I was in an unfortunate car accident and my car was towed here. I took an Uber here and was having a bad day, but Grace was more than nice and accommodating. I recommend Truchan towing!
No one wants to go to a tow yard but I’m happy my car was at Truchan the team and everyone was great and easy to work with. They even stayed open an hour past close helping me get the car rekeyed! Thanks again for all the help.
Excellent service! We are from out of town and had a flat tire. The tow truck arrived within the hour and met us where we’d left the vehicle. The driver was friendly and professional. It was a fairly quick and easy trip to the tire shop. The driver gave us some pointers about the city and where to eat or walk to while we waited for the car to be serviced. Great service, would definitely recommend!
Truchan is incredible. I had a special need towing project with a fast deadline and they stepped up to help me out. Super communicative, super friendly, excellent work. They really saved my butt. I give them my highest recommendation - they won't do you wrong.
We had to call them to tow our truck back to Bayonne and they were there very quickly. The process was efficient and everyone that we dealt with was knowledgeable and courteous. My car was stuck in the middle of ice/snow. There was no way I would've been able to get it out. When I called, the associate assured me not to worry and a driver would help in minutes. The driver was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend to anyone looking for good service at a reasonable price.
