Been calling almost 2 hrs. And every time i called, some lady answer and put me on hold, i waited 30 mins, then called again. Waited 15 mins, called again waited 25mis and as right now im on hold and its been 43mins,
On January 16 of 2026 I had a pretty bad accident that resulted in my car being totaled and me being physically disfigured. My vehicle got towed to Hawks Towing which I know it is standard procedure and that was not the issue. My issue comes when I went to go figure about my belongings in my car on January 20th, that was wrecked and was in their lot at the time. When I went to go collect my belongings they told me I could not take anything out of my car due to a rule that they can’t let me take my items unless I either forfeit the title or buy my car out. It was wrecked so I had no choice to turn in the title, but I had to it a few days later on Jan 23rd as I did not have my ID at the time. When I came back to give them my ID to turn in the title, my high valuable items were gone out of the car and no one had an explanation for me. I kept telling them that I KNOW FOR A FACT I NEVER TOOK THOSE VALUABLE ITEMS OUT OF MY CAR CAUSE THEY DID NOT LET ME DO IT THE FIRST TIME . A few days later the owner calls me and promises me that he would get me the camera footage and send it to me so I can view the tapes myself to see if someone indeed took the bag. They never sent the footage and it’s been almost 1 month and 2 weeks since I was told anything. I tried giving them a chance to explain and SHOW ME PROOF that nothing was taken or if anybody might be responsible amongst themselves. But I know for a fact they would protect their own as I know that my items (that were in a black adidas bag) doesn’t just grow legs and disappear. Such an ridiculous rule that you can’t take YOUR belongings out your car. Almost seems too convenient for them. I hope I am wrong and I would be willing to talk to someone but I will be filing a police report and I will make sure that people know this company is potentially shady and maybe has possible thieves amongst this company.

Worst towing company ever. They are so rude over the phone and dont have good customer service. Horrible towing company and do not reccomend at ALL, if you are a business owner BEWARE this company is not the company for you! I dont reccomend at all
Lima was the MAN! Had issues starting the vehicle that necessitated a tow, but he was determined to get it going- got into the issue (faulty brake sensor) and got it so we were able to get it started and driven to the service center. Thanks for taking the time and being professional about it!
Lima was really helpful and nice with towing my car and made sure that my car and I got to the mechanic’s garage safely. He made sure that the process was quick and smooth. They communicated well with me as well with his ETA.
These are the most useless people I have ever had the chance to speak to. How are you a tow company that is unable to tow a car that is parked illegally in a driveway I thought that was your entire business. The man on the phone was the most disrespectful person I have ever spoke too. Even if you are unable to help me you should still have enough respect to speak to me without an attitude. I’m sorry to anyone that has to deal with that insufferable human. I’m so disgusted with my experience with them.
Great service from Lima. Stuck when the splash guard decided to come loose and he lifted the car to pull it off so I could get home and take it to a shop later. Glad to have this company nearby!
I had to pick my car up from impound today. I was worried that my valuables were going to be stolen from the car, but I was pleased to see that they kept everything safe for me. The staff was very friendly and professional. Not to mention, they have great looking tow trucks! You can tell it’s a really nice family business run with love.
I'm not sure why there is a credit card fee ? service was good. I saw a lot of good reviews for Lima and he is very helpful .all that is good said about him is true .

Lima provided outstanding towing service! He showed up quickly, was super professional, and handled everything with care. You could tell he knew exactly what he was doing, and he made a stressful situation so much easier. He was also friendly and respectful the whole time. I really appreciate his help and would 100% recommend Lima if you ever need a tow!
Lima, the tow truck driver was fabulous. My man is deployed and I had to run his truck but it didn’t want to start. So I followed the driver to the dealership. He took such good care of my man’s truck getting it off the bed. Lima is a keeper thank you so much!! Highly recommend

Russell McFarland was my tow driver. He was excellent and very friendly. The company was very responsive in my time of need. Even in the wee hours of the morning.
A. Lima, arrived to tow my car. The first thing he did was check the battery to see if he could get it started. At first he tried the battery connector under the hood twice, it didn’t start. Finally, he said let me check the battery in the trunk. He charged it for a few minutes, then it started up.yessss! Thank you Mr. Lima, for going the extra mile to get my car started. I had a great experience with Hawks Recovery and Towing. Lima, the tow truck driver, keep me upsated and arrived earlier than scheduled, which was a huge relief. He was professional, courteous, and took the time to point out a few concerns with my car that I hadn’t noticed. He made sure everything was secure and that my car arrived safely at the destination. I really appreciated the care and attention to detail. Highly recommend their service.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They towed my car then I had to wait until Monday to get it back which is respectable; I understand that. My car was there for two days, they stole items out of my car, my debit card, my two credit cards and my bestfriend debit card. They destroyed my car and want to say someone must’ve stolen it. No. No one stole it but the people who towed the car. I have transactions on my bank statement from every store they went to. They think they can do whatever because they work for the police but there are more ways to scam a cat. I do not respect anyone who works there. I’m surprised they didn’t steal my school laptop, but maybe because I would’ve been able to track them. This is absolutely non sense. & the lady at the front desk was beyond rude. Do not call them ever!
