Not sure where to start with my experience here, it started out good, paid 730 dollars to have a head assembled, he threw it on a belt sander instead of properly resurfacing it, i was convinced by him that it would seal, he was wrong it blew the gasket almost immediately, i brought my block to him, he lost my parts, dropped my engine on the ground, over torqued my rods and charged me a $80 cleaning fee to not even remotely clean my engine. He was nice at first, but the second I asked for my missing parts he kicked me out of the store, wheeled my block out on a dolley and dumped it in the parking lot, with my cash locked in his register there’s nothing i can do Stat away from paul he seems nice but seemingly loses his temper very quickly. I come to find out after this that he destroyed a ford engine he assembled for a friend i wish i knew before i gave him $1600

Paul Rock is the Engine build Master!! He’s quirky and fun and super intelligent on anything to do with building high performance engines… Kudos to his lovely wife too! Built a 427 Super Cobra Jet Stroker short block with kit parts from Survival Motorsports… at a great price, to super accurate tolerances…Saved my butt!! Love them and can’t say enough about them! Been at that location for ages…well known in the area for quality no BS work.

Had to take the head to my banshee to have it bored out. Did an amazing job have recommended to many people that all came back happy as well

I've been taking jeep blocks and dirtbike cylinders here for decades. Paul and his shop are "old school". Know what work you want done and come back and get it when it's finished. This is not a beauty salon and Paul is not a salesman. What you see is what you get, good solid work at a fair price. Don't go in there and ask "how can I make my 2019 Acura faster?" Go in with your 350 block and tell him to bore it .030" over, let him work his magic, and then come back and get it when he is done. Paul has forgotten more than you winey kids know, show some respect.

Inb4 everyone else joins the party! Owner continues to steal pistons from customers claiming he returned them beforehand.

A friend brought me here to get my 350 small block built to a 383. Paul knows his stuff, take his advice and you will be problem free. Engine ran perfect, no issues.

Blatantly stole a set of pistons. Claims they were given back, dementia is setting in or he's just a lying thief. Avoid at all costs.

Simply one of the best! He’s always completely reasonably and extremely knowledgeable. He’s been around machine work and racing for a very long time and I wouldn’t trust my operation with anyone else.

To set the record straight, he wanted to barter for services here. We don't do that. He did not like that.

Come here if you like getting talked down to. The guy doesn't seem to want anyone's business. Go to Majeski's of Lawrenceville for better service at a better price.
