This review has been a long time coming—these guys are absolute pros! I’ve taken my Mk5 Supra here twice, and the last time was after a deer hit the side of my car. Thanks to Deep and his team at City Auto Body, I got my car back within a month looking brand new, as if nothing had ever happened. On top of that, Deep went above and beyond by helping me clear out some glass that had been rattling in my trunk ever since I first bought the car. I could never figure out where the noise was coming from, but Deep spotted the issue, took care of it for me, and looked out for me without even charging me for it—huge respect for that! Even when a certain part of the car was damaged from the deer, Deep did his best to accommodate me and ensure everything else came out perfect. I haven’t had time to get that last piece fixed yet due to life getting crazy, but Deep personally followed up to make things right, which speaks volumes about his professionalism and integrity. If you take your car here, not only will you be treated with respect, but you’ll get expert-level work done. These guys truly value their customers, which is rare in this business. I’ve been recommending them to all my friends and family ever since my experience, and I couldn’t be more thankful for Deep and the whole City Auto Body team. Go about 3 miles south on rt 130. I've used both and trust me when I say the 3 miles is worth it. Regardless of past experiences, and comparisons to other businesses in this field your response has nothing to do with the difference in professionalism, communication, and timing of repairs. My last experience with my repair was not worth commenting on due to the age of the car and no cost from my pocket. I never complained or bothered to let you know that the rear corner panel never stayed completely aligned with the bumper. My review was clearly a comparison on another body shop. I've used them before, read all the reviews and decided to go back to them. There is a complete difference on the three points mentioned above. Professionalism, communication, and timing of repairs. In hindsight, I should have done my part in providing a review on the last repair you did.

Needed to replace front panel on Subaru Outback. Got a much better quote from Deep & a quicker turnaround than Haldeman. The work was excellent. Absolutely recommended.

City Auto really did a great job on my car. After the initial estimate from my insurance they took care of the additional cost and worked with the insurance directly, Making it stress free for me. I got my car back clean inside and out. I recommend city Autobody 100% City auto also has a workshop that does regular vehicle maintenance. I have tried them before and I find their prices very reasonable and the workmanships is excellent. Thank you city auto for 5star service.

Deep has done quite a descent job fixing the scratches on my car at a reasonable price. My car now looks brand new! I would definitely recommend him to my friends.

Review for City Auto Body I had the pleasure of recommending City Auto Body to two of my close friends for their vehicle repairs, and both had exceptional experiences. The first friend needed a scratch on the rear of her Mercedes-Benz repaired. City Auto Body provided a very reasonable estimate and even offered a discount. The repair was flawless, and she left incredibly satisfied with the service. The second friend had a more significant issue—a fender bender on her Subaru. As it was her first accident, she was understandably nervous. City Auto Body reassured her that her vehicle would be returned in like-new condition. They even arranged for her rental car to be delivered to the shop, eliminating the need for her to take a taxi home. Despite a slight delay with parts, the repair was perfect, and she was extremely grateful and happy with the result. Deep, the owner, goes above and beyond to ensure his customers are well taken care of, offering excellent service and convenience. I highly recommend City Auto Body for anyone in need of vehicle repairs.

I didn't get any work done this go around but Deep Sandhu (Manager) offered amazing customer service and recommendations. Mind you, he was VERY BUSY! He told the next customer he would be with them shortly, walked out to my car, gave it once over and gave me a few recommendations. This type of customer service is hard to come by. Deep, you definitely have a future customer.🙏🏿

LACK ATTENTION TO DETAIL. ZERO COMMUNICATION. Passenger fender replaced and wheel reconditioned. They also had insurance replace my passenger side fog light bracket and painted my bumper (gladly appreciated that). From the moment I dropped off my car at the shop, they would come up with the exact estimate for repair and communicate with insurance. They never communicated if any additional damage was done or the status of my repair during a nearly 2 week wait. Ok fine, not everyone can multitask and prioritize work load. I finally pick up my car and take a quick glance, everything looks fine until I drive home and take a closer look at everything. I notice my front bumper wasn’t properly aligned on the driver side and the hood also wasn’t properly aligned. I CALLED and the front desk dude Deep tells me to come in. When I arrive he takes a look at my car and ask me if I can come in tomorrow because they were very busy. DUDE!!! I was just on the phone with you, why didn’t you tell me to come tomorrow? Why would you make me drive to the shop just to tell me you’re busy. Fine, I’m only 15mins away from the shop anyway. So, I come in the next day and an hour later they finished aligning the bumper and hood. When I go out to check my car I see a scratch on the paint near the driver side headlights. So I pointed it out too deep and he doesn’t say anything of course. I didn’t make a big deal out of it because my car isn’t perfect, but I have very good eye for detail. So it was annoying but I let it go because the scratch was underneath the headlight and you really couldn’t see it unless I pointed it out to you. The next day I’m cleaning my windshield and I notice the cowl wasn’t flush to the windshield. At this point, it’s ridiculous. Their lack of attention to detail. It’s disappointing. If you read the reviews a lot of folks who had a great experience 5 star either had newer more expensive vehicles like (audis, bmw etc) since I drive a 2013 accord it didn’t get the same treatment as a more expensive car. Pics below of the cowl not flush to the windshield. It looked worse before. They broke some clips on the cowl and that’s why it doesn’t snap into place. I managed to get some of the clips engaged but I might just have to buy clips for it. It’s annoying. UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO “OWNER”; You seem to put the blame on everyone else other than taking accountability. You keep saying my vehicle was in another collision and that’s why my bumper was out of alignment, and that’s why my headlight had paint on it, that’s why my bumper had paint scratch, the cowl was damaged by the company who replaced the windshield. You TAKE NO ACCOUNTABILITY. Yes I told you my windshield was repaired recently, but nothing to do with a collision, as a matter of fact I did check the cowl when they replaced my windshield and they did a great job. I attached 2 new photos with no red arrows. This was the time my fender was damaged. This was the photo I sent you for an estimate. Do you see the cowl? It’s flat on the windshield. Because it’s not damaged. YOUR SHOP DAMAGED MY COWL. As you can see by the photo there was no gap on the cowl before I sent it to your shop. Did you or did you not remove my bumper? Because you keep saying the driver side bumper wasn’t your job to align but if you painted my bumper you had to remove it! EXACTLY! I don’t got time for a back and forth about my reviews, you have reviews with 5stars with no pics of your work and they only have 1-2 reviews. Are you creating fake profiles to bring your reviews up? Cause it sure seems like it.

This is one of the most honest body shops I have ever dealt with. I brought in my Nissan Murano because I discovered a large gap between the door and the fender - most likely caused by a "lift accident" while getting an oil change. The manager, Deep Sandhu, did an estimate for realigning the fender and the work was performed quickly as promised. The car looks like brand new now! I am very happy with the service I received. I brought the car to other body shops and they told me that the frame was bent/damaged and they would have to remove the fender before they could give me an estimate. One shop indicated they could not do any work until 2 months later and that I had to make an appointment 2 weeks later for an estimate. I noticed many hand-written thankyou notes to Deep posted on the wall in the waiting room. Thank you Deep and City Auto Body!

Brought in my 13 Camaro SS with a large crease in the center of the hood. Had 3 estimates from the local shops on Rt. 130 and City Auto Body came in 37-51% less than the other estimates. I gave it a try considering I use their repair shop in Heightstown (City Auto Center) and have always been treated fairly. Well I couldn't be happier. The work was high quality, completed on-time (2 days) and on budget. The quality of the work was outstanding and the car was cleaned and ready to go when I picked it up on day 2. Thanks City! My car looks brand new! I had some body work done on my white Honda Civic to fix some scrapes on the right bumper and chips in the hood. It took 4 days as estimated, and the price was fair at about $984.

The first time I went to city auto body was to have my volvo s80 front quarter panel fixed due to an accident. They did a fantastic job and also very reasonable on price. The work was very fast and reliable. Deep the owner is genuinely honest and doesn't try to rip you off, He went above and beyond and that is rare to find. The second time was my 89 Mercedes 560sl, Deep and his team fixed some rust and repainted the whole car and I can honestly say that my Benz looks way better after city auto body did their magic on it. Wow I could not be more impressed with the superior level of service I received at city auto body. Thanks guys!

Im very picky when it comes down to having work done on my car. All I can say is that City Auto Body did an amazing job on my car. He’s very attentive and takes the time to do the job correctly. They provided flexibility for my drop off due to my hectic schedule. I was called about a pricing estimate that was fair and reasonable. They were abl to fix the car in a few days. We are extremely pleased with the service we received. The car is like new.
