and trust mean a lot.

Ana at the FireStone at the Quakerbridge Mall location near Trenton NJ was very accommodating and friendly as she squeezed me into the daily schedule for an oil change. It didn’t take too long and I definitely would recommend this place and continue to visit this specific location if they keep having the great customer service that Ana provided.

Entire staff was welcoming and reviewed everything in detail about my vehicle. Never once felt I was being "Sold" something or pushed to spend unnecessary money. I walked away feeling excited my vehicle was properly serviced and knowledgeable of what was performed. More importantly I walked away feeling a geninue "Thank You" for being their customer! That's almost unheard of these days!

Great service and staff! Manny listened to my problems very thoughtfully and helped walk me through what needed to be replaced and repaired after they inspected my car. The store’s inspection also helped me figure out what else I was neglecting on my car. Highly recommend!

Hector went above and beyond to drive to the supplier that did not ship the part in order to complete the repairs on time. He was very communicative with the customer- a real gem of an employee. Exactly who you want at the front end.

I was on vacation outside NJ, left my new car (April 2025) on drive way for 3 weeks, found can't start up the car 1st day when back .3 gentle men from different service companies came to my home helping charging battery, but none diagnosed that batter was bad. all of them said that i turning on engine for 40min. then drive for 30-40min, should be all good. Once i could drove the car, i don't feel comfortable, came to Firestone Complete Auto Care asking whether they could help checking battery again. Manager and staff acknowledged what i suffered whole day, diagnosed that batter out of service. they help ordering/ changing a new battery, i was waiting there 30 min, leaving with perfect car condition. Appreciate all kind help and assistance,

They people working here were great and trustworthy. They were able to plug a hole and didn't just try to upsell me a new tire. Also the people at the desk were very friendly and nice, will continue to come here.

Had 4 new tires installed. Everything went great until I got home to find all 4 of my rims scratched up so bad, literally like they were sliding them on the ground. So disappointed, I'll never come back. Don't waste your money here, go to a shop that actually cares about their work and won't ruin your rims. Now I have to spend money into getting my rims fixed. After waiting 2 months to hear back from the customer service they first tell me it was approved for repair and to get a quote. I get a quote to have them repaired, then a week later for them to say these marks were there or were from me hitting the curb. What curb is up by the lug nuts. Firestone is a joke and I will NEVER come back. Disappointed none their employees don't care!!

This Firestone location has been my regular mechanic for several years, now. As a female who has moderate car knowledge, I don't feel like they push any upselling, or otherwise take advantage of me. The workers I've encountered know how to take "no" as an answer. They seem knowledgeable and are happy to explain things in detail. Recently, I had 2 separate flat tire repairs, one after the other. The latter was not able to be repaired due to the location of the object. They put the spare on for me since they didn't have my tire size in stock. They did not charge me since they were not able to complete thw requested service of flat repair or tire replacement that day. While they shared their recommendations, they did not push for me to order their brand tires or a certain number of tires. I returned when my tire was delivered and the tire replacement labor was a reasonable price. I continue to return because their service and their prices are exceptional, hence the 5 stars. Of course every place is going to have their downsides, like I'd give their waiting room 4 stars and the bathroom 3 stars, but this 5 star review is strictly about their service. The mall and a Dunkin are within walking distance if I want to wait somewhere else. Thanks for being awesome, Firestone staff!

I would like to express my appreciation to the young lady at the service counter who waited on me when I first got there. I am from Florida and we were at a point mileage wise where it wasn't right time to change you all before I left. I decided to wait till when I got here. And as usual Firestone stepped up and handle the task with no hassle and no regret I appreciate it for your hard work and your prom and reliable service thank you again for your help. I'm sure here in New Jersey y'all are used to the cold weather I'm from Florida I'm not. But I can honestly say the employees at this Firestone Care center were in high spirits for the coldness and the holidays at this time thank you again for your help I wish you all the best and the new year coming

They’re very thorough and extremely personable. Genuinely good people that go above and beyond and took care of my car. Toyota refused to service the car anymore but the people here but great to see a place like this that continues to care for customers.

I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to both Anna at the front desk and Brayan for their exceptional service, which went above and beyond expectations. Anna contacted me regarding an issue with a tire trim that had previously been addressed by a dealer, where we were informed that a parts order was necessary. She explained that she would speak with Brayan to see if they could reattach the trim. I expressed my deep appreciation if they were able to do so. The assisting driver was subsequently contacted and shared the information: the shop successfully reattached the trim without any complications. Had a flat tire on the NJ turnpike just before Exit 7A . I knew would not make it back home on my donut tire. I was about 20 miles from Princeton. I called and Drew said I could bring car over to get new tires. He was so helpful and the service was excellent. I am very grateful to him and highly recommend this Firestone store!

I came into the store an hour before they closed with a nail in my tire and a long commute home. George at the service desk was fantastic. He was able to get my car in for a patched tire that evening. I appreciated how upfront and helpful he was. Would absolutely recommend this location.

Been going here for years! Recently I got a brand new car, my tire was constantly going flat and the dealership couldn't find the issue. They said it was probably due to the change in temperature. Your team was able to find the problem quickly (nail in the tire) and patch it up. I was shocked but not really because they always have done a great job on my other vehicle.

Excelente service got taken care at a decent time. Anna is amazing, love how she took her time to explain the recommended services I’m going to be needing. Also made sure I knew about their CFNA card, will be applying for one on my next service since I will be needing that 6 months stretch. Thank you for the great service Anna and crew.

I switched from Mavis to Firestone ( near Quaker bridge mall location) a few years ago to service my work and personal vehicles and have nothing but good things to say. Tiara and George give great customer service. I was called after dropping off my vehicle that the tires I ordered were not in the store. they also checked other Firestone and still couldn't get the tires so i was given a better tires at a lower cost and $80 rebate instead of $60. What a way to keep the costumer happy.

This place did a great job with my car. Extremely fast and easy. It was a pleasure dealing with Anna.
