I agree with other customers reviews... The staff is lazy and borderline rude! And they blame it on being shortstaffed. Save your money for a business or location that values their customers!!

Walked up to the door at 6:18pm and they said the store was closed when the door clearly says that they are opened until 9pm. Rude and unprofessional. Just wanted to get a head start to their weekend, very displeased. Negative stars.

Came to the store just after 7 and the store was closed with the doors locked and no one there. If you’re going to close early, that’s fine but put a sign or a notice but leaving the store vacant/without notice is ridiculous.

A HUUGGGEEEEE thank you to the 2 employees who were closing tonight (8/29). I came in for a bulb and then my car battery died unexpectedly in the parking lot. They were kind enough to stay a couple minutes past closing to help me and my boyfriend change my battery terminal, charge my battery, and jump start my car. Thanks to them, we made it home. Super appreciative of their customer service and patience!!

Super racist would be the term for these employees. You come to do a scan and Bob in a racially charged and derogatory tone asks me if we have any for sale and I told him I just wanted to check the light that came on on my dashboard and he tells me I don't have time for that, I'm busy if you want come in a few hours. The funny thing is that they did have time to change another customer's wiper blades. Since they didn't want to give me the service, I went in and asked John if he could scanner John says their scanner is broken and they don't have it for sale. At the end, they are both changing some window wipers.

If I could give zero stars I would this place does not honor returns gm said to another employee they were getting frustrated for returning a $3 dollar part that another employee told me they had there after I had to go find a new drain plug for my car they only care about getting money and not doing returns don’t ever go here you’ll waste your time and money.

Yesterday I went looking for a serpentine belt tool and asked one of the cashiers. Will was at the register at the time; he explained everything I needed to know and more. His customer service skills are exceptional. Thank you, Will!

Unless you are 100% sure what you are buying and the tool works, don't buy from this store. Try Walmart or other place. I bought a Cross Lug Wrench from the store and tried to loose the flat tire it didn't work. It ends up my friend used the power tool to unscrewed it and I took the tire to Costco - free repair! Figuring out this took is not working for me and tried to return it the store, I was told the wheel bolt maybe overtighten, and if there is no defect for the tool and the tool was used, they won't take it back. Better shop from big stores have much friendly return policy.

Came in with a battery issue and was afraid couldn’t get anything done because it was getting dark. Nate was able to assist me and informed me that battery needed to be replaced. He was able to get me in and out in under 30 minutes. It saved me a trip from going to the dealership! Very knowledgeable and thorough! Thanks Nate!!!!

This store is decent. It is stocked good, but their staff needs some major work. Every time I’ve come here, I sit at the counter for a few minutes while I wait for the employees to stop fraternizing with each other. There’s one employee, older bald gentleman with glasses, that is never helpful. Once I heard him tell a woman that he wouldn’t help her replace the light bulb in her car because “it’s raining and the bulb will explode”. I can’t imagine what would cause this response other than pure laziness of not wanting to go out in the rain to help someone in need, especially with a component so critical. I don’t plan on shopping here again.

John is the absolute best. An angel on earth. I came in late Sunday with my son while we were traveling home to NY from Maryland. We thought we had a battery issue. Turns out our alternator was in it's last leg. John saved us from potentially a catastrophic breakdown. He was so patient also. Thanks again.

I came here because I was having issues with my brake lights. The pleasant associate named Kevin went above and beyond until the issue was resolved. I will definitely be returning for all my car needs. He saved me a trip to the mechanic!

Maybe it's me. Maybe I ask too much. Maybe I'm just getting old and cranky. You tell me. The starter went on my car. The same starter that I replaced with an Advance Auto starter last year. None of the stores near me had it in stock so I drove out to this store after purchasing the new starter online and picking up in store (which I highly recommend to save 15-20%). So I make the drive with the old starter. The guy behind the counter knew nothing of the order or how to see if the old one was still under warranty. He eventually tripped over the new starter that was sitting behind the counter. He literally tripped over it and said, "Oh, there it is.'" Odd considering he is the person that picked the order and set it there within the past half hour. So at this point I figured the guy had to be stoned so I took my new starter and left. Whatever. Clearly the downfall of Advance Auto is corporate wide because the one by my house is awful too. Obviously their Field Leadership Team, which is mentioned in all their bad reviews, isn't addressing any of the issues here. I'm thinking the "team" is just lip service. What a shame. It really is. On the upside, the starter fit and works great. Hopefully this one lasts more than a year. But I'm not holding my breath.

I have been to this location several times for miscellaneous car items. Parking is good, and located right in front and to the side of the building. The staff here has always been helpful when I have visited. The store is located just off of Rt 130 on Rt 571 Westbound

Came in to get a car fuse. Asked the gentleman working if he could advise on where to find it. He didn’t care to even look at the picture and was busy playing with his phone. Extremely poor customer service. Called another store nearby and the lady was kind enough to explain where to find one and took the time to research. I understand if the store is busy but to have no line and still not care is a sign of poor customer service. Thank you

Very convenient for me. My place for wipers and wiper blades and other miscellaneous auto supplies. Staff is friendly and helpful. I have not compared their prices with other similar stores but assume they are competitive.

There's an older gentleman "working" at this location that actively avoids helping customers, wanders through the store muttering angrily under his breath, and when asked to help snaps at customers. Inversely, the two younger gentleman that did assist me were pleasant and helpful. This company needs more of the latter, and none of the former.

The store employee assisted me immediately. He was very knowledgeable when I asked him why the high beam and low beam bulbs were identical for my car. He honored a price match without any hesitation. He just needed to verify, which took less than 10 seconds. I look forward to doing business with this store again soon.

I placed an online order for a couple of low profile mini fuse add a circuits. When I arrived at the store to pick them up I was told that the parts could not be located. Will went out of his way to locate the parts for me at other Advance Auto Parts stores all while simultaneously helping other customers in his own store and it was definitely busy there. His knowledge and customer service skills are top notch and Advance Auto Parts, if you're listening, if Will is not a manager of some kind at this store or within your organization he should be. I have been working on my own vehicles for 25 years and in that time have come across hundreds of staff members at so many different parts stores and Will stands out by far. Keep up the good work Will

My first time going here was amazing. I was engine swapping my car, every time I came here for supplies the workers gave me tips and info on the engine and car I was working on. A year later I still go to them for regular maintenance on all my cars. Amazing service and Will and Joe and this other guy I forgot his name he’s pretty old but they are all very helpful and chill.

Received excellent customer service from Greg. Went there for a simple car battery replacement due to a practically dead battery , only to discover that corrosion had practically welded the old battery in place. Greg worked at it for over 45 minutes until he was able to get it out and put the new replacement in. Really appreciate his effort to get me back on the road!

They installed windshield wipers in 3 minutes.Great service. Good price 👍. Friendly. Brought a lot of parts they had all of them in stock.Had question's and they answered all the them. Will go back when I need something else for my car.I left a very happy customer.

I went in for wiper blades for one car and a turn signal bulb for another. In all the years I've shopped for after-market products like these, my experience had been that I would have to look up the vehicle in a giant dog-eared book to find the right part numbers and then go find the parts on the display. Shopping for two products would have had me digging through two books, probably in two different aisles. Today was a totally different experience: I was greeted within about 15 seconds of walking into the store, and asked what I needed. I described the cars and the needed parts. The gentleman helping me keyed these into a terminal, described my alternative choices to me, and called them out to another store associate who picked and brought the parts to the counter. I was also set up in their rewards program on the spot - seems this one purchase already qualified me for my first rewards coupon. Silly as it may seem, I was blown away by such a customer-centric approach, and delighted at the experience. This was a small transaction, but the best I've had at a car parts store. Kudos to Advance Auto Parts, and to the management and the staff at this location. I'll be a repeat customer and will also recommend you to my friends.
