Andre is a phenomenal mechanic and he will now be my main guy. He is an honest man with lots of integrity and kindness and he will never screw you over or overcharge you. He is not greedy, in fact the opposite. He is also very skilled and informative. He charges a fair price. He is a great guy all around and an excellent mechanic. He was also very busy when I showed up 30 min early but immediately took my car in and moved the other car out. Took care of me immediately. Thank you for replacing my starter Andre!

I went to Andrey's about 2 months ago for brakes and was happy with the price, as well as appreciated the drop off and pick up at my house. I was pleased to have found a mechanic that I felt like I could trust. As a woman and someone who doesn't know that much about cars, that means a lot.
Twice I fixed my Hyundai there: door glass was stuck, and it was fast and cheap repair. The second time an engine died. Surprisingly, it takes couple of days to replace with a new engine, with reasonable price. Truly recommend this shop, even you're living not close enough...
Andre was a huge help to me when my car's alternator failed recently. He was knowledgable and communicative, gave me sound car maintenance advice, did exceptional work, and completed my repairs quickly! Truly an amazing guy, we were on our way back to maine from NC we called him at around 8 at night and he took us and immediately looked at the car and found what was wrong, showed us and explained. He got us a ride to our hotel and even stayed late the work on our car so it could be ready for the next day. he even sent pictures as he was working on it. we couldnt have been more appreciative of getting our car done so fast especially since we had another 7 hour drive home. definitely recommend Andre for any car needs !
We were on a road trip from Ontario when we picked up a chunk of metal in our tire. It was nearly 6 pm on Saturday. We had to drive home on Sunday. Fortunately, Akra was open! Not only was he incredibly friendly, but he also managed to get the multiple holes plugged for us! He saved us! I highly recommend Akra! Not all heroes wear capes, and our new friend is one of those heroes!

Andre is a great mechanic and a person with a big heart that wants to help. Over Columbus Day Long Weekend my car wouldn’t start out of nowhere.All the auto shops in the area were closed. After someone in the parking lot referred Andre, I was able to reach Andre on a Sunday, and he said he will come at 12:30 to help me. He was there right on time which just shows how reliable, honest and trustworthy he is. He fixed my car very quickly and did a great job. My car has had no problems since he fixed it. Thanks to Andre and his amazing auto shop and service, I was able to return to New York that same day. Thank you again so much!
I called up Andre at Akra last minute on a Saturday afternoon for an aftermarket grille install on my Audi A4. He had me in and out in a few hours and did a fantastic job. Not only is he professional and personable, he had the best price in the area. I would not hesitate to bring any of vehicles back to Akra Auto Repair. 10/10
I called this place at 8:40PM, they closed at 9PM and explained my situation that I had which was to replace the battery terminal for the positive side and he said to go ahead and go in. I was desperate since I had to change it immediately and I found him on google and I am so glad! I will recommend to anyone he is very professional and explains every detail that he is doing super helpful and I am glad that he exceed my needs!!
