There is a girl in front counter always with the bad attitude 10:00am I came to get stater for my RAM I brought the VIN number and she told, no cant help you with that, that’s ridiculous if she doesn’t love her job QUIT

Good product selection and stock just has poor customer service where you have to chase down an employee as they rather pretend there's no customer in store.

Terrible Customer service , I was there to pick up an online order. I figured it was the easiest way to go about picking up a battery. Spanish lady who attended me acted like I was a bother to her, she had her phone out in her hand the whole time. She finally pull up my order and finds it and asks me to grab the order myself from behind the register. Just terrible/rude service.

I felt my visit here was a waste of time, had a flat and needed a compressor.
The staff informed it would be sold without warranty and they would not show you that it works.
For a item that cost $120 I expect more.

I came into autozone and Ashley helped me out with finding my oil filter and end up giving me the combo saved me 11 dollars and Cynthia helped me out with amazing customer service helping Ashley out as for the manager Ana she was very polite will come again!

I’ve always had decent experiences at this AutoZone—until I had to process a return with one of the cashiers. I didn’t catch her name, but her attitude was incredibly dismissive. She made no effort to explain the return process and acted like helping me was an inconvenience. As someone who has worked in customer service, I understand the importance of treating people with respect, and this interaction was anything but. Unfortunately, it was enough to make me avoid this location going forward.

This Autozone is amazing Asfar was so helpful and willing to help. We need more associates with the gift of serving other like Asfar he came out in the snow to help me with my wipes and windshield fluid this really meant a lot to me. Asfar made my day thank you!

I have been a customer of this particular AutoZone for over 20 years and I am a car detailer, dent remover, painter, and collision expert over 30 years buying things I need for the jobs my clients need me to perform which also includes headlight restorations. I work outside this particular AutoZone for over 20 years gathering my clientel and performing Free Samples Of my headlight restoral in 30 seconds to people who are driving with dangerously dim headlights and I can restore them to new condition while the customer waits. I have had countless encounters with an employee named Christian who is probably one of the most arrogant and disrespectful employees I ever remember in this establishment. I have also worked on almost everyone of the employees cars who work there including several on duty managers. This young man is hated by almost everyone he encounters and has had customers come out steaming at his actions. I have personally witnessed ten people who wanted to react violently toward him. As far as I understand other employees have told me that dozens of other customers have complained about this mans attitude and I am surprised AutoZone continues to employee a tyrant like Christian.

I had to change the battery for my motorcycle, they show me where are all them and tell me I have to figure out which one is it, well not the best of customer service… plus if something is wrong they don’t refund it… it’s a strange policy, I’m still not sure if the battery is the good one but I guess I will have to keep it anyway (100$ battery, no cheaper option)

Hardly ever have what you need. But their customer service has gotten a little better. The employee I engaged with was actually quite friendly. I have to say though, those shelves should be restocked with better products of solutions and stop leaks.

It was in and out. Would've liked if they had the part ready for me since I called and said I was a few minutes away. To put it on the side which I told was going to be done. But overall it wasn't a bad experience I was in and out. Thanks

Outstanding customer service at this store! I especially want to thank Christian, who went above and beyond in helping me with what I needed to replace my headlights and wipers. Christian was super knowledgeable AND highly skilled in helping me get the parts installed correctly. He was also very professional, friendly, and patient. If I ever need anything for my car, I'm coming back to this Auto Zone. In fact, this location seemed really well managed, with multiple staff available. Can't recommend this Auto Zone enough!

I recently visited this Auto Zone, had an excellent experience, thanks to Shane. He was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me with my alternator issue. His expertise and willingness to assist made a potentially stressful situation much easier, I was stock here in NJ, Im from PA. I highly recommend this store and especially Shane for his outstanding customer service!

have always had good experiences here and found the staff friendly and helpful. however tonight i had an unpleasant experience. recently i was given a complimentary pair of nitrile gloves when i purchased a replacement bulb, and tonight i asked for another complimentary pair because the light has been flickering and i wanted to check it out. i was rudely told, “that’s not happening. we don’t just give people gloves for free.” while i understand the policy, i found the tone and the language unnecessary and unprofessional.

Mohammad was such a pleasure to deal with. He definitely was able to give me peace of mind when it came to ensuring my car left running smooth and well. I had a very good customer experience here. From the moment I called to arriving everyone was friend. Ruberto was very helpful and knowledgeable. One if his coworkers needed assistance and he didn't turn him away, he politely asked for a min, and assisted his coworker. I highly recommend this location and although this location isn't close to home. I'll lost likely be returning
