Worst auction. 3 times i bought a car from here and live hours away and car was blocked in and no one around to move cars

Google map shows pick up open until 10pm. They closed 8pm

Purchase a vehicle with them as an dealer. Try to relist it back for sale. they wont do it, all location does for me only this place give me hard time. people there wont work at all... try not to buy from them.

Stevie Wonder does the CRs and i will never purchase a car from Manheim Skyline ever again. I called for 2 weeks everyday to talk to a manager they wont even call you back. I guess thats how they treat customer. Must be a very busy guy with complaints so he dont have time in 2 weeks. Place is a joke.

This is the worst auto auction.You could ever go to in your entire life very disorganized, and you can't walk out of there very smoothly at all.Nobody helps nobody wants to work

Well!! I had this truck since 2024 December!! And i haven't got an title yet!!! They kept sending me temporary tags!!! And 2 times!! I gotten pull over by the police!! Which they said that the tags!! Wasn't no good!! So the last time i got pull over!! They tow my truck!!:with all my belongings in it!!! The towing company wouldn't let me get anything out of the truck!! Because they said that i need a title!!! How can i give them something that i don't have!!! Ans I'm getting the run around!!!; Manheim!! And Internet karz!!!!!!

Mrs.Lourdes is amazing there was an issue on a key for a highline car and I was lucky enough to have her number she did after hours answer my call assist me to get this done and it was quite a chore, but she got it done. I can’t praise her enough for her professionalism her can do attitude. People like this make the world a better place again if I could give 10 stars I would she is amazing if you’re ever at New York Metro skyline O VE department ask for MrsLourdes. When ever you can quickly find your vehicle in a Manheim lot it's wonderful and my experience here was wonderful.

I had a wonderful experience with Mike Ziobro, the assistant manager. He was very professional, helpful, and went out of his way to assist us thoughtfully. His support made our experience much smoother, and I truly appreciate his dedication.

This auction is terrible, none of the staff follows the rules. Mark Pugliese is extremely biased and jealous and tried to break the rules and ruin your business. Anthony from arbitration doesn't follow the policies, Lourdes from dealer services is extremely rude. This auction tag teams together to do corrupt business - it needs a whole staff change

My car was repossessed the other day and was taken to this place, everyone was super nice with helping me get it back! I do suggest putting some more warning or at least a bar barricade where the spikes are considering my uncle ran it over and his tires popped. Otherwise very great service!

Be careful when dealing with this auction. Most cars are junk cars

I paid for 7 day psi they checked it completed in less than 2 hours which is unreasonable . I received the car with oil leaking from the head of the motor. The tail light has water damage. The left curtain air bag is missing & they refuse to give me an arbitration. Thieves !! Not reasonable at all and the people that work in arbitrations are scammers. Do better MANHEIM !

dont trust this place! i traded in a 2002 hyundai sonata at edison nissan who sold the car at manheim ny metro who then sold the car off to a FAKE car auction called "five stars auto sales llc" i have since recieved 3 traffic tickets and an injury insurance claim against me 3 months later because none of these fraudulent buisnesses transferred the title out of my name! despite countless complaints there is no urgency to remedy the situation!! PLEASE dont get caught up in the fraud and stay away!!!!!

BE CAREFUL!! . Out of all Manheim auction Skyline is the only auction that allowing any junk on their facility. Their condition report is worthless. They not announcing frame damage or rotted frame. They don’t care what they have on lot. They will sell you any kind of junk under their name . That’s what I bought from them and arbitration is not an option.

Very unethical business practices. They lie about the condition of the vehicles they list. A friend of mine bid on a vehicle I'd been looking for, for months through this company. The vehicle was listed as being in "excellent" condition. When the vehicle finally arrived it was barely in average condition if not fair condition. The passenger window doesn't even roll down and the bumper needs to be painted along with a number of other mechanical issues. This is not a vehicle I would describe as being in "excellent" condition. I'd highly recommend taking your business elsewhere as this business fails to instill basic integrity into it's business practices.

The absolute most horrible embarrassment to the auction world!!!! Being a 32 year dealer and selling thousands of cars at auctions this place is as seedy as it gets. Poorly ran with wise a$$$ kids running the place Jersey shore wannabes. We ran a car 1 time and for 6 months nobody would call or return a call. Then 1 day I get a letter saying my car sold for 2k with 500 dollars in run fees. This place is a joke. Asked to talk to the General manager and left him a message with no return call after a month. ####UPDATE Still no response from General manager after leaving 3 messages I guess he is just another example of a poorly trained person.

There is no one to pick up your call ,cars are not where they supposed to be, the line to enter is ridiculous, people should just sing in with the supervision of security , no 6 feet apart. It is not well organized .

I came here to get my car inspected for a buyer. I got my vehicle back in the same as when I dropped off, no problems with their service. The inspection was a bit off, like new headlights being ticked as having water damage, and costing 10x than it really costs to fix if it were an issue. There needs to be better communication with the dealers as well, I went to pick up my car after being told it was ready by the dealer but ended up wasting my time due to requiring an appointment that wasn't made. This is due to covid 19 workforce issues, but having to cross a toll bridge for no good reason sucks. The staff were professional, and nice.

First of all, some cars that we bought from here were ok, but most of the time cars will have issues. Sellers keep cleaning codes and try to sell the car green light. Especially for cheaper cars. Do not believe if the seller says a car will be green light over 3k it is most likely a lie. And trust me you will face this not just once. The mechanics that they have are either not actual mechanics or they are related to manager, because they do not know about cars. They will make a car with timing chain issues pass their PSİ but they never even actually check the cars. After getting screwed over many times I feel like ı have to write this review and hopefully people see it and not come here. Besides the lack of nice and clean cars there is also a lack of honesty and integrity. They totally do not care about dealers, and the only thing they want is your money. The sellers are great liars and the auction loves it. They will literally lie about anything to get that car sold, and İ am not just talking about the mechanical condition of the car. Since its a really big auction losing a couple of customers that they screw over is ok for them. But if you still didn't get screwed over most likely its on its way. Be careful when you come here and if you have the chance dont even waste your time by coming here. Also if you read carefully you will see that most lf their positive reviews are fake reviews bu fake accounts. Hopefully this review is seen by the auction authorities or whoever is in charge of this place. Making money by selling your honesty and getting people's hard earned money is a really vile way of making money, but as far İ realized in this place they dont really care about honesty and others İ guess its ok for them to what they are doing. AGAİN, ANY DEALER THAT WANTS TO BUY İN HERE YOU SHOULD BE READY PAY THROUGH YOUR NOSE.

My experience at Mayhem was okay because I always check my vehicle so I never had a problem with them. The customer service is okay some people do have attitudes there but most of the employees are very helpful to me

Cars on Thursday night are mainly junk, engine, tranny or other major problem, be very careful Thursday night. Cars on Tuesday are decent. Vehicle storage lot is not paved, hard to get around. Service truck is not available all the time, so if your car is dead or blocked by another dead car you're stuck. If there is snow or rain make sure to take waterproof boots. Most people inside are OK, some are rude and have no idea about customer service and some people are really helpful. In comparison to other car auction, this one would rate very low.

I've had nothing but great customer service. Great help. Pleasant people. Michelle is very helpful. Mark in dealer services is a great guy. Anyone who complains doesn't know what they're doing and should find another line of work. Great place.
