Honest, quick, trustworthy and they do a good job. My mom has been coming here for years and they always do the right thing. Miguel and everyone is very nice.
Super fast and cheaper than we expected for used tires, professional service. Best place to go to for used tires. Drove in near closing and they put the tires on no problem.
These people are scammers and I would not recommend coming here in a 100 years. They told you I need a new tire mind you my tires are brand new, I just stepped over a nail and seen the nail but they said there were wires. He rudely told me to leave when I called him out on his bs and asked to see the manager. The manager went from I need a new tire to I need alignment. He also told me to leave in a rude manner.
Horrible service, they do not know what they’re doing all I needed was air they were telling me first I needed a new tire then said I needed a new alignment. DO NOT RECOMMEND
After calling trying to get a price for a couple of tires, the person who answered the phone barely spoke english n was rude, I checked the reviews. I dodged the bullet for certain! Glad he sounded sketchy on the phone or I would have been another victim!
Went last minute to buy tires,
got robbed for one of my good tires at another place, saw them online.
They are not only quick and offer good prices, their customer service is beyond satisfactory. This will be my go to tire shop from now on...5 stars from me.
Very rude and unprofessional said one price on the phone but raised it once arrived and completely shaved down the lug nuts, and the tire that they put on has a slow leak don't waste your time and money
The guys at Ray’s Tire Shop were helpful and got the job completed in no time. Very nice shop to get quality used tires and prompt service. Will definitely be coming back again.
Called in advance to make sure they had the tires I needed. I get here before they close (5:20 pm) and they try to tell me they’re done for the day. They would really rather close early instead of selling tires needless to say, don’t come here
The worst tire shop I have ever seen. There are I respectfull people and they are cheating with price. I went to another tire shop and they told me price is $40 and this tire shop took from me $70 for changing only tire for my mustang. Unbelievable
called to get a price then they raised the price higher once i got there. Rude attitude on top of the dishonesty. Should have looked up the other poor reviews before coming here.

Service is hit or miss but bottomline, I do not trust their product. I bought a pair of used tires ($60 each)- one had a leak not even 1 week after purchase. I returned and asked if I could buy another used tire (to replace) at a discount and they told me No.
No problem- I went next door to Marco’s. They sell the same size used tire for $45 and they also offer other repair services- so its a good one-stop-shop alternative.
These people are dishonest sheisters who are looking to take advantage of you and rip you off. On top of that, many of their employees are lazy and/or incompetent. Sure, some of them are honest and know what they're doing, but you're equally likely to get the opposite. They sold me two tires for $40 each and wouldn't buy them back 5 days later in the exact same condition after I realized I needed a whole new set of tires, effectively admitting their worthless condition. When I say "buy back," I mean they wouldn't even give me $5 each for something they sold me for $40 each. I would give less than 1 star if possible because this basically isn't even a real business.
I've been going to this place for years .. I had a nail in my tire causing a slow leak but only wanted to plug it. They removed the nail and as soon as I left air came out faster then when the nail was in there .. I returned and they refused to fix the issue and we all ignoring me. Poor Service ! And I believe they took advantage because I'm a woman!
Wow, another customer said they overcharged his wife! They charged me the same and I didn’t know the going rate or that they had fluctuating prices depending on how they feel! I went there another day to ask their opinion on an issue that I was having on a tire they just brushed me off. They are certainly NOT doing business in the spirit of the old Ray’s Tire on Erie St. I’d not recommend this place?
This tire shop charges double the price for all their work. They love to scam and overcharge customers. The workers will mislead you and try to convince you to pay them double the price. If they see you driving a new or nice car, the price goes up tremendously. Rays Tire Shop price gouges and engages in unethical business practices. They should be reported to consumer affairs. These guys are liars and untrustworthy. I would stay away from this shop and instead go next door to Marco's Tire Shop.
Scam artists!!!! They took advantage of my wife by charging her $20 for a flat tire. Flats are $10 everywhere else in NJ. Don’t go there. Prices seem to fluctuate based on how nice your car is.
Called them asking for a quote on a tire change. The person who answered did not speak English properly and would ignore my question, instead just telling me to come in, which is difficult since I live 30 minutes away and would prefer to make an appointment. When I asked if they could store my spare set of tires, they hung up on me. Extremely rude. Going by the other reviews, maybe the rest of the staff is great but this guy should not be answering calls.
The wait was short, even as the 4th person in line. They repaired my tire that had a razor blade wedged in, and did it in under 10 minutes for a more than reasonable price. I would highly recommend this place.
We had a screw in a tire. I came here to get it fixed with my 2 children after school. They didn't even have us get out of the car. They repaired the tire and were finished in about 10mins!! It was fast and cheap! I'll be recommending them to everyone and will surely return for any of my tire needs.
