Absolutely FANTASTIC shop to deal with! Pricing was super fair and in my drive home after dropping my driveshaft off, I was called to come get it! So I'd include quick turnaround time as well.
I drove up from Florida yesterday I felt vibrations in my truck I knew there was a problem with my drive shaft I called axle exchange they said they could definitely help me just take it out and bring them the Drive shaft I told him not only that I didn't have a mechanic but I need to get back on the road with in 48 hrs they said no problem we recommended Joe at Towaco service what a great guy he dropped the driveshaft and sent it with in a few hrs they called me and explained what was wrong with it and gave me a few options I decided With a custom one piece Aluminum drive shaft
Well less then 24hrs later I have my truck back I've tested it on the highway at all different speeds including high speeds not a single shake ? perfect I really want to appreciate these guys and recommend anyone who need to work with either drive shafts axles or mechanic work Don't hesitate to give them a try there are 5 stars in every way possible

I had a very bad experience with this shaft for my 2011 mustang. I sent it in 3 times for a rebuild and it still has bad vibrations at 100km/h.
The 4th time I demanded Mark to send me a new shaft. He said he would so I marked the shaft where only I would know where the mark is. I received the "new shaft" and guess what, it was my same old shaft with a new sticker.
I'm tired of dealing with horrible customer service and faulty products.I scrapped the axle exchange shaft and bought SHAFTMASTERS. I couldn't be happier vibration free and all speeds.

Had a problem trying to get a reman'd driveshaft for my Suburban for over a week. I Googled New Custom Driveshafts and Axel exchange came up. I called and they were very professional and courteous. I was advised to drop off old Driveshaft and they would see what they could do. The old driveshaft was unserviceable and they fabricated a new one for me in 5 hours time!!! WOW!!! The driveshaft is now on my vehicle and awaiting a test drive. Very good quality, A must use if you are in need of their services. I strongly recommend them.
