I had my car serviced here and it was a huge pleasure to experience. Not only did they provide timely service. But the communication was honest and thorough. They really showed they cared. I’m glad I decided to visit. Other shops tend to not give the same treatment. I’m comfortable with this place. I would send my wife here on her own as well. Nice waiting area and the crew is super polite. Pricing is excellent as well.
We were traveling from Florida and had a bad tire. The guys at the shop were so nice and got us up and back on the road and the price was great for 2 new tires!!! Thank you so much!!!
I initially chose this shop for a snow tire installation because they were able to fit me in quickly and had high-end equipment. This used to be Euro Tire which I used previously for various things with no issues. Unfortunately, what began as a simple service resulted in over $1,000 in damages and a complete lack of accountability.
After picking up my car, I discovered the wheel bolts had been severely over-torqued. I returned within 30 min, and a technician confirmed they were stuck, stating he was "uncomfortable" proceeding at closing time. I took the car home and dropped it off the following morning as they said they will take care of it.
The next day, multiple lug nuts were stuck which required drilling of the studs to remove them. The shop broke at least 4 lug nuts in half trying to remove them and the 2 wheels were stuck on the car. During the extraction process, the shop drilled through the wheel itself rather than just the studs. Put the wheel back on and said it was all done. I once again checked when I got home and discovered the wheel was drilled into and 2 of 5 lug nuts on one wheel were not holding. This rendered the wheel structurally compromised and unsafe for road use. Despite previously admitting the bolts were over-torqued, the management changed their story once they realized the extent of the damage.
When I confronted them about the ruined wheel, they blamed me for the over-torquing—despite the fact that they were the last ones to touch the vehicle. While they refunded the initial labor cost, I am now out approximately $1,000 for a replacement wheel and hardware.

I came by for tires problems after going to Tesla dealership and Faris provided a good service got me the right tires and refinished my wheels and did best alignment there is. I would highly recommend .
DO NOT GO HERE!!! I brought my old vette in for a coolant change and these guys told me I have a blown head gasket and needed an engine rebuild and had the NERVE to send me a $7800 invoice. When I looked and that wasn’t the case I called to ask if hat exactly they saw and when I came in to ask for financing options for a rebuild as if I was gonna go through, they were very apprehensive about the job, almost like they found out i’m not a retard. The owner is also a JEW (Israel tattoo) so go figure. 0 stars if I could. Check out Muscle Auto Repairs in Passaic instead, guys won’t rob you.
They did tires and brakes for our car. They were professional and answered any questions we had. Sam took the time to go over everything. We would highly recommend Royal to our friends and family.
Took my vehicle here for Tint Job. I feel they may use an outside source for their work. I had to take it back for repair because the Tinter did not install the windshield properly (left scratches). Nonetheless, when I took it back, Faris (The guy that was helping me) was super helpful about the entire situation. He was able to take the car right back and they fixed it. There tint quality is great too. They have a really great mechanic there and he knows his stuff about Luxury Vehicles, I higly recommend dealing wth Faris!
My experience with royal expert was fantastic! They took my car without an appointment and helped be back on the road the same day. I would 💯 recommend this tired center. They are very kind and helpful… great experience! It will be my to go place from now on…

Had to get brakes done and a few other hardware replaced. Experienced mechanics and reasonable pricing. From previous repairs at other shops for my brakes there would be something rattling when I went over bumps which was probably a loose bracket.But the shop also discovered a few small things that helped to paint a bigger picture about work that was done by these other shops. It's great that they work on Promasters and sprinters as a lot of shops dont have the clearance or lifts that support the size. If you have a similar cargo van, I recommend this shop.
Sam & Faris are great! I cannot recommend them enough! They’ve consistently gone above and beyond to provide top-notch service. Whether it’s routine maintenance or a more serious repair, they’re always upfront, honest, and never try to upsell unnecessary work. The quality of their work is excellent, prices are fair, and the turnaround time is impressive. It’s rare to find a mechanic you can truly trust- this is one of them. Sam and the team do excellent work. They explain everything they are doing and why. Their goal was to make sure I was happy. I replaced tires, front breaks and suspension. I have a 2012 Camry and rides like brand new. I would recommend Royal. I will be going back!

I had an engine emergency and I use my vehicle for work. Sam was EXTREMELY KIND, PROFESSIONAL and REASONABLE. He worked with me on prices and took AMAZING care of me. His shop is CLEAN, ORGANIZED and LARGE. There is a big waiting room for customers with complimentary coffee.
My engine is now in OPTIMAL condition. In addition, Sam's techs are FRIENDLY, ATTENTIVE, and EXCELLENT at working on cars. They even showed me what was wrong with my car and what needs to be done!!!

Went in as a last minute emergency.... TWO(2) high performance tires needed replacement one with a 3 inch spike through it...
Sam took care of it immediately and was 100% transparent. The shop is clean and gorgeous which made me feel comfortable leaving my vehicle there.

Had my 2 rear tires installed on Saturday…. Had a small issue with the valve stem… I posted a review and within 10minutes I get a call from the Manager Sam.. to see what my issue was… he offered to have it corrected right away so I went back in and he had the both tires redone to ensure all was good.. ended up being my valve stem was faulty .. so he replaced them free of charge to compensate for the inconvenience… that is the way I feel customer service should be.. I highly recommend Royal Expert Auto to anyone.. it was the main service tech that took care of the issue not the initial tech.. so as to ensure everything was perfect.. thanks Sam.. true gentleman…

Staff was very friendly and attentive. I bought new tires and the price was very competitive. Balance and alignment machines are brand new and fixed my balance issue. They solved an issue the VW dealer wasn’t able to. I definitely recommend!
