Very unhelpful. So entire staples doesn’t have 4*6 paper to print ? Or are you trying to upsell your customers, and the attitude of one of the workers there. Good luck.

The clerk at the print Center at this 3 PM Shift was superb ! Such a kind hearted women . I made two separate orders on the same purchase for flyers right ? When I went to pick them up the two sets were in the same bag ! I told her “can you put them in two separate bags” like common sense would, she says “I can give you a bag and you can do it yourself . You would think she paid for the order herself . Talk about A1 Customer service .. tell Stephen and the others I said HELLO !

Interesting I wanted to purchase a small desk lamp. One of the workers I asked where were the lamps he didn't know and gave the impression he didn't want to be bothered. I'm tenacious I don't take no or indifference for an answer. So I asked another worker he knew exactly where they were. I asked him how long has he been working there he said a few weeks. Clearly he Interest in his customers and his job.

Always chaos at the print center, always stressful, always a line and never enough employees no matter what time of day you come. Always at least one thing broken or a system down. Hire more employees, nobody has an hour to waste every time they want to print something out

Terrible customer service if you need actual help and don’t know what you’re doing this is not the staples to go to. The associate deemed it more important to play on his phone than try to get me the answers I needed

UPS drop off? Not unless you'd like to do all the work yourself, including being told to go behind the counter and fill out your own shipping information on their computer.
And of course, once I reached a certain point of inputting my own information I walked out from behind the counter and waited for someone else to walk up to help me. Because I don't know how to operate their computer system. I put the shipping address as the return address. To which the next individual said, "Oh you made a mistake. You put in the return address as a shipping address. Where are you shipping it to?" I SIMPLY POINTED AT THE ADDRESS THAT WAS IN BIG BOLD BLACK LETTERS THAT WAS ALREADY ON THE BOX. I stated, "Look, man. I'm just trying to ship a package. That's all I need to do."
(I had my shipment, packed, labeled clearly with the address on the box! All of the information was there right in front of them.)
I had absolutely no confidence in their ability to ship this package so I simply grabbed my package and said, "I think I'll go to an actual UPS store to make sure it's done right.
I truly thought that if I walked in with the box ready to be shipped with a return address and the shipping address printed and taped to the box that it would be the simplest thing to do. I was wrong..Oct 10, 2025 -
I’m speechless with the amount of emotions I have right now. I was unaware that a concert ticket would be damaged if laminated. I ask the attendant hi I have delicate ticket I want to get laminated. Attendant goes yes of course. Not only were my tickets destroyed they blamed me I asked first!!! CONCERT tickets completely ruined can’t be replaced!!!! And the manager or supervisor tells the employee should have done it yourself!! Unbelievable irreplaceable tickets all because I asked they said no problem and destroyed!!!

The associates here are very attentive and assist you in a timely manner. I had a great customer experience during my time shopping in the store. I did wish there was at least one associate roaming to the store who could assist me in certain areas of the store, as it was difficult to track someone down. Not a deal breaker but more so an area of opportunity.

Very bad passport photo service. Photographer was just hastened and didn’t take a good picture. I paid for the service of a digital and physical copy but was only given the physical copy- reason being no flash drives available. I was not informed of this before hand and had to just pay.

Print desk was very unhelpful. Unable to provide any estimate - didn't believe I had properly sized my photo. Was able to get the same thing done at Walmart with 1 hour turnaround with no hassle.

The print center staff here is absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful. I was looking for help in printing invitations & cards and the Manhattan stores were nowhere near as friendly and helpful as the Jersey City staff so I came here specifically to work with them as I had experience with them helping me with the proofs of the invitations previously. They did not disappoint - would highly recommend coming here for more hands-on support with printing services

Returns are typically smooth and the employees check whether you’ve been assisted if you’re waiting around.

Terrible print shop. I don't understand why you have to rip off your customers on printing out a 2*2. Also, think of a better excuse. "Government rejects the photo paper that we print. You have to go take a picture with us and then we can print it using the correct glossy paper" is just ridiculous.

This location is awful. It used to be good, but over the past couple of months, every time I've come to this location to print labels for my small business, their equipment has been crap, or not working at all. Sad representation of Staples as a business.

This is a review for the Print Center specifically: Dropped in on a lunchbreak for two quick color prints while visiting in town as it was the closest location with print services. I didn't have super-high expectations, but at least thought it would be better than what I could do with a home printer - unfortunately it was actually WORSE. I only had a short break to sprint in-and-out that day, so I regret not stopping to QA it in detail while still at the counter, as it wasn't until I got home I realized only the first print was usable. The second print was washed dark (so white areas came out gray), there was spotting (a red line in the middle of the image had other red ink dots around it from shoddy printing), and extra margins and a footer with page numbers were ADDED to my document (not asked for) and the new page scaling resulted in the images on the page being shrunk (they're supposed to be 4.7" square, but came out 4.5"). The fact that the printers are so poor, coupled with the lack of customer service (and active disdain/ignoring) from the staff, means I won't be coming back here for print work, even if I'm in a hurry. 2 stars because it was done fast and one document came out usable.

The store was pretty big and with a variety of every option but in some areas there was a lack of stock. There was no line to checkout so it was a pleasant shopping experience.

Twenty-five years ago, I used to come to this Staples and buy thousands of dollars of paper, inkjet printer cartridges and binding supplies on a corporate credit card. Now I make mass purchases of school and art supplies. Staples has a surprisingly good selection of professional art supplies, from colored pencils to sculpting and painting materials.

I dropped off a return box at their UPS months ago and someone stole it! The package has never left Staples and never arrived to the sender. Never trust on them to return your item! You will regret it! I lose a lot money! I am so disappointed!!!

I am an architect with more than 20 years in the business, printing plans in different formats and I have never experienced so much negligence in a printing store. Amar I think is his name, he confirmed to me that he was the manager of the store, without doing anything, he told me, that to make a simple application that can be done on any machine, I had to order for another day. The worst thing is that I live 20 minutes from this store and it turned into 40 minutes, because it's 20 to return, to not receive even the slightest effort to help me. This message is for anyone who may be interested, if they continue like this, the store will go bankrupt.

Today was a good day at Staples. There was someone on the floor that was able to help me. Place was organized but needed a bit more dusting. I only bought items on sale. otherwise products were too expensive. Cashier was very helpful, quick and courteous.
