My truck wouldn’t start on the third level of a parking garage in Jersey City tried calling 3 CO’s none would come to the garage. got Mark on the 4th he was there in 25 mins. Pulled me out with less than an inch of clearance. Great guy, great skills , awesome service.
My way truck driver around 5:32pm June 27th Friday At Paul Amico Way,Secaucus did a illegal turn on a yellow line which was not only dangerous but irresponsible I will report this to the higher authorities and Secaucus police traffic unit for endangering everyone’s life in my car.

Honest business doing an honest job. If you are needing a tow, it is already not a good situation. Don't make it worse, call Mark @ My Way and he'll have you on Your Way, honestly and for a fair price. I was on my way to work Friday March 14th, my tire blew out, on the Pulaski sky-way southbound. I called my insurance for roadside and 6 hours later I was still sitting on the sky-way, unbelievable. I called a few towing companies and they either could not make it due to being a restricted high way, or they were a few hours out. Mark personally answered and showed up when he said he would. Stay safe, don't try to change your tire on the sky-way. Mark is an honest dude.

I had to get my car towed to the shop, the entire experience was very seamless, especially considering the car had to be towed from Hoboken. The tow was very easy to schedule and the driver was very friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs a tow.
My Job got a contract with these guys to put one of their signs on our property in exchange for them handling all of our tows. these guys came 2 times! after that they stopped answering the phone and coming all together. when i blocked my number they answered the phone. WE PAID FOR THIER SERVICES AND THEY ARE NOT KEEPING UP TO THEIR END OF THE AGREEMENT!
Very bad exp with this company. They was paid the price that they told me . Once paid the guy started give excuse on why he couldn’t drop the car in the spot . Very argumentative and very unprofessional. I called to speak with the boss and basically he’s a nasty person as well . They care about the money not your car . They will cause more damage and leave your car

After waiting for 3+ hours for AAA to send a tow truck to help me get home, I called MyTow (at 12:30 I may add). Within 25 minutes they were at my location and got me home safe and sound.

I'm truly grateful for the timely and effective help provided by My Way Towing. My car broke down due to a flat tire on Monday night around 7:30pm. Despite immediately contacting the towing company partnered with the dealership through the car's satellite phone, no one showed up after waiting for 2 hours. I decisively called a third-party towing service, and given the late hour (9:30 PM), My Way Towing, which was the only one open and nearby, was my only option. They arrived to assist me in less than 20 minutes after my call. Considering the dealership was closed by then, I paid a $35 overnight storage fee to have my car stored at their facility. We had initially agreed to transport my car to the dealership early the next day, but due to heavy snow, they offered to store my vehicle at no extra charge until the weather cleared up enough for safe transport to the dealership. Throughout this process, I found their service highly efficient and communication smooth. As a driver, I wouldn’t wish a breakdown on anyone, but if you unfortunately break down near Jersey City, I would recommend reaching out to them. Their 24-hour availability is also a crucial point to note.

My car wouldn’t start on a cold holiday morning. I called My Way Towing, and the guy on a phone gave me pricing up front for both a jump ($85) and a tow ($125)—super reasonable. He told me he could get someone to me in about 20 minutes, and a tow truck came on time as promised.
A jump ended up working, and I was able to drive the car to a local mechanic. I was able to pay online using a link they texted me.
Mark and Luke at My Way Towing came to my rescue after 4 other service providers failed to show up. They handled my car with care and safely towed it to their shop’s lot. I am gladly awarding them 5 stars.
Most professional towing company I have used in my life! Usually when I do a claim through insurance the estimated time is always off by 30 min or so but they came before the estimated time! Also want to point out I dealt with a gentlemen named Brian. Great guy very professional!
Calling My Way to get my car towed after I broke down was the best decision I ever made! There was so many times I’ve waited for a tow for so long from other major known companies but with My Way the owner had someone out to me in no time! I was having trouble with my car while on an appointment in North Bergen. I called roadside assistance and they came and got the car started, and I was good for about a block. Then the car died again. My second call to roadside assistance was for a tow truck. When My Way Towing showed up, the driver, Brian asked what was wrong. After telling him the story - we popped the hood and he took a look at my battery. It seems that a cable was loose and that was the cause of the issue. He was able to reattach the cable and tighten everything down. He saved me the hassle of a tow and ultimately fixed my car. I can't say enough good things about My Way Towing, and Brian especially. He was kind and courteous and ultimately helped me out of a tremendous jam. If you're ever stranded and need help - don't hesitate to call My Way Towing. If you're lucky, Brian will be your driver and he will do his level best to get you on your way with minimal stress.

Great experience at My Way! Got stuck in ice after a snow storm, was in a hurry to get to work. Called and spoke to Mark, explained my situation, and he got someone out to me in 30 minutes. Was still a few minutes late to work but wouldn’t have made it without them. Thanks for making my horrible situation not so bad, HIGHLY recommend !!
