  My daughter is an out of state Med Student - far from home and family; Ray and Ray (junior) were referred to us when she was in a car wreck and needed to junk her car. Ray was calm and reassuring while handling this panic stricken mother. W/in minutes of my call, Ray junior was dispatched, showed up in his tow truck and drove my daughter home.
