I am very happy I found this place. I had the best service ever!!! . Very professional, respectful, responsible, and clean place. I bought a car and was very sad and frustrated because I thought the car I had bought was in good condition. But sadly was not . Franklin Auto service save my car!!! . Each thing that was done to my car was explained carefully. ELECTRIC REPAIR , SOLENOID TRANSMISSION VALVE, TRANSMISSION OIL, COMPRESSOR A/C REPLACEMENT, AIR FILTER / CABIN FILTER . They took the time to work carefully with each part of the car. . I love that they provide warranty. Me and my husband are very blessed with found this place. Not anyone will take their time to help you . This place is not only about the money they do care about their customers. I definitely recommend this place . And to finalize I want to give thanks to Diandra she was amazing. Got an email with my recipe and explained everything to me. BEST PLACE EVER!!!
Franklin is a real service to the community. My tire blew out when i ran over a load strap in the middle of the road. Once contacted Franklin kept his shop open late and was able to get me back on the road like a nascar pitstop. If not for him i surely wond have spent the night at the gas station on west side an communipaw. and all this for a fair price. Thank you Franklin.

I came to patch my tire but he showed me the condition my tires were in and how dangerous it would have been to just patched it . It was closing time but he made sure to fix it before he closed . Thank you.
I had an issue from the beginning and I should’ve known then. But my friend asked me to give them another chance being that he got his oil changed there once so I did. We thought maybe it was just a bad day.
The reality is that they’re just not too good for business. The mechanics are decent people but Service was not done properly. I went to another shop after to get the job fixed for half price.
I wanted to make a special review for the receptionist there. She is rude and unreasonable to speak to. She is very uneducated in her line of work and seems in general. She is not a good listener and will talk over you before you can get your question out. BELLIGERENT

Had an AC issue for two years, and Auto Franklin Service finally fixed it! The repair took a bit longer than expected, but now my AC works perfectly in the summer heat. Highly recommend for anyone with similar problems — they do quality work.
I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place. I took my car in for a simple oil change, and not only did they delay the delivery by over a week, but they also left my car’s interior in a complete mess — greasy handprints everywhere, missing floor mats, and scratches that weren’t there before. When I brought this up, the staff pretended they didn’t notice anything, and the supervisor, Diandra, just brushed me off and blamed it on “normal wear and tear.” Totally unprofessional and careless. Please save yourself the headache and find a trustworthy service centres.
After months of taking my Range Rover to different shops with no solution, Franklin finally fixed the issue and went above and beyond. Diendra was clear and informative throughout the process. I highly recommend this shop if you want the job done right!
Zero star as they haven't done anything and wasted my 2 precious days. I went to them to replace bmw faulty ac condenser. Before giving my car I asked specifically multiple times that I need car in two days because of 4th July long weekend. As I need to travel with infant. They didn't provide any estimates until I followed up and expressed my frustration and worry. Finally they provided filthy estimates almost double the price of other mechanics to whom I consulted during my frustration period. Finally when I asked to return my car they were asking me to pay diagnostic charges. Don't know what diagnostic they done if I only asked them to replace condenser which they never done.

I’m 26 and still learning about cars, and I truly appreciate how patient and respectful Franklin was. He took the time to explain what was going on with my vehicle and told me I should take it back to Honda, where they could fix it free of charge—rather than doing the work himself and charging me. That really showed he wasn’t just in it for the money—he genuinely wanted to help.
It means a lot because, as a woman, it’s unfortunately common to be taken advantage of in auto shops when you don’t know much about cars. Franklin was the complete opposite—honest, helpful, and respectful. Thank you again!
I love to support my neighborhood business but two lack luster experiences have left me more than disappointed. Auto Service and Tire Franklin LLC are professional time wasters. This is the second time in less than 2 months where I reach out to this business for a simple tire plug. Both times I arrived within business hours, and both times no one was there to address my concern. They very, nonchalantly, will have you waiting for upwards of one hour. Very rude and unprofessional.
They have no consideration for others time. It takes nothing to be honest about the hours of operation, NOTHING aside from integrity.
I dropped my audi A6 at this mechanic shop. First the guy Franklin said me they are professionals but they are literally so unprofessional with German cars. They literally wasted my 3 weeks and were keep doing experiments with my car which made the car’s situation more worst and blown up the whole wiring of the car. The situation was totally different with the car which he was telling. I don’t suggest someone to get their German fixed from him.
I live very close to this place and I like to support local businesses when I can. I could’ve gone to one of the big chain auto shops, but I decided to give this establishment a shot. I brought my car in, baby girl in tow, for a standard oil change a little before 2pm. They said there was one car ahead of me and they would start on mine in about 30 minutes; no problem. They quoted me $150. I thought it was overpriced, but hey, I was supporting a local business. I left my car there and went home to feed my baby girl. After an hour, I texted to check in. They said it would be another 25 minutes; still no problem. I arrive 25 minutes later and they said it would be another 25 minutes! I timed the oil change to get done in between my baby’s naps. Well, now that these people seem to have zero regard for their customer’s time, my poor little girl was crying in the waiting room because she’s exhausted. I didn’t get my car until 4:40! That’s almost 3 hours for an oil change. They blamed it on some miscommunication regarding a filter or some thing. However, based on the MANY poor reviews, I have my doubts on that being the reason. My suggestion: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. From now on, I’ll think twice about giving a rundown sketchy local hole in the wall body shop my business.

Excellent service! Franklin came out to my dead RV - when no one else would even look at it even if I towed it to them. He diagnosed the problem in minutes and gerry rigged it so I could drive it to his shop- no tow needed! He bought the required parts for it on the way and fixed it immediately. He then checked all my systems to make sure the vehicle was safe to drive 5 hours home. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, explaining everything. His wife was lovely, inviting me inside to wait comfortably. And all this on a Saturday night! They are marvelous people.
Owner is very honest and friendly. Staff is courteous. Waiting area is comfortable. The location is convenient and easy to find. I will definitely go back when my car needs services.
This is a late review but I was here on the evening of May 7th and they did such a good job in minutes.
My driver side tyre had a tiny nail which caused it to deflate. While this may seem like a simple fix, it’s the attitude of wanting to fix and make sure I’m happy and drove safe - best customer experience.
Leaving reviews is rare for me however I must share my amazing experience. I am so pleased I was able to have my tires changed at 10 pm but it doesn’t stop there. The owners literally took the tire off their car to ensure my safety . I’m am beyond satisfied & grateful . 10/10
If I could give them a 1,000 stars I would they saved our whole weekend by fixing our tire when we were 15 mins away they waited for us even after their closing time! We are blessed to have found someone who really cares to help out people! Not many left in the world like this! I highly recommend
Keeps saying wait outside. It’s 35 degrees outside. The work done speaks for itself. At least have the courtesy to put the weights on properly. Didn’t fix crack properly the first time saying I hit a bump and cracked it again in the same spot. Waited 2 hours+ for this job
