I’ve been bringing my cars here for years. The techs are excellent and knowledgeable. They keep you in the loop of anything that requires attention outside of the initial estimate and will never do any unauthorized repairs. They have gone above and beyond when my car needed a tow on the side of the highway and had my repairs completed when scheduled. I can’t say enough about the professional experience I always get with this family owned repair shop. Highly recommend for all your repair needs regardless of vehicle age and condition.
I called B2R for towing services. AAA was giving me a two hour time frame. They got there in 40 mins. Very professional & courteous. We were going to tow our car to our regular mechanic but once we found out they offer mechanic services as well we decided we would rather give our money to them! They did not disappoint. My car was done the next day and it drives great! This is a great one stop shop. The staff is amazing and prices are reasonable. I recommend choosing them as your new mechanic like we did! Great service, person on the phone gave me an ETA and it was right on time. Didn’t take long and the driver was very professional and efficient, definitely recommend this tow company.
B2R was the only tow company in the area to answer my phone call at 6 p.m. on a Thursday. They showed up quickly and offered a great price to tow me back to the house.
The next day realizing the problem was bigger than I could fix, I had them tow my vehicle to a shop that can perform the repair, again great price and quick service.
If you're calling a towing company, then you're probably not having a good day, but these guys are extremely professional and have excellent equipment, and will help make the best of a bad situation.
I highly recommend it if you are in the Maple Shade area and in need of a tow, give them a call before you try any of the other guys you won't be disappointed.
I called several towing companies and I either was told they had no trucks available or was told it would be a 2 hour wait. One of the tow truck companies gave me B2R’s number and when I called to my surprise they told me they can have a truck there in 20 minutes and their price was very reasonable. The truck and driver arrived on time like they said he would and was very friendly and professional. Definitely a good business to use if you need a tow. A++!!

My car overheated on Friday and I was stuck in the Wawa parking lot in Cinnaminson . I googled tow companies and came across B2R. I gave them a call and they were at my location within 15 minutes. The driver was one of the owners and was polite and professional. Will call again if I or one of my family or friends needs a tow.
