I am changing my once 5 star review to now a 1 star, which should be zero. The only reason I gave them a 5 star review was because the sales man, Aron, took my phone from my hand and logged me into google on my phone, he proceeded to give himself 5 stars, and then told me to write a nice review. This man did not smile not once, until he handed my phone back to me. He then proceeded to stand behind me as I typed a review, reminding me to say good things and how happy I was. As if it wasn't already awkward, he pulled up my google review on his computer and read it out loud. This dealership charges $2000 extra for "glass protection" that they won't allow you to have a choice if you want it or not. I walked out of there feeling as if I was ripped off and unfortunately, I was in a position where I was desperate for a vehicle. I purchased the vehicle on January 31st and my temporary tags expired on March 1st. I've called numerous times to try and get new temp tags and I was told by THE MANAGER that I shouldn't be worried about the tags expiring because I won't get into trouble for it, cops don't care, it's not that big of a deal. He told me it could take up to 90 days for my registration to come in. He also told me that he could not give me new temp tags until the ones I have expired. It's now March 4th, I'm driving a car with expired tags, the dealership wont return my phone calls or assist me in getting an extension on the temp tags. This is unacceptable and a horrible way to do business. I will never purchase a car from them again and will never recommend anyone to do so either. Absolutely the worst dealership.

ThIs place is awful. I don’t recommend it at all the manager is extremely unprofessional and rude. His name is Eli. I would not recommend this place to anyone. You’ll probably end up with a broken car.

I bought an Audi Q7 here. I am very satisfied with the transparency of the transaction, I was provided with a full service history and diagnostic results. The interior has a pleasant atmosphere, no one imposes anything. The car looks like new, the interior is well-groomed. Now for the next car, its up to you, you are real pros!

I was looking for a BMW X5, and I found the perfect option at Excel Auto Lounge. The car is in its original paint, the technical condition was checked at a specialized service station - no complaints. I was online looking for used vehicle and found a 2019 Honda Accord for around $14500. This company is 4 hours away from me so I was looking into having the vehicle shipped. I don't normally shop for used cars like this but this vehicle was well worth the price on the website. The vehicle was going to come with a 6-month, 6000 Mi warranty and it was under 100,000 MI. I reached out and spoke to Sharon and got some general information about the shipping cost and if there was a return policy and other simple questions. She then informed me that her sales manager wanted to speak to me and he sent me an out the door quote on how much it would cost. Upon receiving this quote I was extremely shocked to see that they charge about $6,000 in fees on top of the actual price of the car. See attached copy of the actual quote. Ridiculous!!! I have never heard of a dealership trying to tack on government fees of $350, and $900 for processing and document fees. The most I've ever spent on any type of fees when purchasing a vehicle is right around $250 to $300 and that is for tax tags and registration along with any processing fees. Steer clear of this business as they tack on fees for things that are just made up.

I bought my first car from Aron here, a 2021 Chrysler, which I am very happy with. It's perfect for my travels and for my kids, there is a lot of space and it feels very safe, and the car is in great condition. Overall I'm very pleased with my experience at Excel and I would recommend them very much.

Let me tell you! Jessi was the guy. I told him the number I wanted to be at and he got me right! I was there for a total of 3 hrs. I’ve had the car since November no issues. Now the reason for my 3 stars is they took 3 Months to pay off the car I traded in. You can imagine how that was. On top of that I would call and not once get a solid response. Overall I would go again but with a paid car trade in

One star — would give zero if possible. Prior to finalizing the purchase, I explicitly stated that I did not want an extended service contract or GAP insurance. Aron confirmed and assured me that neither would be included. At the time of signing, I informed again that I was rejecting these coverages. However, I later discovered—after reviewing the financing documents and addendums—that both items had been added without my knowledge or consent. This discrepancy suggests a misrepresentation of the agreed-upon terms and raises serious concerns regarding transparency and ethical business practices. Based on my experience, this appears consistent with a bait-and-switch type practice. I do not recommend this dealership. Update on 01/02/2025- I received a blunt response from Aron stating that he is not aware of what happens within the Finance office regarding where or how these addendums are applied. He deflected responsibility by citing the corporate structure. I attempted to speak directly with the Finance Manager, but I have been unable to reach him so far as all calls are going to voicemail. I will continue trying to make contact and will post updates here as there is progress.

Aron was really great when I came in to purchase my Kia K5. I had recently totaled my last vehicle and was in a need of a car. Aron was patient with me as I had to straighten some things out with my co-signer and insurance. If you come to Excel, I would definitely recommend you request Aron.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This dealership is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had buying a car. The salesmen were extremely pushy, trying to force me into buying extra packages they claimed were “required by the bank” in order to get the car, completely untrue. They also lied and told me the warranty “came with the car” and could not be declined. Another lie. The car itself wasn’t even detailed when I picked it up, and they rushed me through the paperwork, making me sign contracts on the computer without giving me a chance to review anything. On top of that, it took them five months to get me my license plates, and every attempt to contact them was a nightmare. The fees they charge are absolutely insane. They took $600 from me to register my car out of state and still didn’t do their job correctly my parents ended up having to go to the DMV in Alabama to fix their mess. Within three months of owning the car, I already had to replace the brakes and rotors because they were completely worn and damaged. ($700 front and rear) They clearly took advantage of me as a woman living alone in New Jersey with no nearby family support. I realize bringing someone with me might have helped, but I had just PCS’d here, didn’t know anyone, and urgently needed a car. The lack of respect and integrity was beyond disappointing. This dealership is dishonest, unprofessional, and preys on people. Save yourself the stress and money stay far away from this place. Follow up: 08 OCT: I had to get a safety inspection for my car due that I live on base (JBMDL) we are required to have this to be able to drive on base. My car failed, they told me my tires were dry rot and they’ve been like that for months, and that was extremely dangerous for me to be driving the car with this tires. I contacted Jessie and the dealership to try to schedule an appointment to get new tires because my coverage still covers my tires (1 year) and they were useless, they are giving me excuses and saying I have to pay extra fees and more bs. Dealing with them after they sold me the car it’s been a nightmare and I hope nobody goes through this. 10 OCT: While I was in the middle of the road the car completely stopped working, all the lights came on and the car wouldn’t move after a few attempts to turn off the car I was able to do it , when I started the car the checks engine light came on, after a couple hours it turned off so I thought everything was fine. 12 OCT: The check engine light came back on.

Best and easiest dealership I ever been to. If you ever come here please request for Anthony the salesman and the manager who goes by G. They were so accommodating and checked on me every 5 mins through the process. I left with a New Tesla in 2 hours ! Highly recommend these 2.

Come here if you want to be lied to and ignored. I bought a 2009 Mustang on September 1st, and within 30 minutes the check engine and tire pressure lights came on. The oil was filthy and almost empty, despite my salesperson assuring me multiple times the oil change had been done. A mechanic confirmed I had a leaking tire, a bad catalytic converter, and dangerously low oil. When I called the dealership, no one returned my calls. When I showed up in person, the salesperson yelled at me and the manager initially refused to help, saying it wasn’t his responsibility. Only after my mother intervened did they agree to look at the car—then they kept it for three weeks with almost no communication. To top it off, my plates sat there for weeks and I was never notified until two days before my temporary tags expired. This dealership is dishonest, unprofessional, and gives customers the runaround. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Aron the best seller!!! I found the car on the carguru website, we got on the phone very quickly, and there was an immediate response to any request for a car. fast filtering, and a great deal. upon arrival, a ready-made car was already waiting for me, it was washed, clean, and the wheels were blackened. and most importantly, I bought a car with one key, but when I arrived, they gave me a second key. the fastest and best deal in life, the highest level, and they also speak Russian :)

I went to this dealership and worked with Aaron, he was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable, and most of all patient. He took his time with helping me find what I needed and was very honest I have a car scanner and scanned two vehicles and they both were tip top shape with no accidents the first vehicle had a few issues again he was very honest in letting me know what I would be dealing with and was more than willing to have his manager work out a deal for me if I was still interested in purchasing the vehicle. Very comfortable and welcoming environment.Over all great experience I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase a good car!

I had a 3:30 appointment at Excel Auto Lounge to view a 2020 Porsche Cayenne, and the experience was disappointing from the moment I arrived. Despite having a scheduled time, the vehicle wasn’t pulled up, prepared, or even cleaned—it was filthy. As someone who has purchased multiple vehicles from both reputable dealerships and smaller independent lots, I came in with reasonable expectations. This visit missed the mark completely. The car had a long list of issues: it was dirty, had a cracked windshield, visible paint repairs (likely done in-house), and poor bodywork overall. The front bumper was only halfway repainted, and the rear bumper had been completely resprayed—but didn’t even match the rest of the body. None of these issues were disclosed in advance. Everything about the dealership gave off a shady, corner-lot vibe. First impressions matter—especially when you’re shopping for a high-end vehicle—and this one raised multiple red flags. The salesperson was unprofessional and overly casual, speaking to me like we were old friends rather than handling the sale professionally. When I commented that the car looked like it had driven every bit of its 64,000 miles, he replied, “But of course it does,” like that was a good thing. He kept saying, “That’s why it’s priced low,” though it honestly wasn’t priced appropriately for the condition. No one offered to fix, repair, or even address the concerns—it was very much a “take it or leave it” approach. The only decent part of the visit was my brief conversation with the manager. He was more professional, took down my contact info and vehicle preferences, and said he’d keep me in mind if something else came along. That said, I left feeling like my time was wasted. If you’re looking for professionalism, transparency, and quality—especially on higher-end vehicles—I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! SCAMMER ALERT‼️ vehicle was listed for one price, after driving an hour and deciding I wanted to purchase a paper was put in front of me with thousands of dollars more than list price. I was talked into believing the “fees” were legit and continued the process. I ended up paying $2,971.70 more than the price listed without taxes and tags. Jesse and Dave were nice but of course they were just trying to make a sale. I tried to call simply to ask a quick question within a hour of pulling off the lot and couldn’t get in touch with anyone, even tried the personal number Jesse provided. Took the vehicle I paid CASH for to my mechanic shop to get inspection stickers and failed due to the tires being so bad he said it was unsafe! The mechanic also noted a few other issues with the vehicle, when I addressed these concerns with the dealership I was told they’re not going to make any repairs.I asked to speak to a manager and was connected with Ryan which was a horrible experience, this “manager” was really rude and did not care to listen or offer any resolutions. Ryan told me that there’s no 30 day warranty except the one that was offered in their $3000 package and since I declined that package they weren’t going to fix or reimburse me for anything. I then offered to return the vehicle for a full refund and he stated that I would not be refunded or reimbursed for anything at all.
