Absolutely worst customer service and the most unprofessional staff. Ordered a container for a specific day, and got a call the day of, from the rudest person ever, ROSARIO, telling me that they can’t bring it until 3 days later and gave me an attitude and was rude when I was obviously upset because of the screw up. If you screen your calls, go listen to how this “lady” spoke to a customer of 6 years with your company and handled a screw up from YOUR part. Terminating all services with your company and I’ll be sure to tell all my neighbors as well.
They say they are going to be there on a scheduled day when something goes wrong is BS. JUST TELL ME ITS GOING TO BE NEXT BUSINESS DAY!!! I have a schedule!
Customer service is very undesirable. Due to a billing problem, they skipped my trash a few times, but I will give them until the end of the year to see how the service goes. If it continues being shoddy, I'll use a different company.
They are horrible . They miss pick up every week. Then we have to call them trying to get them to recover the garbage. We are literally paying for services that does not happen every single week.
They even add our account manager and management to the emails to get the issue resolve, well never happened. I am still hounding them to pick up my trash as I type.
This company is a joke. I currently pay for pick up twice a week. They skip my house 3-4 times a month. When we call they are extremely unprofessional and make it seem like it is my fault. They will tell us they are doing a special pickup and then they never come. My garbage then sits out a full week waiting on them. I wish I had other options in my town because I want to drop this company. As i write this on 05/31/24 they have missed my Tuesday and Friday pickup. There is little to no recourse when they miss a pickup. They will not even offer a credit. I wish zero stars was an option because that is what they deserve.
Was driving home from work behind one of these dump trucks and unfortunately it was not covered and a projectile flew out and smashed my windshield on the highway. If you like unnecessary damages to your car that they will not cover. Stay behind one of these uncovered beds
We've moved to Monroe township recently and requested for a trash home collection service from the company. We have called them at least 4-5 times, and they were irresponsive, rude, and unhelpful. Despite their assurances, they never delivered the trash can that we requested for. At the end of the month, they sent us an invoice for services that they have not provided. Aside from the incompetence in providing service, talking to customer support was a very uncomfortable experience for me. The customer support representative was rude and short with me which I believe, is because of my non-American accent. I often made my daughter, who has an American accent, talk to the customer support representative, and besides the lack of help, they were polite and friendly with her. Overall, customer support was very poor and I don't recommend using their services, especially if you don't have a traditional American accent.
IWS is the company that replace waste management, but does guy that pick the garbage at my house they are very picky about what is in the bags, if the bag is hevy they brake it to see what in it or they just live it, some time they pass to pick up the garbage some time they don't pass, you guy get pay from my taxes and by the pound, more heavy is the garbage more money IWS get, do your job or let some do it, I can wait to see WM to comeback to service my town.
This is a bad company that absolutely does not care about the law. There is a law that you can not pick up trash in residential area before 7am, it's very noisy. They do at 3am, no problem, they don't care. Company does not care about complaints from the tenants. Even police talked to them without any results.
