Amazing amazing amazing. Brought my lexus 2012 RX350 from my new family. I just need to aày the moment you walk into the doors you feel the honesty and trust. CHRIS the owner and wife is amazing as well as Rigo and his brothers and the mechanics tech. By the way I didn't know my car was hit and was given a complimentary scratch removal. Helped a friend move so he rented a U-Haul from this facility and although the truck was great to work with, dropping the truck off later the same day was an ordeal that I will never go through again!!!!! My suggestion is to use paper contracts! Logging on to uhaul.com in 40° weather trying to locate all the information on that site and being unsuccessful due to the website unable to locate the contract after 20 minutes of that we just dropped off the keys and left very frustrated!!!!! Please change this and make it easier!

After getting an estimate from the dealership for repairs needed for my 2008 car, I went to Nationwide for a "second opinion." They checked out my car and found nothing that needed immediate attention. And, the price they quoted me based on the dealership's quote was about half. So, I'm keeping my old car and going to Nationwide for future service and repairs.

I just got in a serious pickle during the after hours drop off. I locked myself out of my car before dropping my keys through the slot. There was still stuff in my car I needed, but the keys were through the key drop-off door...classic mistake. However, Steve, the owner, was super responsive to me reaching out. Their team was able to let me back in ON A SUNDAY! The day before Columbus Day, when some places aren't even open. Super grateful to Nationwide Auto Group for making time for me and fixing my mistake. I don't know many places that would go the extra mile like that when they really didn't have to.

Hands down the best place to go. Between Steve the owner who will always accommodate a last minute request and Rico who always gives the highest customer service experience, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

This was my first interaction with the team at Nationwide Auto Group. What a wonderful overall experience. It’s not easy to find an honest and fair auto dealer/service center. Steve and the team were terrific and transparent about what needed to get done with my car. And they did the work for about one-fourth the price quoted by the Audi Dealer. I will definitely be back in the future! Thank you Steve, Rico and Amy.

I bit my tongue long enough on this and this needs to be said. I was friends with Steve and Amy for 12 years. I considered them close friends. They had always tried to help me and with that I kept my repeated business with them. Unfortunately, it didn’t end as expected. I brought my vehicle in to have the issue or issues addressed and fixed initially. It was said to be an axle and two new tires. Unfortunately, that didn’t fix my vehicle at all for what the actual problem was. After numerous times bringing it back to them. They eventually told me I needed some parts that were not cheap installed that would fix this issue. I didn’t want to spend the money, but I did not really have a choice as it was my only vehicle at the time. I received a phone call a number of days later that told me that my vehicle was fixed, and that the problems were gone. That definitely was not the case and even after speaking to one of their mechanics when I arrived to pick up my car then said that this error code was there the entire time. Now granted they did say that there was another code, but I had to spend an additional $1500 to get the other two parts fixed on this vehicle. Steve, knowing my situation and that I don’t have much money, had me fix a car and then after the big issue that my transmission needed to be replaced. That was what the actual error code told me. To then spend more money on a transmission flush. It was at that point I realized I would never use them again. My friendship ended up turning into more of how much money can I make off of my supposed friend. Granted parts were used, but the problem was never fixed and instead of Steve trying to help me out and maybe try and get me back some money for a vehicle that was no longer usable, he gave me an attitude in which I gave him one back, but this is the person that’s supposed to be my friend and instead makes me spend money that I never should’ve in the first place. I will never trust this business ever again. I will never trust Steve ever again and I will never recommend anyone to ever use their services ever again. Now I’m pretty sure they’ll be a reply from Steve with some type of excuse or blame game. But talking about taking advantage of your friends. Yes, he helped me out plenty of times in the past but the fact remains if it comes to friends or money, he will always take the money route. You at least try and help out in a financial Way.

Fantastic experience from start to finish!! We were driving by and saw a car we were interested in. Right from the start Steve and Jordan were helpful and explained everything about the car from head to tail. I mention this because we have gone to car specific dealers (a Ford dealer for a new Ford vehicle) and the dealer was not familiar with the features of that specific vehicle. Steve and Jordan knew this car from head to tail and could answer all of our questions. This is an impressive feat since they have so many different makes and models on their lot. This told me that they care enough to help their customers and make sure we were well informed and comfortable with the car. We made the decision to purchase and worked with Amy to get a great deal. We have bought a lot of cars and this was by far the best experience we have had. There was full transparency with the car, pricing and service options if needed. We will definitely be going back to Steve and Amy for service and future vehicle purchases.

Honest, Professional, and Incredibly Affordable – A Rare Gem! I can't recommend Nationwide of East Windsor highly enough. From start to finish, their professional competence was clear—they know what they're doing and do it well. But what truly sets them apart is their exceptional customer service attitude: courteous, honest, and genuinely focused on helping the customer. They provided an honest appraisal for some minor bodywork, and to my surprise, completed the job for under $150—a job that the nationally known automobile manufacturer dealer body shop had quoted between $1,500 to $1,700! Even more impressive, they were willing to do the work for free due to a long-standing professional relationship with an associate, which speaks volumes about their integrity, values and care in fostering long term business relationships. The value for money was simply outstanding, without compromising quality in the slightest. It's rare to find a business with this level of honesty, skill, and decency. I would absolutely return and recommend them to anyone needing car service or repairs.

No hidden fees or scams & they give you all of the information you need to buy a car. They work with your budget, the lending companies, and get you into the vehicle you can afford. Drove pass and saw a vehicle , Van I was interested in I called and met Amy she talk to me and looked at the van with me I took for a drive and it was wonderful. Amy went Beyond And above for me. The staff was also great to talk and very helpful. I bought the van in November- December area and have no problems… everything is good like they said and they offered me plenty of maintenance tips from there shop and all. I really don’t trust used dealership but this one really was great and wasn’t pushy. I would definitely be buying another car from them! Our Van! Thanks guys

I have been a customer of Nationwide since 2019. I had just bought an food truck and it turned out to be a huge POS. There were other places closer to me in the East Brunswick area, but boy did they see me coming and treated me like I was wasting their precious time. When I found Steve and his crew it was like finding that one hospital that could cure any kind of cancer. Steve saw I was a total newb but rather than take advantage of me, he was always honest and direct, preferring to build a long time relationship. Through many, many repairs he kept me going. His people aren't simply mechanics. They can custom build anything. They seem obsessed with finding whatever is wrong even if not charging you for the time it takes because they want the pride of fixing something no other shop could. I have taken all of my vehicles there over the years. I have a BMW convertible hard top that the BMW dealer wouldn't touch, preferring to sell me a new top for $6000 plus. Steve's guys figured out how to fix it and didn't even charge me since the car was there for other repairs at the time. I have a Honda Pilot that has been making a mystery noise for about a year. 2 other shops that are closer to me were stumped. Steve's guys did everything short of washing it in holy water to find the source of the noise. They kept it for 2 weeks and tried every day figure it out. The even called in "Honda Dave", NJ's Shaman of all Honda repairs, who rode in on a Harley (Why not a Gold Wing??) and checked it from top to bottom, making good suggestions. Seriously, I could produce a show about these characters. They found other issues in the meantime that may or may not have been the cause. Steve was upfront with me that I should do the repairs anyway since I needed them, but it might not be the cause of the noise. He even worked with me on the labor cost since he agreed I was taking a risk. He said it was a favor for me, but I suspect he'd do the same for any customer. I'm moving from the family and Steve has told each of my kids that he will look after anything they need. Is it possible to be friends with a used car dealer? Hell yeah. Steve, Amy, Rigo, Rene and Brian have always treated me like family and you have my heartfelt thanks!

Was a long time customer of this establishment for almost 15 years. My family has bought at least 8 cars from Amy & Steve through the years. I considered them just like extended family. Recently I fell upon a unexpected financial hardship a couple months after purchasing a vehicle from them. I was always assured by Steve that whatever car we ever bought there, they would always buy back if we ever wanted to sell it. This was always reasurring, as I felt it was a great policy to have, and made me feel like their cars were very reliable. In my time of great need, I reached out to Steve and Amy as I was desperate and knew they would help. Instead of help, they turned their backs on me and wanted nothing to do with my situation. Knowing they made almost $6000 on the car they sold me, I was stunned and shocked that after all these years, I was just another business transaction to them. They will read this and know "exactly" what I'm talking about. The vehicle you sold me was not worth what I paid, and that is why you guys would not consider purchasing it back from me. You knew this, and it was confirmed to me by the Lender. I would just like to let them know, my family will never purchase a vehicle ever again from Nationwide Auto Group. But hey..... at least you guys made the sale!! My review states my personal experience in this situation, and is not in any way "bullying". I only stated the facts. Don't understand why your response is so childish, and you chose to respond with a "personal attack" . Let's both move on from this very unpleasant situation.

Nationwide Auto made it so easy and hassle free to buy a car. I’ve also had work done on both of my cars and the dealerships tried telling me I needed more done then I really needed. Nationwide auto were honest and upfront with all costs so there were no surprises. Steve and Amy are always available when I have a question and I refer all my friends and family. I will continue to do so. Thank you Steve, Amy and the Nationwide family!!!!

Steve and Amy Glozer are fantastic. While Amy worked to get me the car I wanted, Steve made me a fantastic cup of coffee with some good old fashioned down to Earth conversation. I drove away today with my car and a few extra dollars due to their efforts to get me financed with a low down payment. Great people and a refreshing experience because they honestly care about your satisfaction. Highly recommend them if in the market for a vehicle.

Steve, Amy and the entire staff of Nationwide Auto Group are the nicest and most honest people I've ever met. I bought Buzz my Infiniti in July of 2020 and I go there for my regular oil changes and any other repair I might need. From the check engine light to other minor or major repairs, they are very fair and reasonable. On several occasions I wasn't even charged a fee! Steve once told me that I came in a stranger but left as family, and that is so true...I love these people!!! Go check them out!

I do not go anywhere else for my car's services! Steve, Amy, Phil, & Rico all take care of each and every one of their clients. My entire family has been going to Nationwide for many years and we don't plan on stopping anytime soon! They are professional and trustworthy, two qualities typically harder to come by in the car world from my experience. They also take the time to explain to me what's wrong whenever I've had any car troubles, again harder to come by as a young woman at a mechanic lol! Thanks guys!

I have nothing but great things to say about Nationwide Auto Group. Great customer service and wonderful people! Whether you're looking to buy a car, repair a car, or rent one, I'd recommend these guys. I've rented many cars from Nationwide and the experience has always been simple, quick, and pleasant. When my daughter was looking to buy her first car, we shopped around at many places, but Steve and Amy at Nationwide were who we went with. They gave us a good deal on a great car, and she couldn't be happier. And auto repairs is where they really shine. I brought my 20-year-old truck in for a long list of repairs. They worked hard to find the right parts at the best prices and even recommended that I hold off on some repairs because they were not necessary. They always go the extra mile, which is why I will continue to go back to them.
