I recently went school shopping my daughter was so excited to find her irradecent mermaid pencil case. It was sealed so we figured everything was fine when we get home and open it the inside zipper was broken so we returned it ans asked if there were more in stock which i was told they had 50 on hand. Prior to asking I searched thece.tite store top to bottom looking nothing she had a team member look I told her if it's 50 it has to be a case or something. No response after looking myself and waiting on them for 25 minutes I walked out. Went online and placed an order when I went to pick up they gave me some pastel flower one nothing like the one I ordered at this point it Said there were still 50 in stock they said oh its this one sorry only to get home and realize it was the same broken one I returned. Now I'm livid it's not hard look for the boxes it's clearly in stock. Headless to say I was on vacation and looked in 4 stores in PA and those employees were so helpful and knowledgeable one even offered to order it online and ship it to me why did none of the other stores offer this prior? Truly disappointed in my interaction and shopping experience and needless to say my daughter is upset we couldn't find it. This has been a month long mission with no success. Added photo for what we were looking for. I'm pretty say I have searched and searched with no success....Train these employees stock your selves all those boxes up on top could of been put out would of probably brought u more sales if it was on the floor there was clearly space for it all....

I'm not one to give reviews in the places but last week I was there collecting some photos and the one who attended me was not a good service and I let it go because sometimes people have problems ok well today I come back to leave some packages from Amazon and ups and I met a gentleman nothing nice very bad service or attended me and he started talking about me with another colleague despite that I was not understanding what he said about me that is very bad because of the work team that has very unprofessional.

I had an outstanding experience at Staples, all thanks to Vansh from the customer service team. His kindness, patience, and creative problem-solving turned what could have been a stressful situation into a seamless and even enjoyable visit. Vansh listened carefully, offered thoughtful solutions, and never once made us feel rushed or like an inconvenience. It’s rare to find someone so genuinely committed to helping customers, and Vansh went above and beyond for me and my team. I would return to this location specifically because of the five-star service he provided. I sincerely hope the entire team follows his example — he truly sets the gold standard for customer care. Bobby, one of the store associates did a fantastic job resolving an issue I had with a damaged office chair I brought in for repairs. He did an excellent job troubleshooting the issue, and helped carry out the assembled chair over to my car. His customer service was excellent.

Terrible service staff. The Woman says nonchalantly without even looking at customer “It’s Locked” when asked about public restroom. She doesn’t even explain if she can open it or it’s not available to public. She sees customers as Trash and no wonder she brings her miserable mindset to the workplace. FIRE HER!!!!!

Just want to take a moment to shout out 2 amazing interactions I had at Staples today. I was searching for Toner and deposit bank bags and Tiffany went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. She had a genuine interest in helping me find what I needed. Jeremy assisted me at the sales counter with placing an order for my bank bags. He suggested I download the Staples app so I could get the best deals that were available. After I setup the app I was able to use coupons and rewards to save a total of $50.00 Tiffany & Jeremy thanks again for the amazing customer service!!! I will be back again for all my business needs.

Customer service is horrible, the printing staff i dealt with do not know what they are doing. Communication is terrible, they continue to misunderstand you, and it’s hard for them to explain the issues related to your project/printings. Overall just incompetent. And one of them left the phone call on hold and forgot to return back…

I stopped by the copy area here waited and waited and waited. The person behind the counter was busy chatting and joking. Never asked me if I needed help or even acknowledged me after making eye contact plenty of times. Other guys in the copy machine area walked by me no greeting no nothing. Tried to ask him something, he just walked past me. They do not want to help at all. Just pretending customers are not there.

Needed 3 files printed. Worst experience ever. Guy tells me to use a copy machine. I ask if I can adjust the size of how it prints (don’t want it to print small). He tells me yes. I find out after spending money that I cannot, and it prints small. Guy tells me to use one of the computers. I pay, then find out it doesn’t have a USB port for my thumb drive. Guy tells me the other computer has a USB port, but that computer has an error message in Spanish. I reboot the machine, and it goes to the same error message in Spanish. Guy tells me if I want help from him it’s going to be a really long time. I walk out. Will never return.

It is great that is open on Sunday. The cashier was friendly and helpful. She took the time to check that the ink I bought was the one I needed for my printer.

Came in to print. I left my USB at home. I asked what's the fee to use the computer and print 1 document. Was told there's a $10 hold and .40 cents to print. Results for 10 minutes of usage because i couldn't get into my email with all the security. $4.50, 1 page double sided $1.04. 18cents tax. Total $5.72 to print 2 pages. The customer rep didn't know what he was talking about and this was a money grab. Staples is trash. LOW PRICES WHERE?!!!! I'll stick to UPS.

As a loyal Staples customer in Tampa, FL, it was only natural to visit the Staples in N.J. when I needed office services. I had the pleasure of meeting & being a recipient of Janet's exceptional customer service last Sunday, June 9, 2024. Not ONLY did the lovely Janet go above & beyond with my Amazon return. That alone was a 5-star experience! Janet also DELIVERED a case of water to the trunk of my car! I pulled up, popped the trunk, got out of the car & Janet was walking away... she already placed the 24 bottle case in the trunk! In a time when customer service is pretty much non-existent, Janet is the epitome of building client relations instead of making a quick sale, allowing Staples shoppers to run into competitors instead of remaining loyal. Bravo, Janet. You are a diamond in the rough...thank you!

I enjoy this staples which is why i am a FREQUENT customer. The reason I am not leaving 5 stars is because the employee Angel is unprofessional, rude and just downright condescending. He talks to customers like we’re unintelligent or less than. I come there almost five days a week and every time i come in he gives me a hard time and acts like im an annoyance. He doesn’t greet customers or make the store inviting at ALL. If it wasn’t for the rest of the managerial staff i would switch locations.

I was helped today by a very knowledgeable and personable employee by the name of Emmanuel Osei. I watched as he assisted customers who waiting for the copy and mailing personnel. He also helped me with a tech issue even when it wasn’t his area. I was very impressed by his customer service skills! He is a “great” employee.

I was given remarkable customer service by a young woman named, Lourdes Mercado while processing my online orders for prints and pick at the jersey city 440 location. She went out of her way to get in touch with me to better my design. This was not part of her job and after dealing with many printing companies for my small business,I know for sure this is not common. Once I got to the store for my pick up , I made sure to write down her name so great employees can get recognized just as often as the bad ones. I appreciate you beautiful ! thanks again for going above and beyond ;)

I rarely leave reviews unless its of praise to businesses, but it was actually comical how the staff member went about an error on their system while my mother tried to pay. The man wearing gray who had tied up hair, who seemed to be the manager was unhelpful, condescending, and just outright rude to not only us customers, but to his coworker. As we were paying, the system on their end glitched, and though there was no receipt that printed, the charge came up on our bank account. The worker demanded we either wait for the receipt (which did not end up printing after 10ish min) or we must recharge the card. As the charge was already made to the bank account, we were skeptical to double charge, as it would be an inconvenience for us if we have to call to get it reversed. My mother was trying to explain that she didnt want to be double charged and was showing the man the charge on her account. In response he would mumble to himself “oh my god, oh my god,” as if my mother was an idiot. He was hostile and condescending as if we were the ones at fault for STAPLE’s technological malfunction. Its funny he even had the audacity to say “call your bank.” Not to mention he kept trying to contact his coworker through the mic and she didnt hear so he yelled across the register to where the tech register is “DO YOU NOT HEAR ME???!!” I wish I got his name because I was shocked with just how rude he was without even being provoked. He wore a gray shirt, long tied hair, had dark purple painted nails, and an ugly attitude. We wouldve waited for the receipt if he didnt speak to us as if we were children. Anyway, hope he cleanses his energy soon cause his aura is menacing, but in very pathetic way. I didn’t even want to say something rude in return because he was just comically rude and unhelpful. He deserves to be called out.

The timing for printing and execution of holiday cards was spectacular. I ordered late in the day on Monday, they were ready early the next day. After miscounting the number of cards needed, I had called up and the additional cards were ready within 1 hour. The all looked awesome! The woman doing the printing, I regret not getting her name... she was just awesome! Couldn't thank her enough!

It was a Monday evening but not enough staff on the floor to ask me if I needed help. I could not find the area of certificates. After 4 times walking around, I had to search around for an associate member to assist. She was just finishing up doing passport photos. She then radio someone to assist me. The gentleman took me straight to the area. Note: there's no signs that they were in that area next to the chairs. It was a very limited option of certificates. I wished they had more of a selection like what I viewed online for that Jersey City rt.440 store. Nonetheless, the gentleman was very knowledgeable and answered other questions regarding shipping things. I was happy about my purchase, wished there was more options, but it is what it is. The cashier was the same knowledgeable gentleman who assisted me. I left with something and my students loved their award certificates. Thank you for the help.

The TSA precheck process runs so smoothly here. Sign up sheet in front. Plenty of seating. Convenient location in the store near travel stuff. It generally takes 5- 10 minutes, start to finish. My whole family did it, and we each had a positive experience. The people we dealt with were nice and efficient. Surprisingly enjoyable experience with a government bureaucracy!

I don’t usually leave reviews!. But I really had to on this one! I always make my business cards at Staples!! So I came across this particular one! And I was so amazed on how they treat people with kindness and respect and most importantly they really put effort into getting what you want corrected! no matter how long it takes them and no matter how long the line is!. I haven’t met a mean person at the printing section! I’m just so happy that they are really kind polite and generous! It’s something we don’t see any more of these days. Thank you guys for always helping me and always coming through for me definitely appreciate Yous

I would not recommend using the UPS services in this store. I created a shipment that was time sensitive and needed to be overnighted. I paid extra for express shipping and early morning delivery. I check my tracking number the following morning and the tracking history only shows "label created." I reach out to the store to see if UPS picked up and was assured it was. I contact UPS who advises me to file a missing claim if there is no movement by 12pm. I try calling the store one more time and ask please can you just check and see if maybe it didn't make it out, fell behind the counter, something. Sure enough the associate gets back on the phone and says I'm so sorry I found it with a few other packages that were sitting separately from where they usually are, I'm not sure why. So now the extra money I paid was for nothing and my package is going to be a day late.

Literally all Self Service printers are down asked for help half an hour ago I was told I was the next customer to be helped in line yet several customers were taken in-front of me at the copy and print section. I’m just trying to do my own thing and print and fax some papers but I can’t even do that without being lied to or just simply not helped. Keep in mind this whole time there is no longer anyone else in need of help I’m just standing here with other customers trying to do our own self service. Don’t waste your time at this staples ! Terrible service and attention.
